Pavithra Idli Hotel

We stopped here for breakfast based on a recommendation by a friend. They serve tasty idli and sambar, speciality being the thatte idli with butter and mini dosa.but it's nothing too great. Just the regular stuff. Their wada is nice - spongy and crispy.

Although the quality of idli and sambar was good, it was a letdown that they weren't served hot, and we had to serve ourselves using chutney and sambar mugs. The rates per plate have also increased, which was unexpected.

Average 4 star is not a right rating for this restaurant. Idli and chutney tasted very blank. Giving 2 star for the tatte idli. Attracts crowd just because it's on the highway.

Parking is a big hassle. It was almost closing time. We got stuck on the highway in slow moving traffic for almost 2 hours. They were kind enough to provide us hygienic and tasty idlis with some amazing (unlimited) chutneys. The flavour profile of this chutney was so unique. The idlis were also not the usual mini tatte idlis. These were full fledged deep dish tatte idlis.

A popular place for thatte dli and Masala dosa. Located right on the Tumkur highway. A good place to take a break while you are going on a long drive

ನೋಡೌಟ್. ಫಸ್ಟ್ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ಇಡ್ಲಿ. ಚಟ್ನಿ. ನಾನು ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ ಲೈಕ್ ಮಾಡಲ್ಲ. ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಜೊತೆ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ. ನೀವೇ ಹೋಗಿ ಇಡ್ಲಿ ತಗೋಬಹುದು. ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಾದರೆ ಅವರೇ ತಂದು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Overrated. Visited after seeing all the hype. The place was crowded. But, no special taste plus it was expensive. Just your regular thatte idlis but with hype!

It is located in bangalore tumkur highway in the place called kyatasandra. It is famous for idli and vada. The taste is good. Parking for four wheeler is bit difficult in peak hours as it will be full.

Hot fresh idly with great chutney & paliya as add on. Surprisingly the mini dosa, which is rightly sized, is also a great variety after having idly & vada. It's self service but on flip side the waiting time is reduced. Taste is consistent.

Idly were sour in taste and sambhar was purely water types. Need to improve in sambhar taste and thickness

Famous fot their soft thatte idlis and yummy chutney. Always drop in fpr a meal when I'm on that route.

Famous tatte idly hotel in Tumkur. Heavy rush on weekends. Atmosphere is very good. All types of South Indian breakfast is available here.ordered idly, dosa, tea, coffee which has reasonable price.

The best place to have the tastiest butter tatte idli ever! But be prepared for extra long waits on busy sundays and holidays.

You just have to see the crowd who all standing for thier turn to experience a delicious "Thatte Idli". Its place is nearby Siddaganga Mutt, Tumkur.

This is a must visit place if you are travelling on the PB rd national highway. They serve the best Thatte Idli with butter (you have to ask for the butter), the crispiest vada, sambar and the perfect chutney. This is all day breakfast place and you can savour it anytime of the day. The place is usually crowded amd most of them are travellers. Their tea is also good. I would highly recommend this place if you are goin towards Tumkur. Enjoy this amazing dish and thank me later

Very Good hotel to have fast food with hygienic and quality food, limited items quick service.take a break while traveling to enjoy the local food.

Excellent thatte idli and vada. The sambar and chutney compliments the food very well.first time in Karnataka i appreciate the sambar which is not the regular sweet uduppi style.a must visit

Pavithra Idly hotel is a big joint for Thattey idly located in Kytasandra Tumkur. The idyl's are really tasty and soft & awesome

Beside of NH4 (main road). Servicing way is too good. Even though some other hotels are near, this will give you something special.

Tatte idli, dosa, vada tastes good with the red chutney. The plates not well cleaned. Limited parking.

Nice idlies, butter idle is super, after eating many time feel like normal hotel, dosa are crisp and taste better

Best Hotel in TUMKUR, it's having a fast service and perfect taste. Although it's quite expensive compared to other hotels but taste of food you will ignore those things.

The food was very delicious, especially the tatte idli. Since the place will be bustling with large crowds on weekends and peak hours, finding a table is difficult and the service will be little slow. They don't have a lot of dedicated vehicle parking space.

2) Quite popular for its Tatte Idlis.

3) Restaurant becomes quite crowded during peak hours and becomes congested for customers to relish their food.

4) There is free flow of Chatni and sambar for Idlis.

5) Parking is headache, but you will get security assistance.
