I had been to the showroom one afternoon to check out the new R1.5v4 after watching an YouTuber's video of him doing an walk around video + test ride of the bike and also him mentioning about the bike is available in this particular showroom, so that everyone can have a look. Sadly, when i went there was not a single bike kept for showcasing the customer but there were 2 kept out fully wrapped In bubble sheet. Neither they cared to show me the bike nor give any bike for test ride. Being frustrated told the guy whom I spoke to, that ya'll had the bike and gave the bike for test ride to that particular person from YouTube and why not us, the public. And his reply was, that influencer had talked to the manager and are very close and that's why. Honestly I felt pity for all the customers being treated like me. Wish everyone was influencers to have the chance to be that special persons to have access to such test rides. And if ya'll going to reply saying sorry for the bad experience and all. Keep it with you and be down to earth instead of doing reservation.

I really wanted to give an negative rating. I have bought my bike yamaha FZ here in 2017 March. I paid my intial amount and took finance. After completing the payment I tried to change ownership from finance to my name. I submitted required documents and paid 1000Rs to Raju. I waited for a month but no response. Later when I kept calling them came to know it didn't go through.as my vehicle is blacklisted. They said I have a case on bike.later I analysed and found it is because the vendor perfect riders didn't paid road tax fully. As from April 2017 there was change in roadtax. This is because of a person working perfect riders Jagadish. He manages the registration of vehicles where he registered the bike in April instead he had a one week time in March. Later I pursed and got vey harsh words from Jagadish where he gave my RC card to me and ask me to request the rto people and remove the blacklist and cancel the fine. For the mistake he and perfect riders commited I had to roam around RTO for four months where these people didn't even know who took my file. Later covid happened and again these people lied like RTO people have covid infection and then RTO sub position had passed away etc. Even if I call the branch very harsh response saying if you can do the work otherwise throw the papers on his face. I was on the call when they did. Finally I found Raju where he didn't even came once to rto and same as Jagadish (where he mentioned he has a family and looking for my file is not job). Finally I paid additional road tax and a fine of 8k totally 13k and got my new rc and removed bike from blacklist. If you are taking any bike or anything from the beach please do keep checking on the details as road tax and insurance etc, Otherwise loss is urs.

Many may ask why I wrote it now. Because I got my RC back on Jan 2021 only. And I don't want to screw up anything before I get my card

I bought a bike on October 2019.i did not recieve the RC so far because the SHOWROOM PEOPLE did NOT complete the documentation. It's almost 2 Years. This is my 5th visit in RTO and still no updates. I WILL recommend all my friends never to even Look at Perfect Rider. ITS SUCKS

I am very glad with my yamaha fasino purchase from perfect riders. As my work timings are long and due to lockdown restrictions I was checking online for a good showroom who can provide me with informations online itself. I approached many showrooms but the only place I got a genuine and professional help was from perfect riders. Mr Nawaz helped me choose everything online by sending me pictures of the different colour varients they have and he also explained regarding the payment part thoroughly whereas others were asking me to come down to their showroom for all these. I just had to go once to the showroom and there I was attended by Mr Dipu who was very helpful and professional. He sat and explained to me everything I should know about insurance, RTO and the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle was done the same day itself. I am grateful that I came across perfect riders. Without a doubt I would recommend perfect riders, any day.

Less knowledge for employees regarding bike features. Manager Sathish was really good and he delivered the bike as promised. Other teammates should improve in explaining customers about the model properly and even the amount details.

Superb place, Raju and Roja were extremely helpful when i bought my R15.10/10 recommended, very straight forward approach.

They don't give any goodies if you buy new bike from them. The bike service is very bad. They don't even wash it properly.

The contact matrix was really well set. Initially I had contacted the manager then later he guided me to jaynagar showroom and from there the person in charge took over and gave me a pleasant experience till the time of delivery much recommended

Recently bought a Fascino FI from here. The colour I was looking for wasn't available but they got it arranged from their another nearby showroom. All paperwork done on time. Giving 3 Star, not 5 because some fittings were not done correctly and a few fittings were not available during the delivery even when I had given them 3 days time for delivery.

I bought Yamaha FZS V3, so I was introduced to clix Finance agent by this Yamaha executive, did all the documentation and after 2 days got a sms in my registered mobile and was surprised to see that the sactioned amount was more than 10k we decided. Next day I rushed to the showroom and they gave some random estimation of this amount and also told about the processing of the loan I had taken, where the same is not mentioned anywhere. I got a feedback call from the zonal team and I told this all, they promised they will call me back, but no help, very bad experience indeed.

Bought my dream bike, YAMAHA-R3 from here. My dealer, Mr Girish, was very helpful. I was happy to see very good after-sale response from him.
Booked my vehicle on 8thJan, and recieved it on 18th Jan. The owner (dont rememeber the name) was also very helpful, and gave genuine advices. Everything was well taken care by Girish. Today its about 35 days, since delivery. Got my registration number plate today (applied for specific number). No issue whatsoever. Great Job, Good Staff, Genuine Staff. Happy and satisfied to be a "Perfect Rider's" customer.

Perfect Riders is a good Yamaha showroom in Bangalore. Sales Person Mr Sateesha dealing with customer very calmly and gently. Within one hour I got my bike FZS Version 3 with perfect fitting and polish after full payment. Immediately I got my insurance also. After one I week I got my number also. So any body want to take Yamaha bike my suggestion is take from Perfect Riders.

Customer service very poor. Don't know how to interact with customers.
They also don't know how to deal with customer's new vehicle, if you go for normal fitments they with first damage the new part and then place it, better to opt for the other Yamaha showroom
