You can rent very good quality cycles from him at reasonable price or get your own cycles. Terrible experience with the bike and rude/threatening behaviour from Punith - A friend and I were riding to Hesaraghatta after I rented a B-Twin bicycle from this place. A few kms into the ride, the chain snapped. I had to push the bike and luckily we found a mechanic some 2 kms away who repaired the chain and asked me not to change gears for the rest of the ride. He commented on the poor state of the chain and that it needs to be changed. Another annoyance through the ride was the seat which kept slipping to the bottom of the bar and I had to stop frequently to readjust the height. After bringing this bike back after my ride and narrating my experience, Punith was rude, arrogant, refused to give the deposit back and even threatened me at one point! Sachin was not too helpful when I narrated the incident and absolved himself of the responsibility. I was really surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place - Punith is rude and condescending and it seemed like Sachin had checked out of his role. Not so much as an apology for their shoddy damaged bikes and the temerity on top of it. Awful experience with the bike and the people in charge - these people truly don't deserve to be in business.

Very helpful. Have been there multiple times with minor grievances with my bike. Though the place seems messy, their service is outstanding. They even rent out bikes; MTB and road, with some initial deposit.

Good place to get stuff on rent at reasonable price. We took tent, sleeping bags, and ponchos for one week. The stuff were sturdy and almost new. Hospitable owners.

The fellow in the service section says only high end bikes are repaired by them. Their tools don't function for medium budget bikes.

Convenient place to get your bicycle fixed. You can also rent hiking gear. They can get all kinds of bicycles fixed. Mostly parts available, else the can source it for you.

Very good service and very reasonable charges. Only problem is no place to park the vehicle if u come in four wheeler, very busy road.

Quality of the camping tents were very good. Murugan the person who is one of the in charge person is very polite. Price is affordable.
