Very bad experience yesterday night at 9pm. The night casuality staff nurse is so arrogant.behaved so rudely.after that we told that we don't want to take the service here. We said refund the amount but they are refused to refund the amount also. If negative start is there means i would have not given to one star also. When patient is having severe 102 degree fever.she didn't checked my vitals also.
The Hospital is very good. Hospital staff, Nursing staff is very friendly, patient and helpful at all times. All other doctors are very good, well versed, well experienced in their fields (4 stars). EXCEPT one.
This one star is for the below doctor only. Had a worst experience with Dr Nikhil (Orthopaedic dept) recently.
Suddenly, I felt immense pain, swelling and inability to move my wrist, fingers or thumb of my left hand, don't know why. So, I took an appointment and visited the above doctor @ the above hospital. He made a small check up and instead of investigating it further to know the root cause of my problem, he simply made me to fold all my finger into a fist (eventhough I was in lot of pain) and he bent it down with force, making the pain, swelling, and the problem (almost doubled) even worse. I never had this kind of worst experience before with any of the other doctors in that hospital.
So, Please think twice before visiting this doctor Dr. Nikhil (Orthopaedic dept) for any of your orthopaedic problems to avoid doubling up your problem.
Unable to bear that excruciating pain, I visited another Orthopaedic doctor. He suggested an X RAY, and blood test for further investigation and treatment. Hoping for the best.

I had been to this hospital through one of the doctor reference for a surgery and asked estimation for semi private ward the person in the billing department told package will be 1,20,000/- excluding medicines me and my wife were shocked the same surgery I underwent in KUSUMA hospital next to it surgery they done for 71,347/- Including medicines The person name is Christina maria billing incharge she spoke very arrogantly and so rudely management please take action on her the incident what happened to me should never happen to others.
I'm writing this to help someone who is looking for treatment form Robin Harsha Vardhan Gupta.
It's so difficult to say but I'm writing this review after loosing my dad after undergoing such a huge loss. I don't want someone else to lose there life's or family members shouldn't lose their loved ones the way we have lost. We have spent 19 Lakhs but my dad is no more with us.
My Dad had backpain so we got the MRI done. On 7th April 2023 I visited people tree hospital with reports Dr. Raghavendra said that surgery is required he refer us to to Dr. Robin Harsha Vardhan Gupta. On 8th I visited hospital because Dr. Robin asked me to visit he was suppose to be there at 4 o'clock in the evening i reached hospital before 4. They asked me to wait till 5 which i did later on receptionist asked me talk to Dr. Robin he asked to take duty doctors help and send images which duty doctor did after waiting for 45 min later on Robin called and told there is nerve compression if the surgery is not done he'll get paralysis. We love our dad so much that we didn't wanted him to suffer from pain and he said admit him in hospital now only i said will have to discuss with rest of the family members I'll admit day after he said okay. We admitted him in hospital on 9th April'23. Robin was suppose to visit that he didn't visit. Surgery was planned on 10th April'23. On 10th April'23 surgery was suppose to be done at 8 o'clock it was planned at that time but so called Dr. Robin reached hospital at 10: 30 AM. I had informed doctors not to start the surgery before Robin talks to me. He came and said that my dad will be under go through the dorsal lumbar fusion surgery. He started surgery at 10: 45 AM and later the surgery was started he came out at 12: 15 PM saying he has put blades and screws the wound is open he has leave because there is an emergency case if he doesn't goes the other patient can't survive. We didn't fight at that moment because my mom and other family members were there and they will panic if we say something the wound was open and he said other neuro surgeon will come at close in next 30 min but he came at 1: 30 PM and closed the wound till 2: 30 PM they had put 40+ stapes on open wound. He was in ICU for 1 day they had not put drain for waste removal. My dad was on bed rest for 2 days during this period Robin didn't visit once also to check physiotherapist was not there no body thought my dad how to sit stand walk post surgery without urinary sensation nurses over there removed urinary catheter later on 3rd day the nurses over there have made my dad walk without a physio and at that point of time cerebrospinal fluid and blood started liking from the surgical site we informed doctors over there but Robin didn't come. 4th day also he didn't come everyday they use to say he will come on 4th day i fought telling he should come he came at 11: 40 PM and didn't bandage changing he said 3-4 stitches are required he will put next day. He didn't come till afternoon he had sent his junior to put stitches he had put 8 stitches. Later on 15th April'23 he had written for the discharge we forcefully stayed in the hospital. On 16th he said resurgery is required i asked him to do that on same day he didn't agree.on 17th April'23 resurgery was done again my dad he had asked not to walk for 2 days so we didn't make him walk from 3rd Robin said he can walk later on the leakage started again during 2nd time surgery they did 8 layers stitching with more then 15 Sutures during resurgery he had put drain the drain volume was high on 5th day he removed and discharged home on 23th April'23 my Dad was little okay till 30th April'23 there was a discharge till that day on 4th May'23 he was unconscious Manipal hospital they confirmed that it's meningitis and secondary infection there is fuild collection in the entire spine. During sample collection for TB Robin negligence lead to cerebrospinal fluid leakag at Manipal they tried for 5 days on 9th May'23 they told that he won't survive he just has 15 min.

