More than pet boarding, it is a pet vacation spot!
We have been their boarders for 5+ years now, so much so that we plan any important activity around their availability for my Lab. I have vowed not to leave my pet with any other pet boarding than these lovely folks.

It was a very bad experience even before I boarded my cat for the first time. I was communicating continuously that I wasn't getting a cab, till 5: 30 pm and mentioned that I'm bringing the vaccination details along with me. The manager has left without informing me that if I can't reach within 6 pm he won't allow me in. In that peak hour it took me an hour to come from Bellandur and reached at 6: 30 pm. The manager had left by that time and over 10 mins I went on calling him, sending messages on WhatsApp but nothing was answered. I have a flight at night and I wanted to drop my pet off but this unprofessional behavior created such an unrest and hustle. Had to find another boarding in that emergency situation. And my cat had to be in a crate for over 2 hours. Spent 500 bucks to reach this place. Absolute waste of money, time and energy. Never going to this place again.

Pet Stepin is a popular pet care center located on HAL Road in Bangalore. The center provides a range of services to pet owners, including veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and pet training. For pet owners who need to travel or are unable to care for their pets for any reason, Pet Step provides a safe and comfortable boarding facility. The center offers both standard and luxury boarding options, and every pet receives individualized attention and care during their stay. Their service and care is excellent. Pet owners can leave their pet here with peace of mind. Charges are Rs550/- per day for including nutritious food.

Our goto place for boarding our Golden retriever Messi. They take very good care of our baby. We trust them blindly so much so that if there is no availability at pet stepin, we will change our plan rather than leaving Messi at some other boarding place.

Reducing the last review as recently saw that they did not want to keep my dog as it is 10.5 yrs old now. They did not even want to say it on my face. They kept Dilly dallying and kept on saying that accomodation is not available for my dog. No matter what dates I asked they were booked. Finally I understood that it's not their capacity but my dog's age was the problem. They only want to cater to young dogs without any special needs like foods and meds. Very disappointed!

I've left my Indie Milly with them a few time for daycare. She was well looked after and managed to get along with all the dogs there. There was even a time when a massive great dane was boarding too, but the staff ensure dogs of similar temperament are taken in. Milly was nice & tired after coming back!

Very clean premises, courteous staff, competitive prices and above all they love handling pets and understand them well. Only negative which I found rather difficult is that they have to be contacted only between 12 noon and 3 p.m. This is a little uncomfortable for a senior citizen of 65 like me, especially if you are staying far from this place. Overall, this is a love at first sight kind of a place.

We have been boarding our baby - Uno at Petstepin for over 2 years now. We trust them completely and know that they take care of our baby in the most loving and caring manner possible. They are simply the best. They pay due attention to her behaviour, keep track of her meals, and share regular photos and videos of her activities when she’s staying with them. Mind you, the managers (Veenit, Vipul and Prarthana - she’s Uno’s favourite) run a very tight ship, and even though we don’t always get bookings for Uno, we absolutely love how stringent they are about their rules. That’s precisely the reason why their services are so good and way better than any other pet boarding facility in Bangalore. Their behaviour with pet parents is also excellent - and it’s amazing to see how they know each and every dog boarded at the facility by their names and stories!

Leaving your pet behind when you are travelling is never easy, but when Uno is at Petstepin, we are at least reassured that she is safe, loved and taken good care of. Thank you for your amazing services! - Indrasis and Sampurna

Although my pet was taken care of very well, they refused to take him after two times boarding. The reason they say is my dog is very energetic, hyper & fights with others. I wish they had a system in place to handle such dogs/pets Not every dog is going to be docile & well-behaved. Some pets are more hyper, energetic & mischievous. I am now left with looking at other options for my pet. Disappointed.

It's an open dog boarding space. The keeper is responsive. My dog is boarded thrice here. They take a decent care. My dog was fine last 2 times after boarding here.

They are rigid on checking timelines. And also not flexible on pricing. There is a good demand and they are upfront if their bookings are full.

Very good place for both daycare and boarding.
We're happy to have dropped our Harry with them for a week. He was really well taken care of and also made lot of friends.

The only other place outside of home that our furball likes. We've used their services multiple times, both for daycare and boarding and we've always been happy with their services. They love dogs and it shows! They aren't a homeboarding experience, though. Dogs have a huge playground to run about in and socialise, they're taken care of well and this has become our boy's second home. Thank you for your support, Pet Stepin!

Cooper (lab) has never been far from us, not evenfor a single day. But he was very comfortable here staying alone as he had his friends with him. They really helped Cooper to adjust to the place. I would definitely recommend Petstepin to anyone.

