Such a pleasant place to stay away from the city and crowd, and no compromise in safety too. I'm very much satisfied with their customer service and food.views were not the same as in the photos but still you can enjoy a lot over there, definitely the best in the city.

Nice place with great service I didn't stay in the rooms but the food and service I experienced to be great in a beautiful area.

Located about 15 kilometers from udupi city, this place is situated in the center of beautiful nature. At the banks of river suvarna near hoode Tonse health Centre. Nice and clean room's, helpful crew and everything you need for a relaxing day out. You even have a platform streched to the river where you can actually do fishing.

Room could have been a little better, it was slight damp and was not smelling as fresh.

The staff was helpful, and the resort was well spread with game room and other activities.

But could have been a little more value.

Rooms and location are very good and experience was great but there are a lot of crows in the area.

But food was very expensive and not worth it, as a result we had to opt for food from outside resort.

Disgusting hotel.pathetic service.they can't even provide clean drinking water.bathrooms fittings do not work.drain is open.they did not provide basic toiletries like soap.service is horrible.people donot take any responsibility.sadly first time I am seeing a hotel without intercom. They are charging a lot of money but overall hotel and services are useless.

Very nice and cozy place with freshness, greenery and scenic waterfront. Excellent staff add further value, especially Akshay, Faiz and Mohit took exceptional care.

It was a fantastic stay with a great view and relaxing time. Loads of greenery with backwaters stay. Akshay was just great to handle all the requests immediately. Great service guys. Hot water was an issue. Breakfast buffet was just an awesome.

What works: stunning location, good rooms, good service.

What does not work: GST invoice, payment in advance, no bar

Very bad service and the people are careless and they charge extra for everything and they don’t keep clean!
And a special thing please don’t try boathouse if you love your life it was leaking when I stayed in it and they took min of 12 hours to take the empty dish of the lunch which they served us very bad

Had a nice stay in this beautiful property i would like to say that this is pure heaven for nature seekers, as the food here is very tasty but a bit over priced i would say. We would like to thank the manager Tahmeen for making our stay a memorable one, would like to thank Deepak for knowing our needs for the food and getting us a beautiful south indian dish which tasted heavenly and last but not least would like to thank Mr Sachin for his quick support to teach us fishing tactics on how to catch the fish as he was the one because of i caught a big fish for the first time. Overall great team they have and as the word suggests the resort is a paradise and the deluxe room which we got was pure pleasure.

Best place for complete relaxation, I took boat house had good experience, supportive staff must mention Mr. Erlyn Tauro been very kind n supportive in serving us… food was good.

The infinity pool was the best feature. Food was good too and reasonably priced considering it's away from the city and in a secluded place.

We had been to this resort during Dasara time and I booked it 3 days earlier so had to pay 8,000 per room for water front Villa and we had booked two rooms
I give 5 star for the location of the property and the service of the person who was there to see the problems but there was a heavy rainfall in the night so we had leakage problem, there was water dripping from the Ac and then in the morning there was no hot water and mud water was coming in the taps after a lot of time they couldn’t fix it and the maintenance person supplied hot water in buckets so totally couldn’t enjoy the evening due to rain n next day due to these problems

A lovely and cozy place to stay. A bit out of the way but still well connected to Udupi. Rooms and especially the bathroom can be made much better for the price they charge. Mainly deserves stars because of the extremely tasty food. Kudos to the chef! Water activities are overpriced and can be done at 1/10th the price if you go out of the resort. Game room is well equipped. Very nice place for families. Staff is mostly friendly but can be better. With a few improvements, this place has potential.

Don’t even consider these rooms, very bad rooms not even worth 1.5K. Room services are ok & food is good, other than that rooms are very old & badly in need of renovations, bathrooms stinks. Very disappointed, photos and reality are very different.

Amazing location. We booked Seaview room and loved the view. Room and fittings are old but I liked the view, location, price. Even the food price is reasonable too.

One of the best resorts in karnataka. The place itself is amazing. The Rooms, the service and the food everything was too good. If you are planning for holiday around udupi it is the best place to be.

The ambience is very good, near to the beach and river. Though the overall Staff count was less, Mr. Deepak and the available team were very responsive and supported all our requests with a pleasant behaviour. Food is also reasonable and very tasty, especially Neerdosa/Kundapur chicken curry.
The place felt very homely and a good break amidst our daily routine.

