Best customer service and it took less than 10 minutes to complete my home loan closure process. I was little skeptical about the reviews about this branch but i feel when i visited all my perception changed. I am personally very happy with the hassle free speed up process

First thing if you follow this address you will end up roaming in Kundanahalli traffic for 30 mins without reaching destination.
Search for Bata Showroom ITPL main Road Kundanahalli this is same complex as Axis Bank Loan center.

Staff is really rude in talking. They are yelling at customers if we ask something. Nobody is would help. I would never ever suggest anyone to visit this lan centre branch. Shame on you axis Bank.how can you keep such a rude staff.

This branch of Axis is dedicated to loans.
I went there to foreclose my loan and it was very instant. I will list down my process for personal loans.
Prerequisite: 1 Govt doc (Pan/Driving License)
2. The amount of money should be in your account.
3. Keep a cheque book Or a demand draft if you don't have an account with Axis.

The first step to close a loan is to call on the customer care and get to know what is the amount needed to close your loan.

Second step: Keep around the same money in the Axis bank and visit this centre.

Step 3: When you get in you have to make an entry in register for the purpose of visit and get a token, I recommend going during early hours around 10 AM, as there will be less people.

Step three: wait for your turn to come and go. They will ask you for a few details and they will share the amount you need to pay. If you have an account in the Axis it will be very smooth you just have to do a few signature. If not then you will have to give cheque or DD.

And within 20 mins getting into the building to close the loan account was completed.

The loan gets closed in 3 working days and you would receive an email with the No Due certificate.

Please provide contact number for customers to connect directly or any other way to track their requests.for every query it's not possible to visit the loan center. Nothing is intimated or conveyed back to the customers post there request.

After seeing under rated reviews I was afraid to visit this branch. I reached this branch for loan closer and I was expecting big marathon to close my loan.but just within 5 min my work completed.

Pathetic service. 3 desks but only 1 person available. They don't let you make online payments whoch is not what I was told when I spoke to customer service. They don't even explain anything properly. Customers just keep running around. No wonder people prefer other banks to Axis.

Visited to axis Bank same as happened with me first person who received me she was very rude to me and later her self invented to her senior person to check with the details Ms. Sowmya she is the one who is gentle and good persone to treat the client in good manner she solved issue of NACH she took the responsibility her kindness, are very greatfull very happy

I was informed cash was acceptable as payment for loan closure by nearest Axis bank after double checking with multiple bank executives. However, I was told go to Kundalahalli branch for it. Firstly, no cash was accepted as mode of payment for loan closure. Hence, I handed over a cheque and went back again to the bank to deposit the loan amount which I had withdrawn the same day, now I hit a cheque bounce message stating the signature is a mismatch. I am wondering why a online option is not enabled for this to avoid all such issues. The loan amount is deposited online and monthly principle is also online ECS but we need make offline payment for loan closure waiting in queue for several hours. Now, I need repeat the same.

Worst service please don't use axis Bank especially if they call for credit card and loan just file a case in court complete frauds who all are working in axis every month they charge extra and no polite to customers when they respond

They don't inform correctly branch is open or not.we go in to trouble reaching there and they will say.bank will not operate on 3rd sat.to close loan there should be an option online.the people from loan department call 3 4 times to give loan.to close it.it is very difficult and we have to suffer.very bad banking system.

Bank staffs were good and very professional. Loan closed without any hiccups and within 15-20 mins. No kuch waiting time. It has a little small office but your work will be done in cooler way. Entrance to the office is from the side way. It is located on the second floor.
Token system is available.

They dont accept partial closure. No NEFT to loan account.
If you need to clarify something, then you need to visit loan center only. Regular axis bank branch don't entertain any queries or transactions related to loan and there's always a wait time of 1 hour.
Expect no courtesy from staff. No mobile network coverage inside the bank.
In this digital Era, they don't communicate via phone or emails they, (in their words they don't have these), they accept only cash and Cheque/DD, no digital transfer. The complexity goes exponentially high if you intend to close loan by insurance.

Sugar coated words to attract customers and looting after that. Never go for axis bank loans. Whatever they promise, let it be interst rate or loan amount, never trust. It will change by the time loan gets approved and you will get a last minute shock. Arm twisting to accept insurance again at last minute quoting the process will be delayed if we don't take one. Even compliants to nodal officer goes to deaf ears. Dont want to waste my time anymore on this. I am trapped now, but will move away asap

Most of the time only one desk working and increase the waiting time. Location is also misleading. All these unethical practice to earn money from customer. We won't be able to close the loan and they will get the interest. Axis bank unethical practice

I have my loan account in axis and i used to manage it via axis mobile app. Now for accessing the app they have made it mandatory to have debit card.
I called relationship manager and explained my issue. Firstly the change was done which has caused inconvenience to all the people associated with axis back secondly there wasn't any information given at us all.

