Nice place for ur lovable pets.they take care of ur furry balls nicely.our 1st choice when we are away from home.u can keep them and they will make sure ur furry balls are happy.

My dog lost 4.5 kg weight after boarding there for 15 days. She bcm skinny and I could feel her bones and they said it's bcz my dog was running and playing more. So then when I asked them to share the video of food they are giving on next boarding, they refused which says everything. I don't think they give proper food/quantity by seeing the weight loss. I have also consulted vet and he has the same opinion, just by running no dogs will reduce that much weight. Grooming was done as complimentary. There are few behaviour changes too happened. She gets scared with small sounds and barks a lot, She is kind of scared after boarding.

I loved it my dog was overweight n kind of reactive but they took good care of him, he lost weight he looks healthy and his coat is shiny am amazed will definitely recommend this place

Worst my pet dog went healthily in and returned back with lot many scratches on he’s body and he’s tail was bleeding when he came back I asked them and they mentioned that may be because of ticks
My pet started biting it frequently on the tail I check and found wound and he’s crying when I touch
He became very sad and feared after returning from their boarding
I wouldn’t recommend this place to any pet parent it’s a nightmare

Like other pet parents we thoroughly went through all the reviews of this place and decided to keep our pet here. However our experience was disastrous. The videos were too short and we could see our pet not happy in those videos. When we picked her up we noticed that her fur was possibly trimmed with spots on her body. We took her to the vet the next day and the doctor informed us that she had a bacterial infection. Her behaviour has changed its almost like she’s been traumatised by something. Maybe my luck was bad that this happened to my pet but it’s definitely not something other dogs should go through. Hope this helps.
