In my experience, Phoenix is probably one of the best immigration consultants available in Bangalore. As in my case, I approached Phoenix GRS for my Canadian Permanent Visa in year 2019 and received COPR in 2020. Technically as per our agreement with Phoenix expired in 2021, but Phoenix was kind and empathetic to reassure their availability and services due to special pandemic situation without any additional charges. In saalo ko to 0 star dene ka mann karta hai, faltu me paisa daba ke beth gaye hai. This is one of the worst people I have experienced. Akshita and tanveer are worst people.

Worst consultancy. They don't have minimum knowledge on Australia student visa.we consulted this consultancy to study masters of project management in Australia. Zaiba recommended few universities with one year course.we have paid admission fee also as per their suggestion.later we got to know from my friend that Australia doesn't provide work visa for one year courses. Untill i ask Zaiba she had no idea about australia doesnt provide work visa for one year course.we have wasted two months time, 5k for admission fee and 40k for consultancy. They don't check documents while uploading in university portal.such a worst staff. They chased me to pay amount.once i paid they stopped answering our phone calls.

The options for university and courses provided by Phoenix was the best. No other consultant had offered those.

I had worst experience with this consultancy. They don't even have basic knowledge on College admission procedure and visa requirements. To start with the process (college search itself) we have to pay huge amounts, only then they will look into our profile. They will never pick our calls and will not call us back. They do not have genuine agents who can communicate with university directly and they wont let you know this bitter truth. Communication happens with universities from our personal gmail itself unprofessionally (university assumes that candidate is only dealing with university without any authorized agent). I was under depression for all the period I was dealing with them and I am so happy now since I changed my consultancy. I did huge mistake in opting this consultancy looking at reviews and I sincerely advise don't get trapped yourself.

Dear Visa Aspirants,

Never ever visit this company for any kind of visa requirements. They will show very rosy pictures and tell nice words until you pay. Once you pay, you have to run behind them for each and every single thing. Me and my friend paid the full amount 58K each that they told to pay in one shot.but later we had to chase behind them for reviewing our documents. After paying no one from their company called or emailed for at least 6 months. We had to call them numerous times and later found that the person who was our contact left the organization and they didn't even let us know.

When we asked for refund, they told that refund cannot be done because the contract period is over.

Also, later I found that the agreement that they showed me before signing was different than the one that we signed. I took pictures of the agreement when they gave us to go through. But later they came up with something else and when I read it, it was different.

These guys are no. 1 cheats. They simply will encourage you to pay and once you pay, then that's it.

Don't believe in all these positive responses. I believe they were all paid.
