This is the best place i stayed in gokarn. Service response is really awesome. Food will get the limited items but the taste feels like home made. Rooms are neat and clean well maintained with good view. View from restro is breathtaking. We can see complete kudle beach view. Reasonable for cost. Affordable and the best stay.

We stayed here for 2 days in the month of Oct and it's really nice close to nature experience. They have wooden private cottages built in jungle which are spacious, also this property has enough parking space. We had dinner here which was tasty too. Only the thing is it's bit far from the beach like around 2 km so if you have your car or bike then it's convenient overall I enjoyed my stay here. There staff is helping and professional

Need to upgrade food quality and menu options are very limited, taking more time in food preparation like we waited for 1 hr after the order, rooms and stone cottages are very dirty need to maintain cleanlines, I can see cockroaches every where.

It's an amazing choice of stay in gokarna. A safe place for women travellers, especially solo travellers. The staff guided me in locating safe places to visit. A special thanks to Suraj and Manoj for helping me in a comfortable stay in the cottage.

The stay was excellent. I appreciate the outstanding service that your staff Manoj has provided. He has always been very attentive and helpful.kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest.

Good hospitability, we stayed here for a day, Suraj helped us to keep our luggage for the 2nd day (whole) and letting us to get freshen up without any extra cost due to our bus timings. Would highly recommend this place. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great view of kudle beach too.

So we stay here for 1 night and 2 days with friends in the tree house. Location of the hotel was very good because from here you can get clear visibility of the kudle beach but reaching to this hotel is a little tough because the road condition was not good at that time. If you are not a good driver than I can suggest, please don’t choose this hotel. The facility and service were good, we had breakfast and lunch. The food tasted very delicious and yummy. You can choose to trek from this hotel to Kudle beach and OM beach. I have shared a few photos which have taken from this hotel.

They offer outhouse in the name of Cottage. Reaching the so called resort is tedious n people are waiting to cheat you. Simple suggestions, AVOID.

We came at night true, but we called you, got your confirmation and then took the pain to reach your place. You said 'Cottage is available'. We came at night does not mean that you give us an 'outhouse' or a shabby room in the name of a Cottage.

The property is located on top of the mountains in the forest. You can view Kudle beach from the cottages, gives you a very nice view of the sunset. We just loved it.
Kudle Beach will be around 750 meters, Om Beach will be around a Km. Clean property. We were 2 families with kids, stayed for 3 nights. This will be my goto property if I visit next. Mr Suraj and his team were very welcoming. Overall we had a very good, peaceful and calm vacation.

A 3 star with web cobblers around, washrooms smelling and no AC. I will never recommend or come again to this property.

See it will be the same room setup in all beach resorts, this one is bit cheap and yet the same good service, can provide some music and games stuff which are not available.

Management is so polite and good️

The rooms are not well maintained
Bathrooms are the worst, there were snails roaming around in the bathroom everywhere.
The lights in the room were very dim.
It is understood that the resort is situated in the jungle and insects are going to be there
But in the bathroom they can secure the window with the nets to avoid the insects lizards.
The room was full of lizards.
Only the view from the resort is worth watching.

Great place in Gokarna to stay, Has hill view and beach view, Hospitality was good. Host Suraj was great and professional, staffs and cook were polite. Food was bit over priced and not that tasty though. Stay location and rooms are just great, wood/stone rooms were available and spacious! Kudle beach is at walkable distance. Great place to stay in Gokarna. We had a comfortable and pleasent stay. The view of the beach and shade of trees keep you calm.
They have 3 types of cottages, stone, wood and tree house. Cottages are in limited number. Better to call and confirm before you reach the place.
They have a kitchen and you will get Vegetarian and Egg dishes. They prepare only after your order. We did try few simple dishes, they did taste well.
Enough parking available with shade.
Kudle Beach is at Walkable distance.

We stayed here for 2 days in the wood deluxe room. It is a tree house kind of stay, with bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor. The room was very pretty, clean and hygienic. Kudle beach is at a 600mtrs walking distance which is a shortcut. Kudle beach and om beach can be reached by road which are around 2km from the place and the roads are pretty good but there are no street lights so a little scary in the night. Food is available in the premise till 10pm for a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and well behaved.

