Pearl Suites - A Boutique Hotel

I have a good experience in this hotel. I would love to stay here again in future. And hospitality is good. Help I got from the MOHIT is appreciable and he is very professional as well. Good to stay here.

I switch my job and joined Omega. So I got the stay for 13 days here. I would like to mention that the stay was perfectly nice and hotel staff including the Front desk (Mohit) and the housekeeping staff. Also the staff who is helping us for Breakfast is also very helpful.

Excellent experience. Food was good. Service was also up to the mark. Mr. Prabhas also treated us very well. Location little inside the main road but still walkable.

You get what you pay for. This place probably used to be nice, now it's just unmaintained. Starting the AC puffed a cloud of mold. The window is stuck open and impossible to close. The smell of mold remover is untenable.facilities are greasy (remote, handles e.t. C.). The reception desk guy was so slow and asked nosy questions, even my cat is faster. What did I do to deserve such suspicion?

Food is okay here
Rooms are not clean esp cupboards, it had fungus. The room had a big spider web. The latch in the window was missing. The top part of the headrest of the bed has lots of dust. The chairs kept outside each room had dirt settled on it. TT table has no proper lights above it. The breakfast, bread with fungus served.

It's an old property, which needs regular maintenance.primary "cleaning" not just brooming and mopping

The Hotel was really so good. The service was also excellent. The boy named Prabash was so helpful and polite and all the staffs are well behaved. Moreover the foods were also fresh and tasty. I just enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

Very very poor food, Today, we have ordered noodles paid rs 311.taste is very poor, they took 40mts serve the food. I will suggest not to visit.

Pros: The cozy hotel is located in a peaceful residential area. Staffs are well behaved and good. I stayed there for two weeks. The free and healthy breakfast was helpful. Room cleaning everyday, during day time (when I am generally away). I bought a new bicycle during my stay. On first day, its tyre was punctured (not sure if it was a problem with the seller or someone did it on purpose). After I complained, later they arranged for a safe place, and the cycle was kept nicely.

Cons: Bedsheet was not changed in 2 weeks. The same sheet was just straightened daily. Used towels were replaced once a week only. Sometimes wet towels from the bathroom slab, are spread on bed, or chair (for drying).
I never used laundry services, but one friend who staid there at the same time, complained about they misplacing his laundry items frequently.

The staff is great especially Mohit. He went on to length to get whatever we wanted and at any time.

Neat and hygenic hotel, Room rent is bit costly.food is prepared fresh at hotel and is delicious. Hotel is very flexible to timings. 24hr check in is available.good staff.well maintained rooms.free wifi. Nice little cozy place to stay
