Owner is very rude. Does not pick up your calls if you have to make an enquiry. Thinks he is doing you a favour by letting you buy things from him!

Went there with my cat today. Very traumatizing. Was done by support staff initially who was handling the poor baby really badly and I had to hold the kitty instead. Then the nail cutting and bathing went kinda smooth untill the drying part came up. The table top on which the pet is the type you see in vetinary hospitals so my kitty ended jumping off thrice and chocking himself and the guy just kept blowing air till i stopped him. I dont blame the guy because he's probably still learning. The proper groomer came later after which the cat calmed down. Then he shaved the cat (after taking my consent) because he had some skin infection. After this he went on to clean the ears with a scissor wrapped in cotton and was very rough about it. After 3- 4 times the kitty's ear started bleeding a little and he started saying it's due to infection. I stopped him for continuing because I know that amount of friction in the ear can cause irritation. He did give the kitty a trim on the places that there was fur but it was not skillfully done. This cost us 2200 with no medication for the skin either. All in all it is not worth the money and needs a little more finesse. This could be an isolated case so just take this as a personal opinion on my experience there.

He’s a shady dog dealer, didn’t let me see the photos of the parents of the puppy said it wasn’t allowed as I had very little knowledge about adopting or buying a pup, but that is the first step of picking up a pup by looking at the parents …. Please don’t do this to anyone else

Just one word. AMAZING! Jesse Sir is a magician.my Dexter had his first grooming session here and the whole experience was mind blowing! Dexter is basically a very hyper active lab pup, beside his wonderful grooming, Jesse had changed Dex's hyper activity in just 1 hrs time.its unbelievable. Thanks a lot Sir.see you soon!

My Golden Retriever was groomed here, I took my indie pup here and he was bathed as well. The place is priced reasonably and takes good care of animals. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a spa day for their doggo.

The Dog grooming has been our go-to option for 3 years now. Thanks to Narayan and his pet shop boys, our knotty Persian is prim, proper and purring rather peacefully. We highly recommend their mobile service. Fantastic guys. Our dog sends you his best wishes.

I took my 3 year old husky, who is a very very hyper energetic dog, difficult to control. Jesse and his staff were awesome and i absolutely loved the service. Jesse is very patient and explained the service in details. I would suggest all to give a try and trust me, u won't regret it:) absolutely loved it! I have finally found a pet grooming service who are really excellent and Jesse who is good and most importantly shows empathy and patience with dogs, and understands and infact calms the dog. U won't have to worry because ur furry baby will be in good hands.

I had found Dog grooming to be a very professional service to sum up my experience. I had availed for a Pet Grooming session for my 12yr old Pomeranian. I found the 'groomer boys' to be very skilled and knowledgeable in their jobs. They were well worth it and I would definitely recommend them.

After a lot of research and getting too high rates for my boy’s grooming session, I choose them, very professional guys, my boy got comfortable with them pretty quick and the got a pretty good grooming session.
Will again contacting them for future sessions.

One of the best grooming places and pet shop in Bangalore. I recently visited here for the grooming of my 3.5-month-old Maltese puppy. 10/10 would recommend, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well as lovable to make your fur babies feel and look amazing.

The shop keeper is quite rude at times, Didn’t listen to me as it will be his choice in selecting the fish. Gives more preferences to customers purchasing expensive fishes then low cost fish.
Never gave time to select the fish as he had to mail and said MAKE IT QUICK as he got immediate work.

I bought a German Shepard puppy and got it at the best price. Quality is given first preference here.

Never recommended. He sells it too costly. Cross the road, come nearby areas of horamavu, etc. You will find things much cheaper. He sold me 12 inch fishbowl for 350, but same ditto product you find it at Rs. 270, white sand he sells Rs. 80 per kg, believe me I purchased it for Rs. 30 per kg near horamavu, the artificial plants, pair of fishes, all costly. I would request all to bargain in other shops

Price is too high, my frind bought a lab dog for 4000, when I asked in that shop they said 12000
