Paradise Isle Beach Resort

I recently stayed at Paradise Isle Beach Resort, and it was an absolute paradise indeed. The stunning beachfront location, impeccable service, and lush surroundings made for a perfect getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities, including the pool and on-site dining, were top-notch. I would highly recommend Paradise Isle Beach Resort for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Good resort! The resort staff will talk to you well if you speak to them in English and if you pretend to be from outside of Karnataka. They lose respect for you the minute you speak kannada, don't understand why this behaviour!

Resort is located very close to the beach, rooms were clean.

Food at the "ocean view" restaurant attached to the resort was excellent! Hence the 4 stars for this place.

Rooms are highly over priced only on the basis of its location. Rooms r less than an average room for which i would not pay more than 2500-3000

This hotel (i wonder why they call it a resort!) is located ACROSS the road from MALPE beach (highly crowded public beach).

Please do not stay here if you are looking for a quiet and clean beach holiday. This is not a place for a holiday.

The rooms are small and cleanliness is poor. The quality of rooms is LODGE like (old, worn out) and the rates are 5 star (15Kper night). The extra bed we ordered seemed like a narrow hostel bed on which a larger mattress was placed (a balancing act to sleep) It is a rip off and depressing experience.
Malpe is not the beach place to holiday in Mangalore region and Paradise Isle is not recommended for working professionals looking for a good holiday.

Hotel location is good, but room quality and services are pathetic.
There was no hot water for both days. They charge like a premium hotel, however, there was nothing premium about the room nor services.

Superb, like real paradise. Though the rooms are good, but the service is is excellent. Also, there few places to see nearby, with beautiful landscaping work.

Food is delicious, rooms are well maintained.costal sand is 50 m ahead followed by Arabian sea.
One must book this resort or maple beach resort if want to frequently visit the beach side, water sports or late night walk alongside of coast.
One of the great hotels I have visited in the recent times.
The staff shows great hospitality, courtesy having beautiful smile on their faces.
Rooms were clean, looks hygienic with pretty good view outside the window.
Food is so delicious including complementary, can customise as per your choice.
Location is easily accessible from nearby public transport stations.
I would like to revisit the hotel.

Rooms are not well maintained. All the bath room fitting were leaking. Most of the furnitures are broken. No central AC (only wall AC). You will hardly see any hotel staff. Receptionist will not care for your complaints.
Better to avoid this place.

Amazing place to stay On the beach.

Not like a luxurious 5 Star types, but being in a decent place with all facilities (Breakfast, Restaurant/Bar - sea looking) is on mind - this is the place.

Has a pool as well which is nicely maintained.

Everything about the place is nice to decent- just the building and rooms have a weather of time over them.

Friendly staff and quite helpful. Beach, towels, rib around, pool. Highlights.

And - ample parking.

Great place to chill by the beach and have some local toddy. But the food didn't reach the quite the mark.

This is a very nice place for family, nice hospitality and food. Right in front of the beach. Ashish (at the reception) is a very good person. Talk to him for a good sea facing room and other facilities.

For various reasons. Ashish and Nischaya were excellent hosts, very hospitable, very accommodating.always smiling, very helpful. Felt at home at this resort. Thank you so much for your support and assistance

Very friendly staff n the property location is too convenient. Stayed at the Deluxe cottage.it's pretty big.front desk staff Ashish n Nischaya were coordinating n felt happy for their support.
Booked via call n Sumaya was there to assist always.never felt neglected on call n also the front desk.

Amazing resort right next to Malpe beach. Good vibes and cool stays with great service by Ashish and Nischaya truly made my stay memorable. Recommend this place if you plan to stay in Udupi!

Amazing place.right on the beach.the rooms were good. The staff was excyand very helpful in everything. The kitchen was slow as I think they had less staff but food was okay.on the whole a good place to stay for a beach vacation.

If you are looking for a resort or hotel which is on the beach.this place fits into it. In-house Restaurant is ok. Not for people who are looking for perfect holiday experience.

If you see the review trends of this hotel, you will note that most of the good reviews are old reviews (Pre COVID times). And most of the latest reviews are bad reviews. So BEWARE. Don’t be swayed by the 4* average rating

My review:
Very bad management and receptionist (Ashish: Promising part is done well. Later watch out for his nonchalant attitude). Firstly they gave rooms 501,502 and 503 which are not part of the main hotel but is a green room (changing room) of their function hall. The rooms were absolutely unclean and emanating smell of decay including the toilets.

