5 star rating service. Beautiful stay in midst of jungle. Yumm tasty ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ style sea food.very co-operative and lovely entertaining staff.
Property owner is very friendly and kind. No restricrions no worries. I would love to visit this place again.

Great place, good food, spacious rooms, friendly staff, 100% freedom, fantastic garden, beautiful pond where u can swim with great hill view, just 10km away from beach, good conntivity, what else u need,

Visited the place August 2021. Place is not that great for stay.
Prices are very very expensive for stay. Prices are like charging for 7 star hotel whereas reality is, the place is lower than 2 star.
You cannot take your vehicle all the way till resort. You have to walk half way.
My preference don't visit this place.

Stay was very good and the staff were so humble and did all the arrangements what we asked for.

1) The overall stay experience in the otherwise thought off as "Well accommodation" turned out to be dampener. 2) The Food budget just overshoot beyond the imagination.
Imagine the Rasam Rice for Rs. 5 and half k (20-22) members is way too much. 3) Lot heard and expected out of the spic, span and serene surrounding.
4) Although the accommodation was well, cleanly maintained, it was not worth at the end with budget overshooting way beyond imagination.
5) Not the way to treat clients and really unhappy.
Never the place to visit and warn everyone that first they agree for lesser price rate, and then just the budget overshoots way much beyond the imagined or allocated budget.
Be careful before booking this accomodation.

Please don't go there. The food cost is very high. If you go there your money will be drained.

Nice location and decent stay but food is very expense.
He has not even spent 10000 for food for 22 members team but they charged 70000 plus. For only rice and rasam he charged 4000. What a robbery. Don't go there seeing some 5 star rating reviews. Before going there pl look out out the problems faced by customers who has given 1 star rating.

The most peaceful, calm, serene. Admist of the western ghats. The best stay in and around this place. Supportive staff, healthy food. There are lot of nearby places to explore. Waterfalls, beach, temples. A must visit.
