Peace Residency

I had booked a room in the hotel a day ago by calling, they confirmed me that they will get the room but when they came with the patient, they did not keep any room for us. Such an experience on a rainy day at ten o'clock in the night is also with critical present, absolutely dirty use.

If any one want to take my suggestions for this hotel I want to give a suggestion on the base of my bad experience that don't stay this hotel. Room conditions is very bad bug, fly, mosquitos and Cockroaches create lots of problem. I want to give zero star for all of this but it is not possible. Room service also very bad.we told hotel reception to do need full action for room but no one help us at last we clean our room. We make a mistake before entering room we not check the room but after requesting many times no room service given. Room rent is Rs 500 so it is not a less amount for 24 hours.

Totally simple, it's okay for average peoples.

মোটামুটি চলে। আমি 4 তলার 409 নং রুমে ছিলাম টয়লেট তেমন ভালো ছিল না। রাস্তার পাশে সবসময় অ্যাম্বুলেন্সের আওয়াজ, গাড়ি ঘোড়ার আওয়াজে ভালোমতো ঘুম হয় না । লিফট ফেসিলিটি আছে। ছাদে অনেকে রান্নাও করে খায়। মোটের উপর লজটা অত পরিষ্কার নয়, তবে চলে । আর আমার কাছে প্রতি দিন 600/- টাকা (ভারতীয়) করে ভাড়া নিয়ে ছিল ।

Everything is ok.but.
1. Too much bug/cockroachs in every room.
2. Drinking water's rate is high.

Cleanliness is very bad, staff's used to take tips all the time when you pass out reception. Very disappointing
