Normally we paint after interiors so that the existing pen mark goes away. But after their painting all the marks are coming out. They have done a patch work, which is worse than the original painting. Don’t go for this. All are paid reviews.

I was in search of good painter, got deal from local vendor also but when I reached out to PMW they provided free site visit and provided an estimate just half rate from local vendor. I also visited to PMW office to check and feel the finishing (shyne/aspira), i met Mr. Ram who educated me in every aspect. Also, they delivered the best quality work in terms of finishing. Always there were project manager present when painter was doing their work at site. Thanks to Mr. Lalith / Mr. Naveen / Mr. Arvind Upendra (Painter) and whole team, if you are looking out for painter, you can go with them.

Worst experience. Not sure if everything is paid review here. If we post negative review they’ll torture us to remove it. We have paid for Premium paint package and look at the results in the images. All walls are unevenly painted and patchy. They painted on all the concealed lights in false ceiling. When we posted these in review they pestered us to remove it and promised they’ll fix everything. 2 guys just came for name sake and did not do anything. This is our second review and we’re not removing it anymore. This is not the experience we expect for paying 25-30k.

I recently got my house painted by paintmywalls. My overall experience was good there were some issues but Siva from paintmywalls handled very nicely he understood my requirement my house interior theme and according to that he suggested me colours really heads off to his patience each day he visited my house went through the work which painters had done.

The painters were really professional. So were the executives. From measurements to touch ups, it was done to perfection.

Work done very neatly and quickly. I had a deadline of one day and pre painting, painting and post painting work was all done by the team in the alloted time slot. Very efficient.

I recommend Paint my walls for painting needs. I got my apartment @Prestige Song of south painted with PMW. The rates were very reasonable compared to other vendors. The post paint customer service was also satisfactory. Special thanks tor Redappa and Yakub for timely execution and support!

I am really happy with the service from paintmywalls. They are really very professional. Was a bit sceptical in the beginning, thinking about the cost. But from the day I interacted with them, the relationship manager Mr Vikas visiting the home, giving the quotation, painters arriving on time, quality check manager visiting the place to verify the work is done properly etc.each and everything I liked. Infact I missed to check a couple of places after painting, which the quality engineer/manager Mr Anil checked & asked the painters to correct. And on top of that, all those service at a very affordable & competitive pricing.

Initially I checked the price in Urban company & other local vendors too but paintmywalls gave the lowest price quotation for my "Royal Luxury emulsion" painting. Infact the local vendor was charging the same price for the Royal premium which is a version lower to Royal Luxury. Paint my wall is very professional. Excellent quality and service. Starting from initial meet for estimation to completion of work all went very smooth. I was worried to start the work because I am staying in the same house. But team who came fot work manged very well. Finished one room first then after cleaning started another one. PaintMyWalls did an excellent work in repainting my home. Starting from estimation till final settlement, everything was extremely smooth with excellent and timely updates.

Bhikash and Amit did a very good job.painter were coming on regular basis and on time, the material was totally sealed. I could see some roller strokes on one particular wall, which was rectified with another coat.there were not much waves on my wall.you need to add pop to below applicatio to get rid of waves.

In 2 bHK following material is suffice for internal.
8 ltr royal wall Basecoat
8 ltr royal Aspira
20 kg Acrylic putty
5 kg Birla white putty
2 kg pop. (to fill big holes)
20 no, Sand paper 180
2 no, 4 inch brush
2 no, big roller.

Application was:
1) Sanding
2) royal wall basecoat primer 1 coat
3) 2 coat acrylic putty (let it dry for 1 night)
4) Sanding.
5) royal wall basecoat primer 1 coat (dry in 2 hrs)
6) Royal Aspira 2 coats.

Paint My Walls ruined interior of my flat at Kolkata Rajarhat. They made my walls miserable. Swarup was my point of contact and Dev was escalation point and both of them are of not going be in any use as they hired third party applicator who is really really really bad and each work they did was wrong. Now I am trying to install wallpaper as much as possible to cover their fault. The discount they provided, I am using double of that amount in wallpaper. There were whatsapp group where all other members were present, I have shared photos of all wrongdoing but no luck.

