Nice resorts in Coorg surrounded with greenery. Rooms are good. Located away from the city so very peaceful location.

Very basic resort. Food was okay. Make my trip is charging too much. Reach out to hotel directly for booking.

Excellent service! They take very good care of their guests and even take care of their personal needs in specific cases. The only drawback is its location- almost 25 kms from the town in an isolated spot but the property inside is full of lush greenery

The resort's staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request.

The most beautiful place to stay in Coorg. The rooms were as good as their staff. Super humble behaviour of the staff. The purely bay leaf resort. Long path way to roam around the property. Swimming pool, Table tennis area, Badminton and child play area available to enjoy the most. Food was delicious which was served to us. Stay for 2 nights and it was such mesmerising experience of our vacation. Reception staff, Room Service staff, restaurant staff all we’re doing their best to impress guests by their service. Really recommend place to stay with family and friends in good priced.

Palm Era Resorts is a good place to be when you need a refresh from the everyday bustling city experiences. The place is easily reachable. Just 250 metres near the deviation towards the resort is a bit of a patchy road. Apart from the that, the drive to the place is good. The rooms and the service are good enough for a decent experience. As a group of 10, we'd booked 4 rooms and they were good. Hot water was available. The staff were polite and helpful. The food here is a bit costly but tasty as well as having good quantity. The only downside was that we couldn't have a bonfire as the majority of the staff were occupied with hosting a birthday party. The pool was a small one and was well maintained. All in all, it was a good experience. I'd suggest all the serene environment lovers to visit this place for a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Era. The room service was splendid and Mr. Ravichandra is doing a terrific job of ensuring that the guests are having a great time.
The food at Bay Leaf Restaurant is delicious especially their Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kebab. Do try it out

Grt resort, lively atmosphere, great food and friendly staff. Our stay at coorg was made all the more pleasant thanks to the effort of the staff of Palm Era Resort and Mr. Satish Kumar S. K, Ravikumar and Titikhya Debnath in particular who went all out in their efforts to make our stay all the more pleasant for us. They even organised a Candlelight dinner for us and decorated the room for our honeymoon stay

Nice, medium budget place in Kushal Nagar. Lockdown has impacted this place. Maintenance, cleanliness, and staff count is low, but should pick up as the season starts.

You are happier if you visit here with less expectations.

A best resort with stage for wedding and birthday parties, Do have a great stay in the place and ambience of this place with full of Palm trees and Chillness of Coorg. Swimming pool is available here. I visited this place for a marriage function and the service they have provided is best in class. The scenic beauty of this place is a great attraction and one of reason to choose this place for your valuable occasions.

There restaurant has best quality of foods and the variety exceptional. Everything was great. Mr Sathish was very helpful.and his staff service excellent

Loved the ambience. One thing we are totally disappointed was for poor and weak furniture inside room. Food was too good. They did respond to all our queries as soon as possible. Customer service is good here

Good Landscape, Rooms are big and good, disappointed as Pools are not opened yet as informed to us by the management in entire coorg, Drivers don't have a stay options, they can use basic facilities. Breakfast and Dinner spread was good.

I had been to Palm Era last Sunday with my family and the ambiance is lovely. The landscaping and artificial waterfalls was the highlight of the place where we took lots of beautiful pictures. The service and food was excellent too! Will definitely come once again.

Very good service! The resort Manager Mr. Poonacha will earn a star by himself for service. This is a resort that can facilitate service to physically challenged guests and for those family groups with challenged members, this resort will take good care. Service is very courteous and speedily responsible. The resort offers a good and varied buffet breakfast along with the room stay.

Good place to stay away from the city. This is around 45 mins drive away from actual coorg attractions like Raja seat, abbey falls etc.for the price, it's worth it. They give cartoon board in room and have table tennis, kids play area and a badminton court. Swimming pool is small, but ok for kids fun. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Dinner service is slow when multiple folks place order at the same time. You can order from room and then come to restaurant or deliver at room. Food prices are reasonable. Have a green area/park. Room ambience and furniture and fixtures are very old style. Bathrooms are clean, but had some tiles broken (not up market look or feel).

