Average hotel. Did not like bed. Staff are cooperative. Cleanliness is good at hotel. Breakfast is ok

The operations manager and the night manager are both downright rude and unhelpful people who keep changing their stance and do not keep commitments. The presence of such people at the reception is very unpleasant. Only Ms. Nandini on the reception is saving grace of this place.

It was a good experience.
Pros:
1. Spacious since it is a 1BHK & at an affordable price.
2. Courteous behavior by staff, polite and supportive hotel boy like shankar
3. Good area, varieties of food in the street and night life

Cons.
1. Not enough parking space in hotel, They have only a small parking space in basement. I had to park in-front near street footpath.
2. Got 2 single bed kept aside instead of king / queen bed, they agreed to change room next day but I adjusted. So crosscheck same based on what you need

But Overall we enjoyed since room was clean, it was spacious, supportive staffs and a good area to spend time.

Spacious suite rooms, good hospitality. Their food is pathetic but they are located in an area where you get to choose from a range of low cost to high cost food options

This is an excellent place to stay. Rooms are like home. The Manager Chandru and his team are very helpful.

Very bad room condition when I entered i found a family of cockroaches in my bed consider any other hotels or stay and enjoy with cockroaches

Clean and bright rooms, good ventilation and courteous staff. Hotel's location is a plus. Loved the hotel and Bangalore city.

This hotel is a 2BHK Apartments.
All the rooms are converted from 2BHK rooms. Hotel is very good, at an excellent location and with good food.

I stayed there for more than 15 days.
And everything was nice about the place, the room, the service, the accessibility.
I could get the ground floor room also when I requested on check-in which I really liked due to ease of reach.
Also the staff was pretty helpful.

One star less because when I asked to fix tubelight they didn't fix something were there which where not fix

I had been during COVID, well maintained hotel, cleaning happens once in 2-3 days. Good staffs, can speak Kannada, Telugu, Hindi & English.
Preferably for family, even vehicle parking is available for visitors.
Food was normal, nothing much to prefer.
Good access to Medical shop, BMTC bustop and other nearby utility or provision shops.

I have been staying in this place for the past 10 years regularly. I love the staff here, very courteous. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Very close to bus stops and other food restaurants. I have no complaints on this place at all.

Stayed here for 30 days as a company provided accommodation. Nice hospitality. Nice food. Staffs were very helpful. Daily maintainance was good.

Pros: The pricing in this place is decent and has good ambience. The staff is very much welcoming

Cons: There is no basement parking for this place. So if you are planning to stay a bit long with your vehicle, you will have to park outside