This place is fantastic and the people running the place are also very professional and know exactly what they are doing. They give daily updates multiple times a day, they send videos to show how your dog is adjusting to the place and with the other dogs. My dog can be a bit needy at night cos he can't sleep alone at night. Because of that he was whinning in the night when they put him in the kennel to sleep. Since he was whinning a lot they took him and the bhaiya slept with him for all the days. They went out of their way to keep my dog happy and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

What's really good because of this is the people who run the place. They're so comforting and reassuring when you're leaving your little baby (my dog, obviously) behind to go somewhere. She's was treated like a queen. Four meals a day. Ample amount of play time with other doggos and the best part was, that she came back smelling very fresh and looking really clean (she's white so that was a bit of a surprise). I believe your pet would love to stay here, and why wouldn't they?

I take my puppy here for socualuzation, to ensure he learns to play and communicate with other dogs. He loves daycare here. Sometimes cries on the way home as he doesn't want to leave his friends:)

We haven't been there many times, but it's wonderful. The dogs are very well looked after, the people there are most caring, and they make a strong effort to make sure individual needs are addressed.

One of the best pet boarding places around Indiranagar. They really love their pets and our babies had a great stay for the 15 days we were travelling

Beware of some extremely casual caretakers here.i checked in my dog on 09 Aug 19.i will narrate the most unprofessional experiences i had with these guys

Check-in was on 09 Aug followed by check out on 11 August.i paid for three days a total of ₹1770.

Day 1. When we checked up if the dog ate his dinner. The care taker of that day simply answered that he wasn't not eating so we gave his feed to the other dogs". I had a tough time explaining that please make the food again and feed my dog. Initally he refused saying everything is over, subsequently he said that we will do something.i don't know what happened thereafter.

Day 3.i get a what's app saying that there is a fight and your dog has got a "small" hole on the leg, but please show to the vet. When i came to collect him the small hole was quite a wound and with a swelling. The caretaker of the day was extremely casual. She said that she saw the two dogs growling and assumed that nothing would happen. To make matters worse they did not even feed him that day before checkout.

No invoice and no receipt was provided at the time of check out.

Guys please go to this place at your and your dog's own risk.

I have nothing more to add but to say that we expected a five star kenneling but it just turned out to be an expensive and irresponsible place as far as managing the dogs is concerned.

Plus i had to run around for the vet visit to sort out the dog's wound.

Very nice place for ur pets.recently I dropped my dog for 5 days and my dog was very happy to b there.infact my dogs behaviour has changed for the better. Really recommendable place for PPL who are worried about finding the right place for pets when we r away.or on vacation

I love cutness of the dogs there. U will get refreshed after a hard week of work when u visit the place. Best place to visit on weekends to have fun specially for dog lovers.

The place and staff over all make the pet parents feel very comfortable leaving their pet here. Gives us a peace of mind that your pet is not going to get depressed because of a short separation from you.

If you're looking for a place to board your dog this is definitely one of the best. The people there are very passionate, and they took wonderful care if my pet dog. She was extremely happy throughout the time.

Great place for dogs if they like a lot of dogs and the outdoors. The hosts are great and take good care. My dog on the other hand has always liked indoors so was a little tired staying outside. I do however recommend them atleast once for all pet parents.

Pet Steppin is run by very polite and pet loving staff. The place is well secured by compound wall, gates, fences. The place is large, open, tree-shaded and airy. The pet canines stay outdoors all day and move into covered kennels at night (or if it rains during daytime). Food is served 3 times. Morning breakfast by 9, lunch by 1 and dinner by 4.30pm. Staff are all well educated, polite and best of all, they are genuine pet lovers. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for boarding your beloved pets.

Excellent people maketh it an excellent place for doggos. Our puppy "dug" this place a lot and made a lot of friends, even found himself a Disney-level partner to run around with.

Neat place in a quiet corner providing reliable pet care and warm interaction. And lots of parking and most ablaze with summer blossoms at this time!

We definitely have made an acquaintance. Your facility is good, but your behaviour and n number of terms before even suggesting a booking is too much. You might pitch your place as high scale, but the attitude that comes along with it is snobbish, rude and not at all upscale.

The best open space animal boarding kennel in Bangalore. Your doggos will be free to run around the huge space, water pools to cool off in the summer and best of all it's a clean place with great people. Keep up the good job!

I left my Lab Sheldon 1 year old twice. First time he came back with some marks on his hind leg which they made me to believe is because of rough playing. And second time He got bitten in his ear. Very strict about their work timings and not at all flexible with the checkin and checkout. And they will charge no of days even though your pet has been there just for an hour so, you have to pay for whole day.doesn’t respond even in the working hours properly. They will say they will send the photos but you have to run behind them to ask for a photo.
Had high confidence and chose this place without any doubts but felt very disappointed about their reachability and the response for the feedback. Never thought I would have to run behind them so much after leaving the dog.

Friendly people. They take good care of dogs! My lab loves it there. So much that more he didn't even look at us when we leave him there.

Nice place to board your pet. My only concern was that my pup Oscar had lost around 4 kgs after boarding for 10 days, but that can also be due to separation anxiety. Everything else was satisfactory.
