Panambur Beach

One of the beautiful beaches I've been to. It's clean but also crowded at the same time. We went to the far end which was peaceful and had very less people. There's food places near the entrance. Best spot to just relax and chill with friends & family. Listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves, you won't realize the passing of time. And the sunsets are amazing to watch from here. Not to forget the cute baby crabs haha
Definitely most visit place when in Mangalore!

The beach is very nice and located just on the side of Mangalore port. If you will be lucky then you may witness a big cargo ship which will be heading towards Port or from the port to the Arabian sea.

Nothing interesting was there and top of that, beach was barricaded as there was warning while it was sunny day.

One of the neatly maintained beach which I have visited in my tourist life, I wish this beach had more tourist attraction, but you will find peaceful atmosphere there, I recommend this to people who are from out of the state, especially family to spend sometime & to relax.

Beach was clean and neat. Active lifeguards.
As of games there are jet skies, quad bikes, horses and camel riding. Food stall are good as well. Its a good place to chill. Do Visit.

Visited on holiday during evening time, still the beach was crowded. Many eateries are available near the shore. Enough parking space for both 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers, Luggage counters are also available. Road leading to this beach from main highway is dusty as its close to port.

It is a very nice place, it is also very clean and many people visit here even during the festival time, but things are more sunny here.
And who likes to take a bath in the sun, he can come here, it is a very nice place

Karnataka has this. Beauty panamburu beach. Facing arabian sea well maintained and clean. It is usually crowded in holidays best. But worth visiting. Good place to witness the tides I will recommend to definitely have a visit at panamburu beach.

Panambur beach is a total vibe of chilling moments and is the most popular beaches in Mangaluru. Beach is also known for safest and well maintained and of course the dramatic sunset.
There are few water activities for adventures to turn on.
There are lifeguards as well to keep watch and for beach visitors safety. A lot of eateries with different varieties of food stalls are available by the beach selling delicious seafood, veg food and icecream
Once you enjoy the waves and sunset, take a set by the beach and enjoy your food with ofcourse a beautiful view.

This is close by the main road and can be travlled by public transport too.

Please keep the area and the beach clean and safe.

The authorities should see that they should keep the premises clean.

There is enough and more parking space but never kept clean.

May be they can keep even small entrance fee which could be used for it's cleanliness.

Wash room and fresh water bath facilities to be improved.

It's crowded in the evening whenever visited.

During holidays we can enjoy our precious time with our family and friends. One can enjoy Horse Riding, Water Bike (Jet Ski). Walking from main road to the beach 1.5Km's. The beach is beautiful and relaxing.

If you want to enjoy beach please go to Malpe Good, clean beach with lot of recreational activities.
Panambur beach not at all maintained by Mangalore Mahanaraka Paalike (I mean Mahanagara Paalike)

Awesome beach with a good vibes, clean water and good food by the beach side. There were small baby fish coming along with the waves to the shore, might be a because of the breeding season. Overall a nice place to visit in Mangalore.

Panambur beach is good place for weekends holidays it is neat and clean if your nose is very sensitive you will feel some industrial smell because Mangalore port is nearby

Peace to play. Good beach. Everyone will be happy to play because it has what you want. If we want huge waves it has at one point if you want small waves it has another point

Sexy place, waves sounds? , and the booting blows my mind I think this is better place to visitor's crazy atmosphere long distance water ️ just kills me.

No changing or cleaning facility which is clean to change clothes after enjoying the sea. Overall good experienxe

A safe and beautiful beach to enjoy, almost 10 km from Mangalore.
Visit November to May, also have speed boat ride, horse ride. Yearly u can see a Kite festival around January.

One of the many beaches in Mangaluru, Panambur Beach near New Mangalore Port is a good picnic spot. People throng here in the morning and evening to watch the Sunrise and Sunset. It is around 12km north of Mangaluru from SBI and 3km west of Highway. Lots of people visit this place to watch the noisy sea. Catch City buses from anywhere in Mangaluru and reach this spot. This is very peaceful beach on the weekdays. There are very few people on the beach and you can have your privacy with your group or family.

One of cleanest beach in Karnataka just near the ship Depot but maintained very well not even polluted but should pay for the parking which I would prefer -1 star for that or else complete 5 star

One of the good beach in Mangalore. There are couple of food stalls and some water sport activities but nothing great sort there. Evening time is the best time to visit. Life guards will be there all the time to monitor your moves which is good.

Restroom facility is worst please move a bit ahead on Road for a better washroom which is maintained by government and is for free with great cleanliness

This beach is on the shores of Arabian sea and is credited as one of the safest and best maintained beaches of India.  It is the most popular, well connected and most visited beach of coastal Karnataka.

The beach is located in the place called Panambur10 km north of the City center  which comes under the administration of Mangalore City Corporation.

As of now this beach is maintained by a private enterprise under the banner of Panambur Beach Tourism Development Project. Other attractions include jet ski rides, boating,  dolphin viewing, food stalls and is also known for its highly skilled and trained lifeguards who patrol the beach to ensure visitor safety.

Waste beach only fisher will see u and there auction it is not allowed to go near water here. Maintenance is 0 zero. Waste of time n cost is too much for foodi people.

This beach is so satisfying but it has one problem they have tied a rope fence so that we cant go inside the water i dont know when they will remove that fence. But i think this place is cool

Great place to visit during summer. During monsoon the beach will not be accessible but you can just click some pictures.

Awesome place, had lot of fun and entertainment. Mandatory beach to visit in Mangalore. Sea food available at beach fast food center. If you love to do beach photography visit other side of Panambur beach where no one will stop you from what you want to do. There are two entrance near the port you will not be allowed inside the beach it's a cosy place where everyone come, visit the other side to see the real beauty of the beach.

The tides in the beach are very rough to let people into the beach. Nice place to sit and talk for sometime

The beach is fine. There are some stalls for street food and a small open eatery serving mainly sea food and other non veg items. There is also car parking area available.