We asked for other rooms but they could not provide as it was full.
They promised us new rooms the next day, but did not give us the change till 3.00 pm, citing a reason that they have to be cleaned. This was inspire of reminding them 3 times.
Strong advise to avoid this hotel.

Even the room that they finally gave us did not have hot water. All this, for a minimum payment of Rs 4500 per room per day.
The facilities need a huge revamping.

Very good place for sea side stay experience. Food is reasonably good though bit short on variety.

Super beach front resort with rooms facing the sea.wide spread breakfast menu and good room service. The games area needs a little attention but is fully compensated by its location. Would love to come back here.

Beautiful place to stay! You have the beach as soon as you step out. Neat and clean rooms. Problem is the food. The resort foods are so expensive that you are forced to have food outside. Restaurant can consider lowering the price atleast for sea foods considering they are in costal area. For example a small pomfret tawa fry 800 and Rasam is 180 which is too expensive in any given day

Great hospitality, amazing staff (especially Samarth Shetty), good food, outstanding help and service.

We were given sea facing ground floor rooms. Rooms were really clean and good. For us BF was part of booking and Bf was really good and there was alot of variety. We had dinner here for 2 days out of 3 days we stayed and dinner was really good both veg and non-veg

What I liked about the hotel is it's close proximity to the beach. It is right opposite to the beach. The hotel also has a swimming pool. At any given point you are never far away from fun. The food served by the restaurant although expensive for my taste, is tasty and feels hygenic.
Areas to improve would be customer service. Either they are short staffed or the staff are lethargic. A request for any kind service needs to be repeated thrice at least before someone shows up and attends to you. But the good thing is that they serve you with a smile. Hot water in the bathrooms is another thing that needs to looked into. Families traveling with young kids or elderly can find it really difficult to manage with the luke warm water.

Beach view rooms are decent but pricey. View is amazing on bright sunny days. Restaurant Ocean view to has great view and hearty breakfast with local delicacies. Try Mangalore sukka chicken / Kori. Do check prices of fish dishes before ordering to avoid surprise.
From outside building definitely needs repair and revamp.

Nice place and one of the best in Malpe and can’t get any better.

The location is superb and dining with a view of the sea is a nice experience.

Parking is plenty and service is good.

There is a bar and have a good choice of liquor.

COVID protocols are followed.

Quality of food is good and portions are quite filling. Service too is good and staff are friendly and responsive.

Almost full during weekends, and not so on the weekdays.

Overall a great place to spend a few days with family and friends.

Sea side view of arabian sea. Good sunset view in the evening. Not visited the Resort as such and cannot mention about the quality of food, Service etc

Awesome resort. The beach view is ultimate. The food is good and the maintenance is average. But overall it is the best option for beach lovers.

The location was great. Food and service was also very good. Rooms lacked ventilation and hence was a little damp.but otherwise we had a great time.

Experience malpe like never before staying at these beautiful sea front cottages.

These cottages are located close to most of the tourist attractions in udupi.
Mangalore is short drive away from this resort.
They offer cottages, suites, sea view rooms and premium rooms.
We had a great time at paradise Isle malpe, would love to be back here.

I had an exotic experience at paradise isle. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The service was quick, also the food was amazing. Loved the swimming pool area. Reached the beach in just 1 min, really amazing experience.

Please confirm your food order 2 3 times, they Delivered non veg soup instead of veg soup and the manager was not even sorry, was like this things happen what to do.

Beach view gated resort with ample parking space.hotel looks spacious and good.we had gone for breakfast.buffet is at 250 which is reasonable however we went for alacarte.cheese sandwich / idli / vada which were too tiny.ambience and service was good but food quality, in terms of taste, needs to improve.

Stay away unless you don't have any other place to stay. Whilst it is next to Malpe beach, stay is terrible with leaking bathrooms, bad service, unhygienic food & fungus in the rooms. I thought its just me having a bad day but i saw number of guests complaining about it. Such a big and nice place just got wasted by poor service and standards. Definitely a no no.

It's location is it's USP. Right in front of the Malpe beach. Restaurant is average and expensive. Service is good. There are not many accommodations available right in front of the beach in Malpe so this might be one of your best bet.

Only advantage is that it's next to the beach. Rooma are not properly maintained. Complementary breakfast had very limited choice and was tasteless.