Instead of understanding the issue and working on it they are simply insisting on getting a Debit card unnecessarily and they couldn't even process it online they are asking to go to branch which is utterly nonsense.

This axis bank loan branch is located on the main office is in 2nd floor…day time also there is no light over stair case looks like going through caves…it’s like cave only there is issue with mobile network you need come out of building to make call or receive any bank related message…In this era of digital technology axis bank looks for all paper work and no excuse if you miss to bring photo copy of documents…don’t understand where they keep all this tons of papers…It took 1hour time to get your turn …very small branch in current pandemic situation can’t stay in side as no air ventilation feel like suffocation, staff are good with listen you with patience and give proper resolutions I feel very pretty on staff how they work with this condition in office, car parking is big problem very narrow road only bike can be parked outside the building…

PLEASE AVOID AXIS BANK, DEAL WITH HDFC OR CITI BANK INSTEAD. This was my first time experience with Axis Bank and I can assure this would be my last last encounter with them ever. Out of all the private banks I have accounts or loans with, Axis Bank is one and only by far the worst. They are worst till the extend that I would prefer a Gramin Bank at a village instead. For a simple loan closure these employees have wasted my entire weekend. Fisrtly, when I spoke to the customer care, they mentioned we need to visit the loan branch for foreclosure of my car loan, we can either provide a cheque or a DD. As my cheques were over, I checked with the customer care if I can get the DD created at the loan branch and they confirmed that the same can be done at the loan branch. Upon interacting with the loan branch employee (after a long one hour wait), he mentioned that I have to go to another Axis Bank branch to get the DD created. I asked him if there is way online to make the foreclosure of my car loan, but the employee said NO - they don't have such option. So, I went to the nearest Axis Bank to create the DD (please note it was not even 3 pm) I was not allowed to let in as the shutter was half down and an employee came out and told that they are closing and to come the next day, and that employee just went without answering to my other queries. I asked the security guard to call that employee so I can confirm when can I come next for the DD, but that employee was least bothered to answer and he never came. So, with no options left, I went back to the loan branch again, it was 3 pm now and these guys said we are closing too so come tomorrow. I re-confirmed for the next day if the bank will be open, since next day was a Sunday, the employee just said - Come tomorrow. I went there the next day (SUNDAY) being skeptical, the bank was closed - I presumed, then went on the following Monday morning 11 am - the bank was again closed. HARASSMENT I would say for this kind of banking service. Very very unprofessional employees, who aren't willing to help or provide their customers with the necessary details for their queries. I know my rant wouldn't impact even a penny for Axis Bank, but I can assure they have lost one customer and I will make sure to advise others about my experience, so they too can avoid this bank.

The people are helpful, less crowded may be it was due to weekday.

The loans which could be closed easily online, Axis bank makes customers to visit the branch to close it. Wasting customers time a d their time too while other banks like Kotak Mahindra one can close it online.

I have visited RAC centre for loan inquiry the lady whom I spoke to was very reckless in answering my questions, also when I was speaking the lady was not listening to me and when I raised the same, she was recklessly giving back answers and she has taken some request I don't know they have processed or not. Very worst service no words to describe the service

I have personal loan it was closed and I did not receive noc through mail or app so I visit loan center and told them I need noc they telling very reckless answer you will get through mail suppose you did not mail then pay some money I will give noc then I said what for noc I have to pay money is that your problem you have to solve again asking me money if I did not get noc after that I will go legally you should pay for that

Very poor service. They don't know what they are collecting documents for. I had to submit documents twice. The ones submitted first time was not uploaded in their system and they calmly say back then their system didn't have that feature. However, that service request was closed and I was asked to submit again 8 months later. Very poor customer support (email and phone. Phone banking is a special no and will be charged by mobile carrier).

Worst bank ever seen, if every documents clean also they r demanding some percentage on loan amount, this bank is Frauding customers, don't know either bank is responsible for this or thr Employees. I suggest you people pls don't get associate with these cheaters.

Absolutely wrong location mentioned in this map. It is in BEML area (opposite to BEML bus stop) and just above the Bata showroom. Axis bank is in 2nd floor. Process is fast with the executives and cooperative as well for any issues.

Requesting someone to update the proper location to avoid confusion. Even I have wasted my time for almost an hour in this traffic.

Information given for online repayment with wrong IFSC code, staff has given UTIB0000245 code which is showing wrong when you try to add payee.

Worst experience ever. The people were so lazy and clearly not aware what they are doing. We went for a loan processing with sanction letter in hand and they took 1.5 months with everyday asking for new new documents and they themselves asked us to schedule for registration twice and then at last minute they just cancelled. And to just make it even better after 1.5 months they said they can't process the loan. What the hell. I don't know.those people are the rudest and I believe they should just quit and go and not just got salary for doing nothing.the other bank we went after was so friendly and was so helpful. Unlike this axis Bank home loan branch. DONT GO HERE.