They really made my flat very bad.all the walls are uneven. Don't go for it for few thousand less amount. Look for professional services.

Writing additional points after going through the response from owner and I can say it is completely wrong and all the response you have got from the employee for whom I have mentioned that I am not happy with their work and they called and yelled at me for this review. I have never mentioned that I am happy with their work. Paying money for your work doesn't indicate it is a good work. I can always post the whatsapp communication and call recording for your convenience. I really wanted to close any kind of communication with PMW because of my experience and I will not expect any further call for your yelling.

Also to add there are brush marks visible on my walls. The applicator was clearly inexperienced. The one month time period they mentioned during which we interacted was because of the delays done to PMW to rectify my 2 walls (not sure how they counted that as 6). Also regarding the light colour, Swarup brought up the topic saying that its L shade of Asian paints royal shine and so it will not even have any slightest of colour tinge (I never requested a change in colour nor I complained why it's light). I replied to him saying that if you knew L shades have such problems why that wasn't highlighted when I chose the shades and asked them to verify multiple times because I won't understand the technicalities of paints. He then suggested to change the colour and obviously bear the additional cost.

This is the best painting services we could have opted for. They are very very proffesional and their finishing is top notch. The texture paint and stencil painting they did is awesome, even better than we had imagined. Punctual, reasonably priced, trustworthy, high quality service, daily updates and great customer service. There is nothing more we could have asked for. Definately definately recommend their services.

The quality of work is very good. Covering the wardrobe with plastic to avoid paint stains was excellent. Cleaning the area after completion of job was good.

Paint my walls team was very professional. They initially visited my palce for estimating the area to be painted. They also helped us in choosing right color combinations.
Painters arrived ontime. They masked complete area and did finish the work with zero errors. Painters also cleaned up area everyday before leaving.

I had choosen for Royal Emulsion White Matt and they suggested 2 coat would be good enough. My flat is completely new and even after 2 coats there were patches everywhere and also accepted that the poti work and primer work was not done properly by them and hence the patches. The solution provided was we ll do third coat only. When I asked rework to do they denied it and also I was not giving proper escalation path to express my dissatisfaction. I have paid them 95% already for doing not good job. Would never take their service in future. They accept the mistake and don't wish to correct it and the correction solution provided is jus a coat of paint and when I asked for extended warranty it was denied. Update: I met the team again and wasted 45 mins only discussing the same solution and they have no answer of why there are patches and are only blaming the builder and carpenter and the owner and not ready to take ownership of their work not done properly. Considering I have paid so much already am not heard and the owner or the social media person is only responding to my comment with standard response and not bothered to connect to hear me. SUPER disappointed with #paintmywalls

I used paintmywall service to paint my flat. Their work is quite professional: -
Covered all the furnitures before painting
Painting quality is quite good.
Pricing is also quite competitive compared to other vendors.

I will consider them only in future work.

They are biggest cheat. No supervision by Swarup, appointed a applicator who spoiled the work. I kept to informing company and then company assured me: wait and see finishing.
Now that applicator left halfway, they appointed another applicator who now shows the earlier applicator who spoiled it. Apart from that severe damage of other stuffs. NOW they ask for balance 20% payment before finishing.
DONT BURN YOUR MONEY and DONT GET INTO TRAP. I WILL SEE THE FINAL SERVICE BY THEM AND POST HERE FURTHER WITH PHOTOS AND BASED ON SERVICE WILL GIVE FINAL VERDICT.

They didn't even bother to send someone for the survey of the site and provide a quotation. The lady from customer service or whoever she was sounded extremely unsure of what she was talking about. I highly doubt the authenticity of many reviews here if they are genuine

They were professional from point if inspection, quotation, painting and cleaning. Also they were acvomodative for small changes in between. Overall a very hood experience

I got my flat in Whitefield painted by the Paint My Walls (PmW) team. Not only were they cheaper compared to their competitors, the work was done very professionally too.

Mr. Ameet was the Sales Executive assigned to me and he took the measurements and gave me the quote. Mr. Naveen my the PM and he made sure that the timelines were met. The painters not only did a fabulous job, they also cleaned the entire house before leaving. During painting, the electric connections and wardrobes were masked properly.

