Now known as Pegasus Academy and Consultancy, they have their office located near Jakkur, Bangalore and the training camp at Vasanthanahalli closer to the airport. Other training camps are located at Lonavala, Puducherry and Dehradun. Pioneers in the Outbound method of experiential learning Pegasus conducts these programmes for employees of Corporates and PSUs. The military style camp is well maintained and provides basic comforts. The faculty is drawn from experienced ex servicemen and HR experts.

Away from the bustling city, this institute offers solitude and enough opportunities to introspect during and after training sessions. It's being run by x-army men. Quite a lot of group activities (some activities can tire you out) followed by feedback/discussion sessions. Some of the observations might really shake you up. So gear up for a good time if you planning to visit this place for a couple of days.

Prepared by locals using locally grown grains/vegetables, food is excellent. Variety might be less but the quality and quantity would pleasantly surprise you.

Night stay for groups would be in tents. Approx 10 ppl in a tent. Provision for charging mobiles available within tent. Clean washrooms and toilets available.

The place is very beautiful. Away from city noise and pollution. Garden too is very beautiful. Food served is also very good. We had bonfire at night. Also there is a small lake nearby where you can visit in morning. Activities were also very good.
