Im being waiting for three days for the fan fixing, someone called like 1 hr I'll be there at your location, no one come and after 6 they don't respond your call too.

Over head tank pump was not working. Called near by electrican. Got this Patel electricals, who in turn deployed. Mr Azan came, identified defect within mts, initially had some issue, then he understood his mistake and corrected the same and challenged me that, see the pump should work. I appreciate their response time and sharpness. My advise is to carry new mcbs and with GST bills to be issued. Thanks for sending electrician.on a Sunday at 9.30pm

Very professional service. Came in the night at 11 and quickly completed the work without any problem.

Your electrician by name pradeep came for geyser repair. Fitted a new coil. Geyser did not work. But collected ₹ 350/- service charge and ₹860/- for a coil (which is otherwise costing ₹300). Told me that there's a problem with the water inlet and asked me to get that repaired by a plumber and that he would come and set it right thereafter. I got the plumber work done and since yesterday have called him nearly 20 times. Either mobile is busy or he doesn't pick up the call. My tenant is shifting tomorrow and I had no choice other than calling another electrician. I got royally cheated by this company since pradeep is your person. I wonder can a company survive without credibility?

As per the details mentioned on their website they arrived at the site on time. Before arriving they said Rs 100 needs to be paid for visiting charge. Upon arriving at the site they again called me and said to enter the building and check and provide services they charge Rs 350. Upon checking they said there is no problem and everything is fine. And later added they suggest to change MCB just like that. Which I found lacked reasoning.when I questioned him he started loudly screaming at the peak of his voice.i repeatedly informed him to lower his voice and speak as it is commercial place but the guy kept screaming and arguing. They have created a fancy website calling themselves electrical contractors. But they send inexperienced staff who can do basic House repair and electrical fittings services but not recommended for major electrical repairs and diagnosis.
Not recommended for big projects or major repairs.

I requested for an electrical repair and Mr. Kedarnath was at my doorstep within half an hour with the requested equipment. The work was very professional and their staff is very friendly and maintain good cleanliness and hygiene practices! We didn't find socket for first visit so made direct and when found he was here only, he said double charge for same work. So not happy with.

Very bad behaviour electrician who came to us, and trying to fetch money for every single step he took.though we paid whatever he asked n afterthat also he was asking more very rude n over greedy.

Owner is v rude so are the electricians. All they do is eat money. They are not picking my calls now. Don't book from here. Go for local electrician. It's better option, you will regret like me.

In low price. For me he come at night at 3: 00 Am. God experience tqsm.planation electrical

1 fan installation, 1 fan capacitor change, three areas just installed bulb holder only and I was charged 1200/-. For this and the job took 1hr to 1.5 hrs. Ask before you avail services and NOT burn your pocket later. I was one of them. Be fair in charging customers!

Your technician is lying if he has informed you that he has replaced fan coil, capacitor, and four switch points. I can send you photos of the work that was done. Please call me with the technician on call as well and if he can do two days of work in 1.5 hrs, he is a super man!

Had very bad experience, i have called for profile light installation and till site visit they will be responsive and if the work is small they wont even respond to your call.when i asked whats the update this team started supporting their electricians. I suggeest dont waste your time following up with htese people

None of the switches are working.the person send david.this fellow will talk big big things make u a fool and later u will realised tht ur money and time both are wasted.they will switch off they mobile and stop responding to u.fake ppl and fake service.eats ppl hard earned money.

Changing to 3 star from 1 star.owner has been very professional with communication and hence changed rating. He offered to get me plumber, free of cost. But I did not take it.

Learning for me: be clear on cost, no tips, ensure guy who comes knows what is behind the wall before drilling.

I talked to the company they said 250/- but after fixing (no items were used) he said 1200/-

And not paying it back.
And mainly they're not professional as well.

Amazingly Awesome! Bhaisaab during lockdown after 8 PM, who comes out to help you that too on Sundays. Main supply wire to my electric meter was melt and I was hopelessly thinking what to do. I called them and despite being 21 km away serviceman came and stayed till the power not came back. That guy waited till 10: 30 PM to check if everything was working fine. It would become boring if I keep on writing so in short no matter wherever you stay in Bangalore, Ek try to banta hai.

Fixed all the lamps and chandelier beautifully. Asad and the other guy have done their work with patience.their work is very much appreciated.thanks

The electrical supply to my home suddenly stopped working at 11pm at night. I gave a call to them, they not only quickly responded but also sent a person in 20 mins to my home to check it.

The person was good in his work and helped us identify the problem first and then charge on the basis of it. Since it was night he obviously took the surcharge prices but was very quick in his work too. He also gave us some suggestions for later and told us for a new change of MCB later.
