Pizza Hut

Food is good but what I see is that staff do not wear gloves and they use same people use both for beg and non veg, when I asked during that time they wash and treated me as if I did something wrong

They send burnt pizza twice. Second time I even reminded them that they sent burnt ones last time in spite of that they again sent burnt pizza. Paid 456 first time on 11th June then 350 again on 8th July. What a shame. Twice in a row they send burnt food still the manager says next time it won't happen. That's enough nonsense

Ordered non veg pizza and recieved veg pizza, 3 times they have done similar things and haven't seen any improvement yet, totally disappointed

Good experience for pizza, try to order by scanning the QR present at tables, you get additional offers.

Pizza Taste wise, no question but they miss out items to serve. Had ordered 4choco volcano but received 1hot item.

Later after questioning they gave 3more bt it was dead agaist HOT choco item.

Place is congested and expect delay in service due to large take away orders.

Pizza Hut is not giving the bills and they are charging Rs 20 for packing cover without asking the customer and that also not giving to customers
Also I paid GST for pizzas and restaurant bill

Worst pizza that I ever had in my life, if you this is the kind of food and service they gave, then it's better to have something on road side (that's much healthier and we'll cooked), it may look like rude, so the service and food here is.

There was no AC on, while we entered. Ordered for one medium and one small pizza, gave both small. Offers not suggested while ordering.
Better avoid this Center.

I visited again and I was expecting that service will be improved but found that service still not improved and still making customer waiting and I don't like one guy's behaviour at counter. Some of my friends also visited there and also don't like this person.

Very bad experience with the delivery. They have very less riders to deliver and never comes on time. My order took more than 1 hour as they had to dunzo the delivery and the pizza was very cold. Even the Manager is very rude is her response. Please avoid this place if your are ordering.

Not a great choice to have food there table not cleaned, fly flying really disappointed. Pizza is fine, but jamun juice is horrible, feels like cough sirup.

Delivery is always delayed. On an average takes 45+ min to deliver. The pizza served in store are good but the ones delivered are of poor quality, not baked properly and since it takes so much time to deliver, they re not fresh too. They will be warm not hot.
Sometimes the toppings are also not fresh or burnt.
P.s. This service is when the store is less than ½ km away.

They take the order, collect the money, but do not deliver. They fob off the call by saying they'll deliver but they don't.

Ordered online pizzahut pizza through swiggy. I found handyplast in the pizza. It was not expected from a company like PizzaHut to have such an unhygienic kitchen practice. Also the garlic bread served was tasting like dipped in kerosene. Raised complaint to Swiggy. Request for honest response from HSR Restaurant manager.

Wish there was a negative rating to give to the so called Brand Pizza hut and the staff.
I have received a burnt Pizza and neither the brand nor the staff has the courtesy to respond or address, including the store Manager. It's been 2 weeks, reached out on multiple platforms but seems like a bot updates the replies. Avoid wasting your money, on such brands which do not value customer and are ignorant towards their feedbacks.

Terrible place. We organized a kids get together along with parents at this place and ordered quite some amount of dishes. To our surprise, every dish thag came on the table, was cold, extremely dry and caused severe stomach cramps to everyone who joined us. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Placed an online order in the app at 8.30pm for take away.went to the store at 8.50pm as I got a message that order will be ready at 8.53pm. Looks like they had not even started to prepare the order. I was told order will be ready in 2 minutes. Finally got it 9.30pm. Want to know why I should not get a refund

The server kept coming to our table without mask. I pointed out to him many times that he should handle our food only after wearing mask but he ignored and repeatedly broke the basic COVID guidelines. I was apalled that even the kitchen staff (visible from the door) were not wearing masks.

I visited this Pizza hut in the afternoon. I ordered a classic pizza cost 230/-
Meal had Roasted bread, one whole onion tandoori Pizza and One glass pepsi. I just loved the fresh pizza and roasted bread. It was so tasty. Other factors like place and area was clean & good. The staff were friendly and nice. Overall a good experience.

Had been to Pizza hut and even this HSR many times but today it was really special both in terms of taste and service. Enjoyed

The worst Pizza hut outlet I have ever visited. The food is entirely bad and the waitress was even worse. In between I had to act as the waiter to get tissue and spoon as we called them but they didn't respond. For the bill we had to literally go call them from the kitchen.
It's like literally I have no more words to express this bad experience. It's a request to take some action and improve the food and management.

Service was good, went for my friend to order food n hardly 15 min waiting time. Mr raghunath was very polite n helpful. Nice time to visit with the help of pizza hut

Fu#king bad experience. Bad support from employees. They cheated us in payment method. Don't ever try to pay through phonepee, Use card payments. We lost 1240 rupees there

Very bad experience f*** phone pay I paid 620 rupees after that they said it not received for them but my side I got transaction successfully in phone pay again I paid amount by my card they should say before only here we have problem in phone pay use card or cash.very bad experience for me. Don't go and taste is also not that good to have.my friends order pepper chicken pizza in that pepper is not at all there chicken is also not good very very bad experience.

Worst maintenance and service. Not even turning on AC. Poor service, not satisfied with the management.

We took unlimited pizza offer. The pizza which we got has thicker base than normal, and service is also very slow. We have to wait for next slice everytime after finishing the first one.

I took the chicken cheese pizza with the salad.

I didn't like the bread quality. Better to have a biryani outside rather than going to pizza hut, subway, dominos, MCDONALD, CCD etc. Bullshits

Good Cusromer Service. Party was arranged here on 12th May for my sisters daughter. Service crew gave us best customer service. One of the boy from Odissa handled 40 customer alone very easily n efficiently. He deserve more than 5 star rating. Well done.

I never experienced such kind of service in any pizza hut outlet in Bangalore.

Late service. Only Caring about online merchants. No A/C. No proper Restrooms. Lazy staff.
Worst service I ever Had

An average pizza experience. The taste and quality of bread is okay but not too good which can be experienced only in few guys. The service seemed okay and the serving tine as well. There is enough space and mostly not crowded. The price is as usual expensive.

Reached at 8.30pm today to pizza hut. But they told no pizza only appetizer are available. Pizza hut without pizza was really disappointing. N ended up dinner at McDonald's which was next to pizza hut.

No good maintenance of the restaurant. And food quality and taste should improve a lot. And all old menus.

Place is good but this time the tase is not good so much sour n service compare to earlier visits was downgraded

The pizza price is a bit overpriced. The place is not clean and there were houseflies over our table. The AC was not okay as well.

Very congested as compared to other outlets. No one will bother you to give you even menu card unless you ask for it.

Worst services ever. Workers shouting on each other, no time management, waited too long for someone to take order and delivered too late.

The staffs were really good but the outlet seems like little congested since the 1st floor is not working right now.

Before ordering I asked if they had Tabasco sauce.they said they have it from another brand.but later denied having stock

One of my favourite place in Bangalore for pizza.
Place is really nice and spacious.
They provide water for free, thats most of other outlets dont do.
They deliver in time, except the time when it is crowded.
Pizza taste is good. Sometimes only one person will be there to take of ordering delivering the food, thats something disappointing.
There is also a party hall for small celebrations.
Overall good place.

Just like any other Piza house. Junk, unhealthy food at expensive prices. Avoid eating pizza as much as possible. Thank you for reading this post.

Service is late, you have to ask for every thing like tissue, ketchup n all. Cleanliness have to increased.