One of the excellent and recommended stay, the property is located nearby Kudle beach and the view from the hotel is worth mesmerising.

Stay - The rooms are hygienic and well maintained, also the property is full of greenery which is very pleasing.

The staff working there are very kind and helpful. They won’t ever make a fuss for any work you requested.

Suraj - The manager of Paradise holiday cottage is a very gem person, he is very helpful. During my stay at Gokarna i had been to the trail trek and got stuck in middle of trail and called Suraj again and again several times but he always answered my called and guided me. He is very friendly.

Kudos to the all the staff for making our stay pleasant and worth remembering.

Food - The food served here is delicious and affordable.

Next time when i am ever going to visit again Gokarna this is the place i will always prefer to stay.

Amazing cottages with a lovely view of the kudle beach. Superb location which serves good food. Only thing is that since its in a jungle, there are bugs all around

Our stay in cottage was really wonderful. Excellent service.all the staffs are kind enough.and recommended for female travellers.they are really concerned about fulfilling all our requirements and safety.

Kudale Beach, one of the good beaches, is just 10 min walk from this location.
Even from the property, views are great. Prices are slightly on the expensive side considering Gokarna.

They have a kitchen on site. The food is not the best, but it is a good place to have if you are hungry and don't want to go anywhere. They also provide room service. Although dinner was tasty, I will suggest not having breakfast here. Especially for chai lovers, the chai was totally bitter and tasted very weird. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars.

Apart from that, the place itself is very nice. You can come with family, kids or just decide to have a bachelor's party. You can even take your spouse for some romantic getaway.

They have 3 kinds of rooms - Stone room, Pine wood room and Wood Delux. The wood delux is built like a tree house, meaning the room is above ground. It was a very nice room and I will recommend it if you are celebrating something special.

If you just plan to wander around and only come to the room for sleeping, I would recommend to go for other cheaper options.

Nice family place to stay. Very nice ambience with beach view. During night you will feel like in middle of the forest. Near to OM beach and Kudle beach. Suraj care taker person has provided all the contact like bike rentals, way to beaches, water sports activities. We expected non-veg food also but ended up only veg food. Rooms were clean. We occupied pine tree cottages which is of 2500 and Suraj has also provided discount to 2000 as it was week day. Limited menu in breakfast. PS: You need to order breakfast/lunch/dinner before 1hr as they start preparing once it's ordered even if it is biriyani. Nothing like play area but kids can play near cottages, plenty space is there. From cottage, Gokarna temple side is 20mins away

This place is really awesome. Staff are too polite and helpful too. You can easily cover all the beaches from this place. Basically it's comes in between all the beaches.

Nice place to relax and be with nature. It is surronded by greenery. You can sit in the balcony and hear the sounds of insects and birds. It's very peaceful. Very close to om beach and kudle beach.

Such a good place to stay in Gokarna.
I booked it for 2 days in Feb. Pleasent place. Special thanks for Suraj and Anant for support and hospitality.
Food is also good and on demand Anant customized it, that really made me feel good.
As I got injured due to bike skid Suraj made me to get all medication from gokarna city as there was no doctor near by paradise.

Thanks for all support.
I recommend this resort if you really want to explore nature and enjoy.

Decent Place Near Kulde Beach

Stay:
some of the cottages were really beautiful and some were decent we booked 2 rooms one had a balcony with a great view and a huge bathroom.
The prices are also decent. No restrictions as such. The view outside is great you can see the sea.

Beach accessibility:
10 mins walk form kulde beach with a little bit of off road walking. The road beside the hotel reaches directly to the beach entrance. Om Beach is a good place within 20-25 mins of bike ride.

Food:
For some reason this hotel had only options in Veg food and Eggitarian. They dont serve hardcore nonveg. Also no options available in cold drinks. Food was also avarage in taste. The concept of roti in Gokarna is a chapati so please be aware before ordering that. There is a place in the front yard where you can have luch /breakfast /dinner outside the room and arrange evening party.

Parking:
Adequate Parking place is available in the hotel.

Good wooden cabin experience away from the beach area. The rooms have all basic amenities. The property has a view of the sea. Veg food is available. The property has lots of green cover and doggies. If you have a vehicle this place is recommended.

I am glad i found this cottage online. Suraj was very helpful and they have awesome food at the resort. We had big stuffed paratha for breakfast and spent the whole day at beach snacking around.

