Worst experience ever, we call around 10am for confirming that that is available before going for doctor consultation, when we reached, store staff said that doctor is on leave, we are wasting time and petrol to reach from Whitefield in traffic and staff misleaded us. When we asked why you confirmed on phone, they were looking at each other making faces, pathetic staff and false information providers. Not recommended

The employees at this shop engage in dishonest practices. They refuse to provide a cash discount for a bill of 11,000 rupees, claiming that the discount can be applied the next day with the bill. However, upon visiting the store, they renege on their promise.
Additionally, the owner girl's demeanor is also extremely unpleasant.

This medicine will not work at all for asthma, allergies and cold problems, I suffered a lot, simply this doctors are telling very good medicine, but waste, don't listen to doctor, they want to sell medicine and make money only, I also checked with others who was using, they said total waste medicine,

This is not chikityalaya but a marketing office of Patanjali. What ever health issue you have they will give you medicines worth around Rs 1500. These medicines are nothing but regular patanjali products (tablets, liquids etc). Dr.here will say same story to every one. Eat good food, exercise regularly (& keep consuming Patanjali products) etc. No disease specific treatment. Waste of time & waste of money. They are simply looting people.

I made payment via card.
Amount got deducted.
While enquiring no positive feedback came.
My bank is saying money has been deducted and sbi is saying it is not credited. I ended up paying more amount by cash to purchase item. This was my last visit to this shop. They leave customer high and dry to let themselves follow up rather than being proactively follow up and give us receipt of fail transaction from pos machine

No one a available to receive calls even after multiple attempts.
This is very unprofessional behavior, these behavior is damaging Patanjali repotutation.

Too much rude behaviour from the owner and the staffs. They treats people like dogs. Still I buying product just sake of Patanjali products. Otherwise wise not recommending to the shop. Given 1 star only for to shop.

WORST SERVICE, The Doctor Giridhara Dongre. M was extremely rude & unprofessional, He left the patient consultation in between, out of his own ego issues, and refused to explain the list of medicines prescribed & response.
Also the owner/attender lady at the Store started another heated argument instead of listening to Patient concern.
They just want to SELL THEIR PATANJALI PRODUCTS TO poor people forcibly.
DOCTOR IS NT AT ALL CONCERNED OF PATIENT'S HEALTH OR CONCERNED WHAT PATIENTS FEEL AFTER THEIR MEDICINE,
The store owner herself is very argumentative.
NEVER recommend this store to anyone.
