Pantaloons Women (Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bengaluru)

I was shocked by visiting this pantaloons like whether I'm in north India or in bangalore.
Non of them know kannada nor they speak in kannada, they only speak hindi.
If their shop be filled with all Hindi people, how can native customer purchase anything here, anything we ask in kannada they reply only in Hindi, how one should understand what they are telling.
I don't know what kind of store manager you people have recruited, who doesn't even know the basic thing or common sense to place native employees who can speak in kannada.

The sales person is always on your head, they walk to the trail room.privacy is not given while shopping is what we felt

Sharing contact number while billing is totally customer's choice. But this Pantaloons store asked for phone number mandatorily saying we shouldn't be able to exchange the product otherwise.
I have been to stores from different brands, where I totally deny sharing contact number to which they agree too.
These people will just take the contact number to send SMS or sell the numbers may be. There is no privacy left.

First ever we visited pantaloons just an amazing variety for ladies wear jeans we decided to go there in future for all our requirements dresses jeans denims

Had great hopes when I went there. But the collection was really not as expected. Not sure if that's the only branch that doesn't have anything nice to select
