Partyyar Helium Balloons and Birthday Decorations

Horrible experience with them, we ordered 20 balloons and not even half were delivered. When we raised the concern, they are calling us liars and not even ready to accept the there was a fault in their delivery.
Pathetic attitude calling customer liars. They are fraud i agree with other similar reviews. It's so sad my kids birthday party was ruined because of them. Leave aside refund they call their customers liars.

Similar situation like another customer. They confirmed the order and then one day prior the lady called me to tell me that the product I wanted is not available and now wanted me to pay additional money for the different product she has with her. I don’t understand why poor planning on their side is my problem. She told me she will return the money but she knew all along this order was urgent and I cannot buy Same product from somewhere else at very last moment. Then another challenge came when I had to ask for a bill. I literally called her 50 times in 2 days and left several text messages and WhatsApp messages to ask just for my bill. She is so unprofessional that she doesn’t even pick up your calls and refuse to answer questions on WhatsApp also. I literally had to beg her to give me my bill so I can close this asap. Then came the part where she gave me invalid invoice. It looked like something I myself can make on excel and export it as pdf. Super sneaky and super scammy to be honest. Very unprofessional and I would recommend not to place your order unless you really wanna chase them to get your products or money back.

Edit- you are quite delusional. Screenshots never lie. Your poor planning is not emergency. I am a paying customer who paid in advance for my order that you confirmed that you will deliver. You backed out later and left me stranded in a condition where I couldn’t even order from somewhere else. Then you stopped picking up my calls and I tried calling you 50 times. Again screenshots never lie. If you want I can post. I don’t know how such an unprofessional person is running this business. You don’t even had the decency to communicate with your customer when I kept calling you for days. Worst experience ever. When I posted my experience here now suddenly you are bombarding my WhatsApp. I don’t even know what to say. Please stop.

I had booked for a helium balloons home decor for my son's birthday and they executed it well on time.
Happy with their service. Definitely would recommend them.

We were all underwhelmed with the size of the Baloons which were so small and not at all like what it looked liked in the photographs

They backed out last minute and then came up with a solution of sending the balloons alone in a cab, for which they asked me to pay first and gave word that it'll be refunded, but after that even after continous follow up they failed to do so telling the location was far, worst service

Worst service i ever got, they were not on time and everything flopped because of them since there was no time for us to party. And they were not responding calls when we tried reaching them to come fast.they were so particular about rates and delivery when we requested. Not recommended for sure.

Had the worst experience ever in your MYSORE STORE
They ddnt deliver the baloons at said time, had to prolong the party, had to keep my guests waiting for an hour. After a while they stopped picking up my calls, I tried calling several times and still no response. But they immediately picked up whn i called from a different number unknown to them.
Later i had to cancel the baloons as i cudnt make guests wait longer.

The girls who came down to fix it where really sweet they did there job well. The ballon quality was fine I opted for the helium Ballons they hardly flew for 3hours. N Evn before the celebration was done by 12 the Ballons where down I dint find it worth my money at all. Since I paid 2200 for just 20helium balloons and 30 air Ballons, also the air Ballons where provided by me.

It was done very well for the celebration of my son birthday with Balloon decoration. They have designed very well as per our plan. Once again we thank for the balloon decoration team creating the birthday party ghosh and fun.

Very beautiful decoration. The balloons were a mix of pastel pink and rose gold. This was complemented by a pair of bouquets, 4 vase, spiral ribbon and two cup cake stands.
