1. It feels like you stepped into the past when you entered this place.
2. The furniture, the walls, the floor, everything looks like it's been used for decades if not centuries.
3. The property is not maintained well by the management. It's very dirty, the washrooms aren't clean, the skins are extremely dirty and disgusting.
4. The rooftop is nice tho. Good place to hangout with friends.
5. The food itself tastes average/slightly above average. I tried their ice cream Sundays.
6. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced.

Overall an ok place. It's a historical place. So maybe worth a visit.

So many memories here! Let me be honest with you all…. This place has seen much been days in the past! But now all that remains is a simple ice cream parlour struggling to make a business? I know there isn’t that charm now like how it used to be like before! But that is on us now…! Do we want this gem of a place close down or we make it popular again! So I request everyone especially we the 90’s kids let’s bring our place-to-hangout popular and amazing again.

This WAS one of the top parlors in mysore.today it is just horrible.avoid it. Torn sofa sets.worn out tables, improper lighting, no cleanliness

We had a Gobi Manchurian after a long time it was really amazing taste n quality.wow I ordered twice.

The taste was so good.and compared to other ice cream centre and hotel the cost is payable.

One of the finest place to have ice cream & chats, quality & freshness of ice cream & chats are great & delicious tastes better. Open Garden area is the best place to have eateries. My favourite chats in there premises in Gobi Manchuri, Veg seek kabab, almost all ice cream topings are delicious with different flavours & presentation is unique, Must visit place for kids, college students, family people. Chairs need to change its a kind a old there.

A very famous & a very beautiful place to have chats and ice creams. The facilities available here are excellent. Especially the top garden view. Loved it.

The terrace spot is really cool, though Penguin Special, Gudbud and other Ice creams are awesome but I recommend Babycorn Munchurian and Mushroom Manchurian.:)

The food was fine, there are two seating arrangements, indoor and roof top. If we go in the evening we get a to hear birds chirping, see birds returning nests to the trees opposite to parlour, it's a beautiful sight.

Only thing chairs needs to be changed in roof top

Old infrastructure, Visit in the evening for quick response or you have to wait for what you have ordered.

One of the best place to have ice-cream in the city.their roof top is amazing! They have a wide range of ice-cream varieties and juices.one must not forget to visit penguin icecream parlors.quality - 4/5, quantity 4/5, worth for money 4/5, taste 4/5! So we had tried - Hawaian ice-cream it was amazing! And a Gudbud was too good!

I've been here more than a couple of times, and I must say, the place is so overrated. The desserts are heavily over-priced and tastes below average. If you just need a place to hang out in groups, this is a good spot. However, if you wish to try good dessert, then better stay away.
