It was a nyc experience to stay in poineer colive pg here food was very good as well as rooms are maintained very well owner was politely talking to the cilents

Well, since I've been to a lot of pg's in this area, here's my honest review.
Reasons why you should not choose this PG-
1) Food tastes average.
2) Price of beds is more than what it provides.
3) Hygeine in negligible
4) Asked the PG maintainer to fix the toilet flush (multiple times), he didn't do anything.
5) Lift for certain floors are non-operational.
6) washing machines are in terrible conditions. Mostly won't work.
7) The stair case stinks.
8) They asked for 3000 for maintenance and security, which should be refundable of course, but.when i approached him, he said it'll not be refunded.
9) The price of three sharing is 6500, whereas in other pg with better facilities, it is 5500.10) Everyone loves good ventilation, I'm not saying that this pg doesn't have one, but the only problem is, whenever I open the window, the first the I see is, people cutting chickens, the only smell i smell is, rotten blood of chicken, and only thing that i hear all day while being in room is, the creepy sound that chickens make on a death bed.
To experience all these at first hand, ask owner of room 201.
And good thing about the pg is, in this price range. -
1) None
2) literally none!
3) it's a scam!
4) But you guys are wise, please prefer to live, and see.
5) As mentioned earlier, NONE.
And two stars are just for the PGs sake. I don't really want to rate it to be honest.

Worst pg to stay in, the owner and care taker are very rude and very bad food they provide. Even i had stomach infection due to their bad food quality.

The PG is so good. The owner so so friendly and fun. Very safe building. The breakfast and dinner are ultimate. Mainly the chicken biriyani It's a colive and everything here is sorted. Just the locality is a bit off but the PG is a 10/10
