Extremely unprofessional folks! They make the fool out of u. Charges very heavy with no guarntee and waranty. They tell u something in the beginning of the service and completely deny at the end of service. Will not recommend them at all!
I contacted them for getting rid of a rat that entered my sofa set, I was told that I will have to pay 1000 rupees for this. They send a guy called Ali. He sprayed a liquid all inside my sofa and the house and said the rat would die. He also placed 3 rat glue traps. He also used a cockroach repellent paste at a few places in my kitchen. Well as of this morning, the mouse is still inside the sofa and the glue traps are of super poor quality (the reat runs on them and they don't work). Ali said to call him if this doesn't work. I called thrice this morning and he didnt pick my calls or respond. After a lot of negotiations I paid 1800 for no reason and still trying to get rid of the rodent. Please stay away from this service provider and DON'T GO WITH THE RATINGS! I really hope the owner takes action against this guy.
Neat work, the help had reached to each corner and did the pest control. The old paste is removed and he put new one there.have to wait and see the effect.for how many months does it last.
Today I visited Good rich regarding fogging machine repair. They prepared the machine n replaced the damaged parts n placed such away now its working as a new machine. Chargeable reasonable. I am really happy the machine works very smooth. Thank you good rich.
Third grade company. Most unprofessional people. Had called them once for cockroach service which came back in 2 weeks. Once again for bed bug service where the guy who serviced the apartment didn't know what he was doing.spraying all over the mattresses, pillows and clothes.
I have been calling repeatedly (more than 5 times) from past 2 months but always giving lame excuses and never turn up. Pathetic guys have switched off their phones now.
People do yourself a favor and never get their services.
What do I say. Went with the reviews and got pest control service done via Goodrich. It had no effect on curbing the cockroaches at all. Called them up and they came for 2nd time and did spray treatment. That didn't help either. When I called these guys up once again I was told to take the refund as they can't solve the pest problem in my house. I agreed and asked them to initiate the refund. Was told that it will be done in couple of hours.
All that was almost 2 months back. Repeated attempts to contact Goodrich about refund have been unsuccessful since on the one number I had. They seemed to have blocked my number out after refund was asked for.
Now, I managed to find another number and spoke with someone else (or that's what I was told) about 3 weeks back. He also promised that refund will be initiated and completed very soon. But guess what. I tried calling that new guy again and surprise surprise, there is no answer. Seems to have blocked my number on the 2nd cell as well.
Do I need to say anything more?
I will now be approaching consumer court to get my refund. Don't think they will be able to block out consumer court.

One year back I had problems of bed bugs in my home. Though we tried many things nothing helped. As we have kid we were afraid to go for pesticides. After contacting them they suggested bayon pest control which has costed 8000 for 3 bed room house. We were asked to be out from home for 24 hours after pest control.
