Very Bad. Worst Travel experience. No respect for timing. 11 Pm scheduled pickup from Dharwar but arrived @2AM, late by 3 hrs. Do not ever book this travel even if it's free.
Kind attention please. First of all the bus were totally in a bad condition. No proper seating, Bad smell & A/C is also not working. And later the bus were brokedown in middle of the road by 02: 00AM. Waited few hrs for mechanic, once it clear again by 05: 00AM happened the same. Waited for few hours for the solution from bus operators. There is no proper actions from the management side. I missed my conference which held in Goa by 10: 00AM. Such a pathetic condition we faced. Paulo travels is such a waste travel service. I'll never recommend them.
Worst experience ever. I was traveling towards Bengaluru from goa.bus came already late.after 30-40 kms bus broke down.alternative bus came at morning 7 o'clock.it took me total more than 24hr to reach Bengaluru.
I travelled from Bangalore to Goa in Paulo sleeper ac coach And could you believe that they didn't on AC in full journey when asked the driver said it's not AC bus They are cheating people Don't ever book their bus
Worst bus ever travelled. Very dirty. Most important the bus has no proper timings. I was supposed to reach the destination at 12pm but i reached at 4pm. The bus operaters stopped frequently, taking multiple breaks. I was supposed to reach my place in 17 hours but it took more then 24 hours.
Worst travel experience ever. Firstly bus arrived late to my stop. Later bus broke down in middle of the road. Waited 12 hrs in the bus for an alternative bus. Later the alternative bus ran out of fuel (this is seriously a big shame) and went to a nearest fuel station which also didn’t have fuel. Spent 26hrs in bus to compete a 12 hr journey. Paulo travels is literally a waste travel agency. Will never recommend to travel in this bus please.
Extremely inconvenient! DO NOT BOOK in this travel company. After 3-4days prior booking, we were not given the seats I had selected for my travel comfort. Bus breakdown delayed 3hrs of my journey time. What is the point of booking in advance and choosing the seats when every time u travel in Paulo travels, bus conductor has a different list of seat numbers. The travel company combined non-ac passengers in AC bus and there was a huge misunderstanding for the seating numbers.very uncomfortable journey in this travels. I highly recommend not to Book in this travel company. DO NOT BOOK.
Such a bad experience. Bad service conductor were not cooperating, shouting at passenger and not provided blanket at its too cold not decreasing the Ac also and while asking they said were not handling.
It was very bad experience driver and staff was rude and bus delayed by 3-4 hrs it took almost 24 hrs from Mumbai to Bangalore. I'll suggest not to travel with Paulo travels Even the bus don't have permit
Dint provide a water bottle though it's mentioned in the amenities and the seats though they lean a lot but u can't because of a very short leg space of the person just seating behind u.
One star I am giving only because they had dropped me safely here. I never recommend this bus to anyone. My journey was yesterday night from Goa to Bangalore and my seat no. Was U4 when I entered bus only I was disappointed. Very dirty maintained. And they said U4is not there it's already booked and ì have to sit in U24. What is the reason we are booking and going? And even am a girl first time travelling from Goa. And they said call office when I am calling nobody is picking. Very bad customer service. I had been in many sleeper buses but never seen this type of service. 1400 was my charge it's not worthy at all. I am regretting myself now. And also window was not opening where I was sitting. Finally I sat in U24 and came. Such worst experience of mine in my life. That too from Goa
I'm 6 feet, but felt like the beds were for people of 5.5ft. We were traveling from Goa to Bangalore. The bus driver and conductor's were completely rude. At around midnight, these people stopped the bus next to toll station, where they had public toilet for men and women with capacity of 1 per person at a time. And the driver just after 5 mins of stopping showed the urge to hurry up and started moving the bus. I was able to see girls in queue and started walking back to bus. I walked and told the bus driver to wait as firstly they stopped by at the wrong place and not giving enough time to people. Instead he started arguing. Eventually I asked him to wait until all girl's are done.
No consideration at all. I was almost at the urge of hitting the driver and the conductor.
If you have come across this post, highly recommend you to not take this travel. There are many other bus services.

It has located in a well location in front of the office all facilities are available like cost saving hotels, pawn shop, public toilet with in 15 feet you can approach all the places.
Did not have good experience with Paulo. Our flights got cancelled so had to book paulo sleeper bus from bangalore to goa.it was not comfortable at all.i would not suggest anyone.
Travellrd from Bangalore to goa. On time srervie they offers But not happy with bus quality. Gap between left and right side is toooooooo less even two people stand together.
Have been a good experience with them, I travelled from Bangalore to Goa and return. Buses were on time and staff was co-operative.it could be better if they would have provided a blanket.
I took this bus for Goa on 20th Dec. They changed the seating arrangement and seats were damaged. There was no space for luggage as they filled it with parcels. The arrival at Goa was delayed by 2.5 hours.
The bus drivers and conductors are terribly arrogant.the picked me up at 8pm and only stopped for dinner at 1: 30 in the morning.who eats dinner at that time. Also during this ladies were continuously asking to stop for a toilet break. But the arrogant driver dint bother.
In addition I carried a small box which weighed 5kgs. Because it was in a box, the conductor kept telling me to pay him 100rs otherwise he would throw it out.
One star is even more, I wish I could give the minus rating. The horrible traveling experience I ever had. I will defenately not recommend this paulo travels to anybody. I had booked it sleeper from banglore to Goa, Bus was not at all good, no bedding nothing, in middle of the road (5-6 hours away from destination) it had broken down, paulo office people didn't picked up the call, driver and conductor was not aware of handling the situation, we had told to manage further trip at our own, no assistance nothing. It was pathetic.

Paulo travels is the world's worst transport service. Avoid like plague. These cheaters will do everything to take your money but not provide you service. Buses are horribly maintained, no respect for time, no respect for passengers. Never never take this travels
Most worst and dirty services given to its passengers. Hopeless fellows. There is no water bottle nor bedsheet given to its passengers. But they send messages at the time of booking mentioning that water bottle at the rate of 10 and bedsheet is given. Paulo travels operators show its passengers with holiday trips. No timings to reach locations. Worst than KSRTC Bus.
Worst service ever. I don't know how these people are still doing business. There is no basic facility available. Bus condition was very poor. Staff don't know how to behave with the customers at all. Departure time was delayed by 3 hours but these people didn't even care
Worst travel experience ever. We were supposed to reach Mapusa at 9: 20am, it's almost 8pm right now while I am writing this and we are still on the way. This has been a disappointing experience from the beginning. The bus condition was pathetic, the blanket was too smelly to use, forget about the snacks, there was not even a water bottle provided. Just after crossing Bangalore, some 100kms away, the bus broke down at around 1: 30am. Even after multiple calls no backup vehicle was arranged and it was only after 8 hours a bus arrived to pick us up. Guess it'll take another 2 hours to reach. We have been trapped inside this bus for almost 24 hours and the holiday seems like ruined as we have already lost one of our hard earned short leaves. This is too disheartening to describe as we feel nothing less than cheated. Would not recommend this type of service to anyone so guys choose wisely.
Bus cleanliness is the main concern, they should maintain the sleeper buses clean and neat, also the blanket and pillow should be clean Bus timing is sometimes okay not always