It was indeed a superb experience overall.

I wanted to get my 3BHK Flat in Whitefield Bangalore painted and after lot of searching finalized PMW to do the job. I used PMW's service for the first time and it turnedout to be an awesome experience! The job was very average, even the so-called supervisor can see the same, but couldn't do much to rectify. Also, the finishing is worst. I suggest the people from "Paint My Walls" to inspect the same, however, the so-called 2nd level supervisors were missing for the final inspection for the quality. They were present only on the first day. I suggest "Asian paints services", they are equally premium as these guys might be more responsible than paint my walls.

This is Chennai based project. In the beginning painting service was good but later on it become worst.no response from Chennai office.more than 4months they are painting my newly constructed home, for past 1month painters are not coming properly to site I have paid more than 90% payment. No response from manager also.what should I do now.no support from PMW team they are not even picking the call.still 20% of exterior painting is left over.very worst service

Pathetic service - Their painters destroyed the polish on the door of my apartment by using thinner to remove paint from them.and left the entire flat in a horrible state after finishing!
Paint is till date slipped on multiple items like window grill, door handles, doors, furniture.
They don't even know how to paint its not even a week since they have painted.and there are crack in the paint.

They have done a great work for our house. Starting from day 1 to last day everything was on time. Great work!

I had hired PMW to for interior painting for my new flat. During the initial conversation the sales team was good and explained what and how the painting will be done. The painters were ok and not trained. The project Manager was of no use. No masking was done which damaged my switchboards and also the doors and windows. They also forgot to paint one wall which was promised to be done but they never got back (my bad that I paid them in full). Coming to the paint finish, it is horrible. I regret hiring them and should have spent little more money to go with professionals from Asian Paints or Berger. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We are the vendor for Paint my walls.we was tied up with paint my walls and pavan was the point of contact.we have done more than 30 projects he have cheated as for 10 to 15 projects while not paying full amount.we have get more then 20,000 from him.from 2 months he is not answering my calls and not replying to the messages.even paint my walls dont have in house team even they cheat to clients giving wrong informing about the product and services.paint my walls Employee are also not trained well.they dont known about the painting services they will agree what ever the will tell.so vendor have to face problem

I would like to share my experience with Paint my Walls for a complete Exterior Paint job in Bangalore.
I did have my initial bit of hesitations when choosing their service but after comparing the quotes and the price across multiple vendors, I felt PMW had a reasonable price and quality of work.

I did choose APEX ULTIMA Color shades Sands of Time (4202), Solitude (9228), Ashberry (7366)

(i) Quality Of work: The final fit and finish of the paint work is remarkable and perfect which includes one coat of Primer and 2 coats of Paints for all the exterior and the ceiling.
(ii) Payment: They provide you with installments based on the progress of work completion and it is flexible. You do have the last payment of 20% to be made after the total completion of work.
(iii) Schedule: They follow a 7 day work period from 10.30 to 5.30 and all the paint personnel are very professional and complete their jobs on time without much follow ups and supervision. However the assigned Site Co-Ordinator will visit on regular intervals taking constant feedback from the customer.

Recently I had a great experience with the services availed from Paint My Walls. This is my 2nd order to PMW. I haven't done any mistakes.they are really great team to work with. Pawan was the executive who attended us starting from inspection then Madhu took over to handover and their continuous supervision had made me comfortable. Pavan I have promised me many thing before taking the contract before taking the money he used to call me many times after taking the money he delayed for 1week after one week he send some painters they are totally road side which drunken.after that I called him my times to refund he never answered my calls.

We had selected PaintMyWalls as vendor for our ground floor painting after a lot of research. Pavan from sales team was very professional during estimation and for subsequent follow ups. We opted for Royal luxury type of paint and color change for all walls/windows/doors.

Color options were suggested by Pradeep Stalin (Project Manager) as per latest trends. He was very polite, listened to all our concerns/queries and addressed them at regular intervals with the help of painting team.

Mindresh (painter) was very good skilled and was very prompt in time/work.