We have pre booked this cottage for 3200 for 2 nights and 3 days for the stone house. Also informed the management (Suraj) that we would be reaching the cottage by 7: 30am, he promised to give us the room on the same time but when we reach there Suraj spoke so rudely saying that rooms are full now and you need to wait untill 11: 00 am so that I shall arrange a room for you.untill please sit in the reception. That's so unprofessional and very poor management skills. Later we argued for 1hr and we got the room by 9: 45 am. Day 1 @ cottage was literally bad and yes we planned not to go here next time. Good thing about this place is view, kudle beach is 200 mts away. Even the food was not good at this place. Trust me!

Hotel location was great with max 10 minute walk to kudle beach. Clean and well maintained cottages. Full of greenary. Restaurent is decent. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

Great place to chill out and relax. It's not a resort, so maintenance is closer to a homestay, but it is still pretty decent, neat and clean. It is very close to Kuddle Beach, and the host is friendly and helpful. Recommended.

One of the nice place to stay in Gokarna.place is near to Kudlu beach almost walkable.
Om beach is also at walkable distance.

Nice and clean place to stay.

It's located at a good place but rooms are not that good, sound proofing is very bad and I don't recommend here for young couples. I booked two rooms, both rooms have broken bathroom locks and the window is completely open in the bathroom, it's a hugh window where two people can sit and watch you bath.

Stayed for 2 nights recently for New Year. The location is so convinient that you can take an 8-10 mins walk to kudle beach any time you want. The wooden cabins are amazing. It's like in a wooden house in the woods. The hospitality is awesome. The staff were really helpful and the food tastes good too.

The cottage was nothing worth of 2200. To begin with the approach road is extremely dangerous. It's not a tar road but full mud and rock filled and steep pathway. If you plan to go in Car then A BIG NO. Further while returning my car which is sedan was not able to climb due to heavy mud. I was completely stuck and when called cottage they were NOT helpful and disconnect the call. A local village guy helped me. Thank god. Food is average, very less quantity of curry for charge of 180. Gave half glass of milk for 40, chapatti very bad as made with oil. Note it's 1 km walk from all possible stupid path to om beach. WILL NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Room were extremely poor lighted, unhygienic and extremely poor cleanliness.

No road to this place. You have to hike around 1km to reach. And if you have a two wheeler, then you will fall down as the road is full of dust sand and hilly. Service and food is average. Room is too small. Quality is poor.

Experience at this resort was refreshing, view surrounding and the service was excellent.i can't expect more from it. Before reaching to the resort must dial first asking way to reach the resort, since the resort is on hill forest.

The approach road to the cottage is very bad. But that problem is for people who go in car. The courtesy shown by the staff is excellent. Super helping nature persons. Food served is excellent.

The road that deviates to the cottage is very bad, which is around 700-750 meters. We were driving to this place and our vehicle got caught in the terrain and struggled for 15 mins to get help. Cottage is decent but i wouldn't recommend as this is a struggle if you go by your own vehicle and feel helpless.

Away from the city in the middle of nature - we had an excellent stay in Paradise cottage. Kudle beach will be visible - take an adventurous trail down to it's shore. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing dtay. Highly recommended but the road towards their property is a bit hectic. Cottages rent are Rs. 1500/- and 2000/- accordingly

Everything is great except 500 meter road which is worse.normal biker cant go, it requires experience guy with off road bike to reach there

Decent and good value for money. It's in prime location to major beaches with a friendly staff. Road to hotel from main road is little bumpy but overall nice staff and a pleasant experience

In terms of cleanness, environment, sea view, nature, people's behaviour, peacefulness, Cottage is very good but in terms of approachability, it is far bad like 700 metres path from main road to the cottage is in very bad condition, and it is narrow too. Small four wheel can come with lot of difficulties but big car like scorpio can come thorough that path.
Travelling by bike or car from this cottage to outside is not easy.
Before booking, must consider this negative point too.

We stayed in stone cottage. Room was bigger. But didn't like the bed. Otherwise food and service was excellent

This place was really very nice. They litterally have cottages to live plus the people who serve you will give their best to make you comfortable. The owner is pretty good and they are very much respectful. I loved the place
