My personal experience is giving offer to me but do not give joining. I lose my current job. Dont believe on this consultant.

Honest work experience.
Pls read carefully before joining this company.
This company is not capable to get single star ratings, also.
It is one of the worst organization. Management doesn't care about employees. Some new joined employees left the company in one day because of the worst working environment and partiality.

This company don't have many clients, and TL and Manager torture employees to achieve their targets. That's why many employees are leaving the company.
New joined employees will not get offer letter on the joining date. You'll get it on after 15 to 20 days,
and there is a 6-month bond u have to sign.

ID card will be provided after 3 months of joining.

Sometimes employees need to work till 8pm or 8.30pm to achieve daily targets.
These people tell you nicely that if u have any problems, pls tell us, Once you tell your problems they don't care about that.

Worst Service.
They never receive calls and they don't bother about their employees.

Never received salary on time. There is no particular date for salary.

They don't help for resignation process and never share payslips and experience letter.

They don't even give any training period salary. I have resigned the job 3 months ago. Till my salary was not credited. No response.

This is a fraud company don't waste your time in this company. Poor infrastructure. They don't provide laptop also instead ask us to use our own laptop. Salaries are also not given properly. They don't respond properly.

Worst company ever.
They don't release offer letter for 5 months.
Just pressurise fresher.
And don't give personal space.
The leads are sick.

My name is Atul last 2 yrs i'm working in letransport by PITCS, No salary delay, quick response & very helpful consultancy.

Worst experience, I recommend not to join this company as they are not paying salary, they are terminating within 15 days, working for 11 hrs per day and not getting salary is pethitic.

This is a scam company. Totally unprofessional behaviour and worst work environment. They didn't even pay employees after working.

I joined here as a fresher with zero real time experience.

Dear PITCS I registered a complaint on your compliance support to change the date of exit in the EPFO portal which is updated wrong. It was more than 2 months but still didn't get any resolution. Just getting mail we will update within week within 2 days but 2 month over and now no response. Which type of your service is?

No proper response for your issues. Once u leave the company they won't settle your payments. Your have to go behind them. And no one ll reply the mails too. Aasan jobs are best in service.

Not a good company internal recruiter are worst they don't know to analyse the requirement and calling recruiter for who have experience for a low pay and they just tell will give you a call back that all of we text the recruiter they will tell your rejected

RECRUITER- PLEASE DONT MAKE FAKE PROMISES

Then why the hell you tell will get back to you and please train your recruiter to and make sure they don't waste other time.

If your fresher your good to go if you have experience and if you go they can't meet your expectations. So they tell I'll discuss to senior and tell back that's all.

Worst type of consultancy to work with. My request is pending from last 3 months and no one is ready to give proper response. They don't even pick calls. Suggest everyone not to work with them.
