The only authorised service centre for all kinds of PHILIPS home appliances. Mr. Vijay, the head of operations is a person who has great knowledge of appliance servicing. He is ably assisted by an efficient team.

Staffs are friendly and responsive. I have went to repair my trimmer which was under warranty. They’ve resolved the issue within 10min. They’ll check the product immediately and if the issue is minor immediately they’ll repair/service and give back. If the issue is major then only they’ll keep the product for few days depends on the problem. Overall experience is good. The place is easily noticeable during normal traffic. Only one concern is parking space is not available near this service center.

I Gave my trimmer to repair and they charged 250rs ones and 530rs ones and it didn't even worked for one time and still the issue is not resolved, please don't waste your money n time here better buy new one.

Great but slow service! Took almost 3 weeks to replace my trouble trimmer but the folks were really kind and helpful.

I have brought the mixer for service.
Mixer coupler was not good and little bit of noise.they intimated that we can do.after 2 days they are telling motor is not good change the motor. I told no need to change motor it's OK for little noise. After going home I checked it was full of noise we can't.
Next day I came to service center now they are telling we can't do anything and that's not our problem.otherwise you change the motor that is the way to talk to an customer

They wil repair the Philips items. However they won't inform u if the product is repaired or not until u urself go to service center. They won't pick call either. So the representatives are careless and also they charge more of service charge

TECHNO KARE is not At all Philips service center, from the Day one telling me only stores because. I given my DVD Player for Audio output not working day one there said that 1 week they will riper and give it me, from past 10th JULY 2021 there are always telling me stores please anyone advice me where to get the Service of my DVD.if you need any audio of what there spoken

Had given wet mixer to repair because it was leaking from the bottom, they've not only not fixed it they have charged for it not fixing it. Had problem with the blade of my trimmer, but he convinced me that it was the battery problem, now i have 2 problems.

Good prompt service. But for a wire replacement of worth Rs. 131 with removal and fixing 4-5 screws, a charge of Rs. 100 is too high especially when I hv visited ur doorstep to repair the press iron amounting to an overall charge of Rs. 275.

This is a place that I have been visiting since 90s. Good staff, will resolve any issues regarding your product.

Good and prompt service but only suggesation is don't take 10 business days for any replacements.

Approach towards customers was very good. If urgency is there, they can repair your appliance on spot in required time. They use genuine Phillips branding spare parts. Some people will think that labour charge is more. But, those charges represents their hard work, skills and on-time/demand repair charges.

Very worst service center. I had purchased Philips ear phones from online which had 1 year warranty, sound was heard low in one side of the hear phone, since it was 8 months from purchased, reached out to this service center, who fooled us telling they will be replacing us with the same one within 15 days, and after 15 day we were replaced with a local one telling this is equivalent to the previous one. Very bad Customer service. No value to customer.

They are conveniently located closed to the city centre. Parking is available for a car easily as it's on a cross road and not on the main road.

I visited this service centre for my mixed grinder repair.
I would like to highlight the pros and cons as well.
As soon as you enter the technician takes a look at your mixer grinder he will just run it and say it's fine before you tell your complaints, which is very bad and he will assign you a time to collect the product but when you reach at the assigned time the product will not have been repaired. This is a very bad part about them. I even faced another issue my mixer grinder, due to mishandling it was broken when I went to receive the product, the technician though knowing the truth will try to convince you that the product was broken when they received it. Please make sure that when you give the product for repair in the estimate slip he writes every single detail about the condition of your product. In my case I was lucky, the manger of the store played a very vital role, he is actually the reason why I am giving 5 stars overlooking the lazy staff. He understood the issue and promptly issued me a free replacement. Hats off to honest people like him. And even the lady who handles the customers is very polite and quick in the action. I would definitely recommend Phillips because of this excellent manager. Thank you

I given trimmer qt4006 for battery replacement paid 400+ amount for replacement, there is no change in trimmer running performance, they apply oil and given that's it, really bad experience, worst service centre they making money not providing services, I don't want to give 1 star for this center.

Philips service centre is located near to ramkumar mills this place is very old place have been going here from many years! This place has very sophisticated staff

Everything is over priced. For home theatre system repair for IC change they charged for labour charge 450 repeat just for IC replacement. It's second experience at this centre.

Worst service center, one simple problem with speaker not able to rectify and making customer to run around. Don't have option to give zero star even they are are not worth of that. Don't receive call, don't call for update. Third class worst. They returned my speaker back next day got same problem. I am going to write their customer care head India

Kudoos to the Team! Took my 12 year old Philips FWD Music system to enable Blue Tooth & USB. They were able to help me very quickly. I am using it for almost a month for now with no issues. Price was very reasonable)

I have called up this service centre for 5 times and asked to order SPA8150B remote. Every time I called up they are saying once we received we will call you, since 3 months I am following up them but I never get the remote.

Steam iron returned in damaged condition. However, they replaced part and delivered at doorstep after complaint.

Had been there for juicer part replacement which was under warranty.service was done under 10mins for free.very helpful staff.
