Papas Life Line

God bless Papa's lifeline veterinary clinic for the Good work they do, I'm very happy and satisfied to post this review, they took such good care of my pet dog lucky when she was in such a pain, thankyou Papa's and team for all the efforts you put in saving a life

Posting and updating this review all over again since I realised that the original updated review was not visible.

My puppy (Shih-Tzu) was treated at Papas Lifeline ever since we got him and he passed away at Papas Lifeline on 22nd November 2023.

To address a few pros and cons in my opinion,

1) The hospital is available 24/7 which is quite good for emergency cases.

2) Staff (Arun and Nurse Priya) were extremely friendly.

3) The hospital needs much more experienced doctors especially since they're even planning to open a new branch and needs at least 2 EXPERIENCED doctors at night due to the emergency cases that keep coming in (I have personally seen the night duty doctor suffering while trying to manage several cases)

4) Since the last 1 week or so, I have been asking the hospital owner Eshwar for a medical certificate of my puppy containing his diagnosis (Doctors claimed that he had a viral infection, genetic disorder and canine distemper) I don't understand why they have a problem sharing the medical certificate if there is no fault from their end. The delay by them raises eyebrows.

5) Though it is a multi-specialty hospital, the prices are quite high which makes it accessible only to a certain customer base. Would suggest the hospital to reduce prices in terms of tests or other miscellaneous expenses to cater to a wider customer base.

Hopefully, this review will remind the "busy" hospital and it's owner to share the medical certificate that I have been requesting from more than a week and now have given up. Despite going to the hospital physically and following up with the owner everyday through texts and even calling him several times, there has been nothing but false as on when they would send me the medical certificate of my deceased puppy.

The doctors at Papa's lifeline Hospital are doing an outstanding job! Extremely dedicated and patient while attending my pet's concerns and answering my queries as well. Dr Varun George does a brilliant job at diagnosing any infections seen/unseen. I was at the hospital for almost 2 hours the last time I took my pet, and she patiently stayed my pet, pampering her throughout, and answered my queries with zero hesitation

Best place for pets care. The hospital is open 24/7 and the staff is very friendly. I have visited the place with my pet at different times and always get the best support.
The doctor behave with pets as if they r kids and ensure the pets are not scared/tense.
They also have a shopping center which has all the varieties of food and play stuff for Dogs & Cats.
They also help in selecting the right food and advice u over the phone if u send someone to pick up the food from the shop.
In short, it's a 1 stop shop for all the pet needs?

Very good hospital great staff, very well organized and has the latest technology.it was my first visit with my kitten Dr harshith handled the cat with a lot of care and love he had answers to all my questions.

Spacious ventilated place. Pharmacy and pet items available in house. Vet doctors competent. Ample parking space as adjacent road is broad.

They are just amazing, my cat was about to die, but they saved her, they saved my life, and the doctors and staff are very kind and careful toward every patient, they tried their best to save my cat, and she is ok now just because of them I got her back, I will recommend if you are feeling helpless, got negative reply from all the clinic please visit this hospital once.

Phew! Thank god for Papa's Lifeline, we rescuers especially, have a safe place to go to where they consider many factors when a rescued animal has to be treated. While i have done very few rescues, all of them have been handed over to Papa's and have been released back with the best suitable treatment! Thank you Eshwar, Dr. Varun, Dr. Harshit, Dr. Reshma, Dr. Prakash for all that you do

My 3month Shih Tzu puppy got parvo virus, after 5days of hospitalized she recovered completely. Papa's life line took a good care of her like their own puppy, per day they charged 4k (including IV, medicine) and blood test will be 800rs (seperate). 1st day my puppy was very weak after 5days of proper treatment she became very active and healthy.thanks to Papa's life line️

Papa's is been very humble to our rescues and the cost, I've been bringing many rescues here from the past 6 months, they provide good treatment at affordable price.

The Best veterinary hospital in the city, we rushed to Papa's late night when our baby had a blot in the stomach, they confirmed it as GDV and immediately made him puke, bought his temperature down and stabilized him and performed his emergency surgery the next day morning, now he is admitted in Papas and fine now, i recommend Papa's to everyone.

Dr prakash is a wonderful vet, he treated our pet that was diagnosed as paralysis by an another vet elsewhere, he advised us to admit him here at Papa's life line for 1 week, after physiotherapy and laser therapy, he was back on his 4 legs, very happy with the treatment at this place.

It is clean and they take care of all the canine guests. One sour point, don't permit stay for more than a week.

This is a Excellent clinic for pet parents like us, they care for our pets like they're own. All the best to Papas

They are really good at diagnosing the issues with our furry kids, they gave us the medication plan on weekly basis. We actually had a very bad experience with a reputed Pet hospital in Whitefield, after which we got our kiddo to Papa's lifeline. She was taken good care of. She was responding well to the medication. Dr. Jothi, Dr. Varun and Mr. Eshwar were really good in providing solutions. A very safe place for your furry buddy.

This is one of the best pet one stop destination for vet, shopping and grooming the people here are very humble and understanding they are working 24/7 to provide the best service around here

I love this pet hospital. From the doctors to all the staff present there are very sweet and lovely.
