Good place to visit if you visiting Gokarna or Murudeswar. Good place to photoshoot as well. No crowd. Only local people were using bike to cross the river.
This bridge links the main land to beach road, where people use it as connectivity. Best thing about this place is people can go in their bikes but on an single way as only on bike with an single person can ride on this bridge. When i had been to this place, I saw localites fighting with people who had been here for pre wedding shoots and there was an banner mentioning photoshoots are prohibited. The view from this bridge is good and to ride here also good with your 2 wheelers.
Beautiful bridge over the river used by locals. You can take a two wheeler at a time on this suspension bridge. It is very old and is not recommended for heavy transfers. Bridge is also not in good shape at some areas.
This bridge connects the mainland with the beach road. Only two wheelers can go here. The size is so small that only one size movement is possible. Overall a good place for one time visit. The length of bridge is also impressive.only suggest if you are in honnavara you can spend 15-20 min here, Travelling from your own vehicle or you can take a auto, sunset is best time to take photoshoot
This hanging cable bridge is in poor condition with rusted rods and metal framework, it requires maintanence to be safely used by the public, keeping the safety measure aside, it is a beautiful Cable Bridge
First time I saw small hanging bridge for regular publ8c use. Both sides full of greenaries with flowing water. I wonder and enjoyed the people on two wheelers on this bridge.
It was a great experience but didn't feel good about the two wheelers coming on the bridge. I think they should not allow any vehicles in that bridge as it might not tolerate the weight.
Place for pre wedding photoshoot n etc, Near by place for beach. It has beautiful view. And nothing to say much, no proper parking place to park 4 wheeler.
If you haven't seen a hanging bridge ever, then its good to visit. It's long and locals take bikes to cross it. I would avoid taking heavy bikes. There isn't much to see. You can take kids as well, but please be careful since people are idiots and try to move the bridge for fun which can hurt kids or old age people.
It is near my native place, and our family lived across this bridge. Whenever we needed to go to other place, this was the ony bridge there, otherwise we have to go through a long route which is 10 times more than this bridge.
Serenity. Best view and nice place to click pictures. You can see sharavathi river and also an estuary. Calm and quiet place. Please do not pollute with plastics
The village people are not comfortable, they ride bikes in that bridge even if we walk they dont stop and also they scold us that it is not for taking photos and informs everyone to leave
A small local hanging bridge for walking but PPL also using it for bikes. The road to the bridge is very narrow and not meant for bigger cars. Bridge looks nice and colourful.
Bridge is awesome, gruesome, dilapidated. I don't know how people travel from there. Bottom side river, upper portion people transport with their bikes. I felt one minute shocked and amazed. In the middle of that bridge some stones were crashed or broken. Still people travel.
If ur passing by sunset time, a must visit place. But bridge is not care taken properly but serves the purpose of local people to commute from one end to other.
Good place to visit if it falls in your travel route, very close to the national highway. Local residents use it for crossing the river and 2 wheelers are allowed to use the bridge. The view of the river from the bridge is good, you can stay here for 5 mins to click pics and feel the gentle breeze of air with the bridge slightly swaying to it.
Nice place for photoshoot it's awesome Major problem is more bikes or two wheelers of localities move on it, risk factor is it's built for localities to walk on it not to ride bike on it due to ths v might miss a beautiful place of photoshoots
Pics from November. It's a local bridge for village commute purpose. Used only for walking or bicycle. Motorcycle are not allowed on the bridge. Place looks stunning with good water levels.
Don't litter the place with plastic. Go eco-friendly everywhere.
An old hanging bridge. Locals are plying to and fro on the narrow bridge with their 2 wheelers. The road leading to the bridge is narrow and passable for only a single car at a time. (200meters). Parking space is available for about 5 cars at a time.
