Getting worse by the day. It was once very good, now it has become very unreliable. My trip to Chennai was cancelled in last minute and no response from any of the phone numbers that I am calling. Think from a traveller’s perspective, the person may be travelling on emergency and these kinds of last minute cancellation with a lethargic attitude means nothing but your attitude towards your customers which will in turn result in decline in business.

One of the worst services where the operator would call you and inform that due to operational challenges the bus is not serviceable and assures for refund. It has been good 3 months but till now they have not processed any refund.
And the person ARIF and Salamat will tell that they have forwarded to the respective teams and they are working on it! The irony here is they gotta army of people but not efficient enough to process the refund.

Don't even transport a bike in this travels. You will get in pieces. Worst management.

Very poor staff. I had booked a ladies seat from Bangalore to Chennai and they put a man on the seat right next to me saying there is no other seat for him. Not just that, despite making a request to stop because I was feeling unwell, the staff member was rude especially the bus assistant. They kept adding people at various stops and delayed the arrival but when I asked him to stop for 5 mins, the bus assistant refused.
I would suggest to go for better services like InterCity or even State govt buses in that way are better

Worst service ever. Booked bus was cancelled with a single notification stating technical reasons.
Was assured refund with 3 biz days which even after 3 weeks not reflected and no curtsy reply for the emails sent.

It's not the same old praveen travels. Just taken customers for granted. Shame on praveen travels attitude.

Guys, please opt for better transportation service, who values the people and the fair paid.

Mr ariff, incharge here takes your money to his personal account and wont take your calls, beware booking tickets

First they sanitized me and provided refreshment water bottle Very comfortable travel and had a timing service

I send the chair to secundrabad on 12 of August 2020 still not loaded and still in Bangalore from last 8 days this is u r very very very very very very very very very very very bad service qnd u r office person also not responding and not pick the calls and not give the answer this is u r service

I sent my bike from Bangalore, my bike was literally damaged when delivery time.their services and way of replying is very bad, Transport charges is very high comparing with other Transport.

Came from Bangalore. The only bus with restroom facility. More buses needed to different routes

Worst service ever, they are charging high but service is very poor. I have transmit my bike to Bangalore, it took 5 days and my bike damaged fully and their charge is also high. Don't go for their service

Very good for women travellers as hey take utmost care for them. Thw pantry on wheels is good but need to elaborate on the menu.

For name sake, its AC Premium Sleeper, too much noise inside AC cabin. Government buses are much better. I had horrible experience while traveling from Madurai to Bangalore on 23rd Feb night.

KA51D4629. Known to be one of the best travels, we had a nightmare travelling amidst cockroaches. We also had a 1 year old kid with us. How can the staff be so careless? Customers can't be taken for granted because we dont pay such hefty prices for suxh experience. Will never ever choose.

Worst service worst buses. All are old buses and driver and cleaner won't listen to customer. Even they don't give a blanket also.