Hospital Atmosphere is clean. All doctors and Nurse are good persons. In billing section is very bad department thay unnecessary charge hidden charges. Expecialy Mr. Kiran accounts department he is basturd. Un necessary he is add charges. Doctor told to Kiran please wave of the charges. In front of doctor he said ok after that he is charging entire bill. Please take action for that person.

Staff was very courteous. Even though there was holiday and festival period, surgeon came and operated. Cleanliness was also maintained. There were regular follow up by duty doctors. Nurses were also always present and willing to go extra mile.

Had a worst experience here. Came to visit Doctor Ashok, general physician. Still waiting in the lobby as doctor has left eve though we had booked prior appointment on Practo for 9.45 Pm. We have arrived here half an hour before but doctor has already left. No one in the reception is ready to take responsibility. They are telling us to come back at 7 pm tomorrow, saying doctor has not picked the call. I have high fever and severe body pain, yet being neglected. Never visit this hospital. We called up doctor and he says he has informed hospital folks several times to update it but still no one has done it.
Hospital is very hygiene firstly and covid alerts takecare and the staf attending to patients or customer very healthy way. Immediate response on any enquiry at reception stands very poilite respective. My mother undergo dialysis here and I am served with cashless insurance.very happy (Mr Kiran- The best attending and advise on insurance.thanks) Doctor Mr Raghvendra and Mr Aravind are excellent always smile at their face, advice on treatment vand diagnosis. This hospital don't even worth single star. Worst hospital, haven't seen ICU like this hospital. Doctors are very money minded. Even if the patient is recovered they won't shift them to the ward or discharge, so that they can raise the bill amount. They haven't thought about the lower class people that how they'll pay the money, all they want is money money. The most stupid thing which happened was, the intensivist doc's birthday was celebrated in ICU.
Our whole family affected with covid and got admitted in this hospital. Dr. Raghavendra took immense care on us and we all got safely discharged after one week without any other complications.

My baby got delivered in this hospital on 2018, which was an emergency. Gynocology department (Dr sushma and DR Raghavendra) has responded in no time, and has done the delivery on time and saved both of our lives. Very very worst only they depond open money how to take with the people no treatment is present there they will give you the dead body at the last movement, if some emergency case if came they will put the patient to ICU and make a lout of bill and release the patient without curing. On December 16 2018 timer was around 5.30PM, I got a call from my sister (Stay in Chennai) that my mother is unwell and asked me to come Chennai along with my brother. Me and my brother reached Chennai in the mid night. I was not comfortable and my 6th sense was asking me to call Dr. Raghavendra.
I called Dr. Raghavendra on 17th December 2018 and explained him about my mother health condition. He immediately asked me to get her to Bangalore, suggested some medicine as initial precaution. We some how managed to reach Bangalore by 6PM.
When I called Raghavendra doctor that I am near to hospital, he immediate made all the arrangements and was waiting for us in front of hospital.
From December 17 2018 till today Dr. Raghavendra is taking care of her, He told me don’t think of time, any day any time if you feel Amma is unwell, call me immediately or get her to Hospital.
Today my mother completed 58yrs and Dr Raghavendra is the reason behind this celebration.
