I purchased one single cot and one queen's bed in Pai furniture Hosur road. The customer service was very good. They delivered my queen's bed at 10.00pm in harohalli on 20 Oct. The installation person came on the next day itself and completed the entire process. I am very much impressed with their work ethics. I surely recommend this furniture shop to my friends.

I bought a Dell laptop here in the first month only keyboard is not working properly and I went to service centre repaired it, again nxt month touch pad is not working again I went to service centre repaired it, now finally lap is not turning on I visited there 2 times and ask them about my problem they said that you have warranty on product go to service centre and repair ur laptop
Guys don't buy products here very low quality products

Its a new Samsung washing machine it is not cleaning properly. Next day we raised the complaint some technician came n saw the machine how dirt is cleaning he saw everything & he closed the case the if we tell the customer care thy r telling engineer is visited to your home he had a check. No engineer visited to my home only technician visited There is a big difference b/w technician n engineer. Customer care is worst they them self talking has a manager and they r say will give a call back.thy r telling me 2 wash the clothes n put in machine & 1 month has been completed there is no replacement to that Machine showroom ppls r also not helping us once the product has been sold.something happens once the product solve only money waste no one will help.if you visit showroom they will try to send you out as talking to you as soon as possible but you will not get the resolution bcz it shld not been effected to New visitors. 1 request please hiring a good engineer. Experience person who can solve a problem of cst.not a person he saw by his own eyes after clothes has washed he closed the case very worst he is not an engineer i don't agree with this

I initially had an issue with the refrigerator I bought from Bannerghatta pai branch and I visited this place to look at other options.

Haris, not only solved my earlier concern, he made sure that the delivery of the replacement was done on the same day.

He was also very helpful and understanding and accommodating.

Actually, I bought A refrigerator few months back. And Recently got damaged to the cooler and I contacted to repair that. Then that time they are told there is no warranty and also asked for extra money of (10,000). Then I contacted to the Samsung customer care. I told my situation And they are not cleared my problem also told to pay extra money. Then lastly I consulted Harish Sir and Sreekanth Sir in PAI INTERNATIONAL SHOWROOM- Garyabavipalya -Blr. Then they are cleared my problem and also gave warranty. They are done such a good job. Thank you very much for your cooperation Sir.

After enquiring 'N' number of shops, I finally landed into this shop and bought a 6 seater Dining table. The price was reasonable for the quality they are giving. I am satisfied with the product and price.

I will say good place for electronic item. I cannot comment whether it offer best deal or not.
But when it comes to furniture deal, PAI is not competitive and have less no of options. Price are on quite higher side as compared to local market.
Need to come with more options and competitive price. Attractive deals.

We have purchased a King size cot from Bommanahalli, Bangalore. Within 30 days of purchase it broke without a reason. Because of this my mother's leg got damaged. Worst quality furniture. I have complained to them about these issues. It has been more than 24hrs with no response yet. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this cheap material. All the positive reviews which are posted are not real because they are requesting customers to give feedback at the time of purchase only. Now cot is broken within 30 days who is responsible for this and my mother leg got damaged because of this. Why are they cheating customers. Please don't go for pai. I have purchased more than 2 lakhs rupees items.don't know what will happen for those. Worst service cheap quality