Paradise? Yes, it does feel like a paradise if you want to chill on a weekend or holidays by the river. Food takes a lot of time to come after ordering. Whether you are planning on staying here or no, do consider going for kayaking, it's just great, even kids are allowed. Swimming pool is high on chlorine, your eyes are going to hurt and that's not fun.

Property is a bit secluded, but that's a blessing in disguise. Makes it ideal for a nice relaxing time. Property has a good spa. Includes excellent water activities as well as, other than the river rides on motorised boats and house boat, Loved the surfing and kayaking it's got a nice place for common games as well as outdoor badminton and kids play area to spend the day. Special shout out to Deepak who did a wonderful job to address all your requirements with a smile and very efficient. Also to the excellent staff in the hotel, especially Aldrin Touro who was very prompt and made sure the stay was comfortable and hospitable even when we required things during the later hours. Keep it up guys, a property nicely maintained.

Excellent resort by the backwaters in Udipi. Quaint small place with great ambience and a beautiful waterfront.
Must try the kundapur chicken curry with neer dosa!

It's a superb property to relax and unwind. The views are breathtaking. You can do activities like kayaking that u can book with supsurfindia (tanvi and rohan) The swimming pool is infinity. The staff and service is the highlight. Aldrin took special care of our food and beverage needs. Mr. Tamim the hotel manager also made sure we were comfortable and had a flawless stay.

Stayed in houseboat for a day, the boatride was amazing thanks to f&b deepak and thameen manager for going out of the way and helping us to get good memories from this vacation to udupi. I would say that this is the paradise what people are looking for. The only thing i would say is the rooms in the houseboat are less spacious but the view from the room is amazing, once again thanks to manager thameen and staff for making our stay comfortable.
Will definitely visit again and recommend it to others.

Pro: Fantastic view: we stayed in W4 and the view was mesmerising. Made our trip very memorable.

Pro: Staff: The staff is helpful and caring. Special mention to Harihara, who went above and beyond to help us. And you need to try Deepak's cocktails!

Con: Location: The approach road is very narrow and winding.

Con: Service: You expect few things when you are paying a premium. Like in-room internet, toiletorries, etc. Also, if you are staying for more than a day you need to inform them to clean your room, which I found quite out-of-norm.

Saw from a distance during a boat ride. Didn't visit or stay. Their houseboat stay option costs around 8000 Rs. Looks like a good relaxed place to stay

This place is one of the gem in Udupi. Located 14km from Udupi city, one of the hidden gem. Stayed for a day in Waterfront suite which costed Rs. 7000/-. Absolutely loved the Scenic beauty of delta area connecting Arabian Sea. Hospitality is also very good which makes this place one of the most desired resort if one wants to enjoy stay amidst beautiful sea. Also there are many popular places like kemmannu bridge, Delta beach and Kodi bengare beach just about 5km radius from the resort. This resort has an outdoor activity area, swimming pool and also a restaurant. Overall a very good experience staying at this place. Would definitely visit this place again.

Great place away from the hustle bustle of the town or city. Great rooms and good amenities. Good games room. Lush green and the lagoon is just amazing. Swimming pool great. Food is overpriced. Beware of amenities that are chargeable. Parking is actually a mess. Limited space and you might end up in an odd situation with the parking. Courteous staff and great experience overall.

Great resort with really helpfull staff. They have complimentary paddle boating. Their swimming pool has an amazing view. Veg food was decent.

Location is good. Service is also good. Food is okay. Food quality should be improved. In one room cockroach came. The room we stayed has power fluctuations, to So we informed them and then thy changed the room next day.

One of the best place to stay in Udupi. This resort is situated near the bank of a river. You will get an awesome view of the backwaters.

Food is really awesome. Especially the seafood. Infinite pool view toward the river is another attraction.

Only problem you could face is finding the resort. It is located off the main road and roads leading to resort is narrow. Please ask the native people for directions.

Super place it is like island, very beautiful view you have few activity like boating boat house, fishing, tabke tennise, shuttle carrom chess, snoker to enhance your stay quality, good was good but expensive, it is in close circumference to tourist places infinite pool was the main attraction and really enjoyed the pool