Driver cottage not available. Parking space available inside the resort. Restaurant is available within the resort. However the food is bit expensive but tastes is good.

Wonderful beach view resort. Rooms are good and clean. Restaurant serves amazing food. Indoor games also available including billiards board, but that area isn't that great. Right opposite to Malpe beach. All sorts of water sports available in the beach. A ferry takes you even to the St. Mary's island which is just 20 mins boat ride from the hotel. Nice place to visit. The island was found by Vasco da Gama in 1498 (great history). This island used to be a part of the Madagascar landmass.

On the Malpe beach, Udupi the part of the beach is owned by Paradise Isle resort, it's located on the beach, good services and rooms and cottages for the prices quoted and food is really good too.

It has got the awesome view of beach from the room.hotel staff is very friendly and food is above average.

They have sealed the windows and it is super suffocating and uncomfortable. There is not a single window in the washroom also. Ac is centrally controlled. Bad experience.

Great picturesque view of Malpe Beach from Room as well as Restaurant. Good drive of 15 km on either side along Arabian sea.
Not to forget untouched serene beaches n give u a Columbus like feel.

The hotel is located in a very picturesque place.the sea view is amazing. But the service was not upto the mark at all. We reached the hotel at 12 moon and no bfast was avlbl. Price of food is high 2. The room was not cleaned the next inspite of a request and there were cockroaches in the room. Finally after settling the bill while checking out the bell boy didnt turn up to take our luggage even after several calls to the reception.

Wanted to stay in one of the sea facing cottages, but the concierge was kind enough to explain about the unavailability of TV and intercom service. We stayed in one of the rooms instead. The menu was good enough for me being vegetarian, but my friends were a tad bit disappointed as it was limited. The room in itself was quite comfortable, the extra bed was put top of a makeshift cot of sorts. We weren't sleepy until late in the night and requested carom coins to the board in the entertainment den, which was provided to us. Ideal place for bachelors to have fun at. Visiting again wouldn't be a bad idea

What a resort, I dumbstruck after seeing the place. I enjoyed every moment that I spent there. The resort is super good, and the staff members and their service is commendable. They keep a check on every small thing and they are really courteous and cooperative.

The crowd at the place is really nice and the place is really appealling. I enjoyed a lot at the paradise isle beach resort and i think that this was one of the best vacations of mine. I really had a great time there and i would to visit the place again with my whole family soon.

Good service. Staffs are good. Have a nice view of malpe beach. Parking is sufficient and organized. There is hall for some get together functions. Programs can be hosted. Food is good. Overall good place. Better to stay here if you're a tourist.

What a place and what a resort. Flabbergasted by the special beauty of the place during monsoon specially. It sooths your mind and rich crowd of the place is very nice and appealing. Delicious sea food is something that is difficult to forget. Congregation at the sea shore is awe-inspiring. It was fully wortb visiting during the monsoon season.

The beach view at Paradise isle Beach resort was so compelling. It is a really incredible place to visit and it worth visiting. I would love to visit there again and enjoy the comforting and soothing view. I even loved the beach view from the rooms and the arrangements at the resort were just perfect.

Great place to experience Udupi beach. You can hear the sound of waves and sea from hotel.

Beach is 2 min walk from hotel (opposite). Lot of amenities. Nice spa and pool to play.

Restaurant is pretty good and affordable. Breakfast buffet is very good with lot of options.

Ample Parking is available and road to the hotel is pretty good.

The hotesl is quite good. The facilities and staff are quite good. Only thegames area is a bit unclean and at night you dont get hot water.

There are several restaurants, but the one inside the hotel was the best. The staff were cheerful and friendly.

Paradise isle Beach resort is a marvelous place to visit. The beach view is so soothing and comforting. The service provided by the staff members is commendable. Everything is so systematic and maintained well. Food is also amazing. Comfort levels is really high at this resort.

The cost of a room is reasonably priced, the staff are friendly, and good food is available. However the shoreline is not recommended for swimming as the depth of water varies along the coastline. The place is best experienced during summer as the sea appears blue and with the water level receeded, it's a great place to hang out.

Avoid this place in winters as the sea tends to get rough and is not advisable to visit the shores.

The location of paradise isle beach resort is so mesmerizing. Everything is taken care of really well by the staff members. They are extremely polite and friendly. All the arrangements are done in the best possible ways. I would love to go there again and would also recommend everyone to visit there.