The best part is greens everywhere and well maintained, food quality was excellent. Healthy breakfast. Nice place to stay.

One of the best place to stay while visiting Coorg and Madikeri. The resort is located in a beautiful place. It's little away from the main Street so no noise of car horns, you can breathe the fresh air in the morning. The staffs are very helpful. The place is well maintained. You can just sit back and relax here for one or two days without doing anything.

I just loved it. I stay here for two days and I don't found any major issues.
I think anyone can stay here one week without any doubt.

But I have two main reasons for giving it only 3 star are as below:
1 - When I stayed here, lights went two times and came back after few minutes.
For lights, if they have electricity issues they can give not to the visitors who stayed there.
2 - They served non veg food and I can't see the different kitchen for non veg.
So being vegetarian, no one likes to eat food from the non vegetarian kitchen.

If the one are non veg, then it's ok for them.
Hotel should be bit careful for veg people.

Else you can go for this resorts without a doubt.

Really nice place to stay at coorg. We got a warm welcome with fresh watermelon juice, rooms are neat and clean, staffs were also very helpful, friendly and very disciplined.

It's nice resort with very scenic beauty, u may easily get some good clicks for your social media. And some nice views for your eyes:) a lil waterfall is also there
Rooms are good with all the basic facilities, staff is polite and accomodating. Food is nice, although options were limited in buffet dinner and breakfast.
This resort is located in Kushal Nagar, some 8-9 Kms from medikeri.
It also has open space for children, badminton and some other games can be played.
Overall it's a beautiful place for weekend getaway and otherwise too.

First of all the Location, Atmosphere and Ambiance of the Resort is very very very good and peaceful.
The Resort is fully covered with the Green Trees that makes the atmosphere very pleasant to stay.
The entire staff is very polite in nature and cooperative.
Resort is fully equipped with all required amenities like Table Tennis, Children Playing Area and Swimming Pool.
The One Suggestion from My Side is that Resort has to provide the Campfire without any charges.

The food of Palm Era restaurant is super. Puri masala is so yummy and I like this place very much in Koorg beze it's climate and nature is very similar to Kerala.and this area is sorrounded with an orchard.

Stayed 2 days with family, excellent service and staffs, Small swimming pool with separated for kids, play area for kids, bone fire also provided as per demand, they have 2 cottage villas with hall, another 3 without hall it’s only bedroom with attached toilets, well maintained, secured greenish resort, cottage size disappointing, badminton court need to maintain like net and flooring, food was good specially Coorg curry veg and non veg, little bit expensive, overall good

Resort is not good and swimming pool is very small and not well maintained. And food is not tasty and very poor service by staff. And hospitality is also not good, Not worth for money.

Cottages are really spacious. Rooms are big. Housekeeping is prompt. Food is delicious with wide variety in menu.
Hotel is spread over large area having plenty of greenary. Has amenities in turn of games in campus.

Property is beautiful and rooms are spacious and clean. The food quality was better on the first day of our stay but on other day, whatever food we ordered were all pathetic. Also the quantity of food was really less. In a plate of curry only 2 people can eat properly. When we complained about the food quality to the staff, he ignored us as he didn't even hear what we said. We ordered sweet corn soup but there was hardly any corn and on complaining about the same, the staff was really defensive and rude and said this is how this soup is prepared

It's a very pleasant and great place to stay, decent amenities, staying in the midst of nature's bounty, it's a great place to find retreat. The resort offers great service, and delicious food especially the complimentary breakfast is worth a special mention. Would any day suggest Palm Era for a good stay but the only drawback is that it's a little far from the main town Madikeri, yet for people with a private vehicle it's no big deal. I would love to go and stay here if I ever happen to visit the place again
