Patiala NH 44

Food was good variety of food same like any other Punjabi dabba but service was little late and the restaurant is in top floor unfortunately the life was not working we had to take stairs for 4th floor and we had informed them they had fixed it. Because it was on rooftop it was pretty hot they had air cooler and fan but still it was not that much comfortable if you tend to be sweaty. Overall 4/5 good food and reasonable price for that area.

The food was really tasty. Especially paneer makhmali roll, buttermilk and their gravys.
The ambience is not too good, but it is decent.

The Pulav was bland and didn't meet the expectations.

Overall a great place in budget.

Awful food and poorly trained staff. Thr perfect recipe for disappointment. Would never recommend you to come here. If you really crave some good north indian/Punjabi food, consider going to Kailash Parbat. It is leagues ahead of patiala NH 44 and will always be. Please take my advice or you will be disappointed.

Very tasty food, ambience and the service is up to the mark. Overall must visit place if you want to have a sumptuous North Indian meal.

Excellent food with fresh and soft panner enjoyed with the Rotis. The lassi was very good as well. The place is on the 4th floor of the Ice Thunder building. So, parking is not available. You need to park you car somewhere close by and walk to the place. The staff was very courteous. It wasn't too crowded on a weekday. Surprising to find a pure veg Punjabi restaurant and enjoyed it thoroughly. Worth a visit with family.

Definitely one of my top 3 restaurants in Gandhibazar. Very polite staff, great food.

It's terrace converted into closed hall, ambience is very poor, seating is very bad, service is unbelievably slow, paneer quality is not good, good taste is below average.

Food tastes awful for the price paid and moreover had to wait for abt an hour to feast on.

We had Organised a Small Get Together/ Party for our Son's Naming Ceremony and I Must say, We were Over Whelmed by the response from both the Manager (Amarendra) and the Chef (Raghu). They both were very Accommodating and Catered to all our Needs without any Hesitation.

We wanted our entire Menu to be Jain, and the Options given by the Chef were soo good that all our Guests were very satisfied with the Lunch Menu and literally everyone praised the Food. To be Honest, We have not had this Tasty Jain Food in Bangalore for very long now! We generally get very limited Options in Jain Food outside and there are a lot of Limitations however this Place is very Different. They were ready to make anything and everything foe Us in Jain, which is a rare sight in Bangalore!

The Food was just Lip Smacking. All Items Including the Soups/ Starters/ Main Course and Even Deserts were made with lot of Efforts and that showed when the Food was Served.

Not only that, the Servers were also very Friendly and Served Food with a Big Smile and that also made a lot of Difference. It was Welcoming for all our Guests and each and every Guest of Ours walked out Happily, all Thanks to the Manager, Chef and the Servers and entire Team behind it to make this Event a Successful One.

We would always recommend this Place, both for Food and Party.

Food is not so great.they use lot of butter but no flavours. Its bland taste. But prices are high. 200 for a dal makhani is no vfm. Service was excellent and people are very friendly. Gave the feedback to the manager.he took positively.definitely scope for improvement is there. They need to improve on the taste. I wish they improve next time I visit.

A great place with very good ambience and excellent food. Price is pretty reasonable and the staff are extremely humble and courteous. A must try restaurant!

Arranged a lunch party event in the hall adjoining the restaurant
FOOD IS GOOD & TASTY but other factors need to be taken care of -

CASHIER, MANAGER, CHEF & OWNER - all make keep their own conditions through the event

Firstly the place lacks good ventilation, half their coolers don't work, frequent power cuts add to the heat in afternoon despite repeated requests to open the windows they din't bother to listen to us about the suffocation and heat their closed Hall provides (HALF THEIR COOLERS DON'T WORK)

Secondly, they are short staffed, food refueling on the buffet table takes forever and the attitude of the owner is like he's serving the food to us for free, we need to keep requesting to refill all items include cutlery (SERVICE IS BELOW AVERAGE, THEIR OWNER KIRAN ISN'T TRAINED FOR THE INDUSTRY and doesn't know to speak to customers),
while their restaurant was also operating on full swing they are short staffed to handle any requests

Thirdly, the old play area and their toys aren't maintained and needs to be removed if it's of no use to the restaurant, but they aren't bothered about this also, if your kid gets hurt they'll just say you had told before hand the play area isn't our part of the restaurant - U NEED TO THROW THE PART WHICH IS NOT PART OF YOUR RESTAURANT, furniture is old not maintained

Fourth point - We had requested for jain and non jain food in our menu but their staff doesn't have the knowledge of the dishes they are serving, and the chef to avoid confusion prepared 80% of the dishes jain, so that he's not to be bothered constantly for 20% of the customer base which was jain, and Kept chopped onions beside the dishes (here I blame the complete management as if you don't know organise events according customer requests, then you don't need to take up the events)

Fifth Point, Their menu offering is on per member basis and while giving the order they take the confirmation of members but they count the plates during the events which highly unethical and informed beforehand to us as about it, menus itself is dubious - mineral water not provided in the menu, food which is finished isn't refilled on time, their North Indian menu has rasam rice which isn't a North Indian dish and the best part is that they say it is compulsory to opt for it

All in all the food is tasty and good but bad service and poor management just add to the list of issues at this place

Food is great, but service is very slow, pls improve it. They will take your 2 hours, just for the dinner.

Absolutely delicious and the staffs in the hotel are so welcoming and the overall atmosphere was really good. They delighted us with complimentary food and dessert. I love the food, ambience, behaviour of staff and their Kitchen. They have maintained their kitchen so well and clean, chefs are also so neat and professional. I love this place. #MustVisit.

Worst service ever. Took 1 hour and 30 minutes to serve 3 dishes. I had to ask manager thrice when our order will be served. Saw the chef taste food with finger and lick the finger while cooking. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant at all

This has become one of my favorite destination for Authentic Punjabi Food. Loved the Tandoori, Chinese, and of course, the Punjabi food. Even the ambience is decent.

Great food. Inexpensive. Sarson da saag, makki di roti, patiala paneer, all good stuff. Mango mastani was delicious

I had been today, This is newly renovated as NH-44 after timepass dinner, good food typical north indian food.must try tandoor starters, Punjabi lassi and many more.

Great ambience, also a lesser known restaurant in Gandhi Bazaar, 4th floor in the same building as the Icethunder.

We went for buffet at around 9pm and found that the food was very pale and and the staff's we're also very lazy to serve the food, overall very bad experience.

It was the WORST experience.family of 12 people went with the booking for dinner and every dish was cold. There was hardly few ppl dining and yet the Rotis took almost half an hour to be served.there was just two dishes in dessert and they were almost stale.the washroom became a pool after it started raining.not worth the money at all.

Not good, decline in quality. It's definitely not worth your money even though you get it at low cost so you should consider spend more money at right place because this will only make you unhappy with their quality of food. Everything used to be good a year back but not now Maybe they have stopped considering good food so better they improve the quality of food they serve or people like us won't come as we used to come more than 4-5 time's in a year here.
