Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms too. And just adjacent Bangalore highway. Makes it ideal for a Pit stop.

Stayed 3 nights in May 2023 in Pai resorts.

THE GOOD:
•Spacious clean rooms with all amenities.
•Prompt room service.
•Excellent food.
•Good ambience.
•Lake opposite hotel.

THE BAD:
•Street Light keeps shining from the bathroom in room 101, cannot sleep, had to change the room.
•No fan regulators in the restaurant
•mosquitoes present beneath sofas in restaurant.
•staff do not enter and clean the rooms by using master key in the daytime when the guest is not in the premises, unless the guest tells them to. It is preferable though.
•AC controls in room emits green light that disturbs sleep.
•No AC in the lobby.

I am sure the above can be improved upon, and hope the management will do the needful

Location is a prime location in city. They have two entrances one within the city and another one coming from the service road off the Puna Bangalore national highway. Though property is vast, it has less parking space for four wheelers. You will notice they have converted the basement parking into an function hall. Though that is illegal the management want to make money out by converting car parking into function hall

Prime privacy at spacious ambience, delicious cuisine and recipes. Kind hearted reception and excellent room service. Mind blowing cool and fresh breeze from the lake like Killa pond.

I and my family have good experience, so co operative and highly respectful staff. I stay one night with my family room 504.pond view was good too.

The facilities and food excellent but the ground floor hall was sound reverberating and made little difficult to grasp.

Polite and helpful staff, Excellent and value for money food. Cleanliness in the room could have been a tad better.

The over all appearance of the resort looks good, but however when i entered i found the entrance to be shabby, had a look on one of their garden facing rooms and it was not clean.

BABYCORN CORIANDER: Deep fried crispy Baby corn coated with coriander and sesame seeds served along with schezwan chutney, is a MUST TRY here! We loved the babycorn with the chutney to every bit! ️

My search ended at Pai Resort and I am glad we stayed there for a day. Pai Resort is absolutely fantastic, nice hospitality, good staff, nice ambience, good food and never ending compliments:)

Very clean hotel with pleasant ambiance. Staff are friendly and attentive. They serve amazing buffet breakfast for a surprisingly less price which is must try.

Pai Resorts Belgaum is such a beautiful hotel, it is so peaceful and hygienic. Great hospitality. Suitable for weddings.

A good hotel near the lake with all necessary amenities. The food is also good. Just ask for rooms on the 1st floor for a good view from the balcony!

Loved the rooms and the hospitality of the hotel staff. Best place for a stay with spacious rooms and a green lawn in front.

Nice Hotel in Front of Belgaum Fort Lake, Staff Supportive, Breakfast Excellent and Adequate. Rooms are quite Big and may accommodate more people on request. Has also Open Space, Banquet for hosting parties overall nice experience.

Decent Hotel. Don't expect a lot. A bit over priced. Also renovation going on, which is a nuisance.

Nice place to visit with family. Food is ok. It is Ideal for organising functions, as they have spacious lawn to accommodate good number of guests.

Beautiful experience, must say the stay was wonderful and peaceful, the food was delicious and even the complimentary breakfast was awesome, the service provided by the resort is best, they have a warm welcome, safe parking facility.

This is one of the best resort in Belgavi. The food here is very tasty and also has many varieties. The lodges (rooms) are very clean and spacious. Staff members are friendly. This place has big hall and also lawn garden for functions.

It's a good calm quite place to stay, good tasty breakfast is available. Good place for receptions, seminars and party's. Plenty of parking space. Lakeview location is added attraction.

Pai resort was just for a night cap enroute to Goa. We were 2 adults and 2 kids less than 6 years old. The room was a family suite which could accommodate all 4 comfortably. We had a good snooze and a decent breakfast.

Nothing great but we got that much needed rest since we had almost lost our way at Nipani post dinner at 10 in the night. So, Pai Resorts was our night in shinning armour. My wife tracked them online and got a room on the fly.

So I am going to be generous and give them 4 stars for actually saving us.

I must say its a real great place for stay. First of all the staff is extremely courteous and ready to help type.amenities are clean and perfect. Food quality is fabulous. Over all everything is very good. I asked for Airport Pick up and Drop which is chargeable but then the Taxi Service is really good. This shows that these people are really very much concerned in their outsourcing services which befits their quality of service

Clean rooms, great location for transit overnight stop over. Serve nice breakfast. The fort lake jogging track and fort area jain temple are good places nearby for sigjt seeing.

Food is good.stay is a type of hotel.not a Resort. Near by lake is available.we can enjoy in the evening view

Nice locality.belgaum lake is just across the road. Good rooms. Rooms are distributed across 4 villas with 4 rooms in each villa. Ambience is good. Well isolated from the noise of the world around. Food at Deck cafe was good. Room service was good. We had a pleasant stay.

Very nice cool resort. Good rooms and service. Good large sized restaurant where either family or corporate one to one meetings are possible without noise and hindrance. Very good service too. I recommend this place

Paint Resorts situated exact opposite Fort lake. Mainly it's a function lawn. People of Belgaum use it for marriage functions, other family functions an official functions

Good value for money. Ensured a good one nights rest. Courteous staff. Rooms could be provided with complimentary tea and coffee, at least bottled water. Clean linens and spacious room. Sumptuous complimentary breakfast. Hotels Very close to highway. Restaurant has a good vibe and pretty airy and neat.

Excellent customer service. The biryani was awesome. Both indoors and outdoors seating are pleasent stay. If you are in transit don't miss to have a quick bite here.

This is amongst the best resorts available in the city and has a very excellent site.
It is very close to a tourist spot that is the tallest Indian national flag besides the lake.

The The surrounding is peaceful and beautiful because of the lake surrounding it it has well connectivity to the city and is very close to the Central bus stand as well.

For the people coming by their own cars it is very close to the National Highway number four and can be reached in just a few seconds it is at a very close proximity to the NH4 Highway.

All parts of the city can be accessed and the people going towards Goa can get to the main road very easily I.e NH4A.
