Pls pls pls guys dont go to play factory. There is no proper management and half part of the trampoline play area is closed. Prices are very high. INR 1234 per hour and no AC.and they expect you to spend one hour in there jumping without any kind of air ventilation. It is total waste of your money and time.
I felt it has Very bad maintenance, when I went to rope course most of the wood was already damaged and one of it already broke when I was doing the obstacles I was hanging, good thing was that my brother and the staff (the person who was assigned to teach us what to do) pulled me up somehow, the wood shouldn’t break if the rope wouldn’t be there I would die falling from 3 floors of height. And my brother wasn’t allowed to play on rope course because they didn’t have his size. In cricket the bats were not in good condition, football had less air in the ball. There was no AC inside, it was suffocating. In the trampoline most of them were half broken and some were under construction, even one of my friends broke his arm because of the half damaged trampoline. In Internet they (site of play factory) mentioned there was canteen but they said that they closed it long ago, there were only soft drinks. So we bought them, when we asked the price then they said we could pay later, at the end he added extra price and sold it to us. They even added extra pricing for games but showed less in internet. They even didn’t allow us to play any board games. Staff members were very rude. I have personally felt that this is waste of time and money. For people who want to visit this place, please consider this review before going to such a poor condition place like this. I hope this will help! Thank you!
A good place but has a lot of potential to be better.
Pros: • Good concept. • Rope course and trampoline park were fun. • Staff were fine.
Cons: • The maintenance can be better. One of the ropes broke while we were doing the rope course. However, safety harness was there which prevented any sort of major problem. Clinging on to the safety harness (though for a short time) was a frightening experience. • Also, one part of the trampoline was closed for maintenance and there were several parts of it which were broken (albeit stiched to fix). • Most areas weren't very clean. • There were many box games to be seen, however we were not allowed to use them.
Recommendations: • AC can be added. • Food or at least light snacks provision can be introduced.
Trampoline area is big and well maintained. We enjoyed playing soccer and cricket too For kids the outdoor sports equipment looked quite old and outdated.the food in their cafeteria needs some serious improvement
Went recently, this place on a Sunday and there was no one, this place does not have anything for kids, please do not go to this place and waste your time. Also, the staff is not customer friendly and show do not care attitude, you pay 1600 for just one jumping place! Avoid if possible!
I had a fantastic visit to the trampoline park there. My group had a member who was wheelchair-bound, and they were enormously kind, helpful and accommodating to us. Their service is great and the trampoline park is large and very fun.
Lovely place to have a really fun filled time. I did the trampoline and it was the best experience with the basket ball, foam pit or jumps. One should always go with a group of possible. Or else go there to burn 1000 calories every 30 mins. They charge you 450 for an hour
Very good place followed by good supportive staff members. We had recently organized a cricket tournament, everybody enjoyed a lot. One of the best place for indoor cricket in bangalore I feel. Special credit to Kishore, madan& normal these guys are a good supportive (play factory managment) every request & demand of ours was fulfilled by them. Great job guys.keep it up. Thnx for making our tournament a grand success. Looking forward to conduct more such events at ur place.
Trampoline is good. Credit section staff, trampoline staff behaviour is extra ordinary. But why I gave 2 rating is there is no proper medical kit available. The staff at cricket court behaved very badly. He first requested to leave the court as others are waiting & we responded positively without hesitation & he asked to play trampoline as we convinced and left the court. But, we paid for other packages & went to play foos ball & planned to play trampoline. After playing the foos ball we asked him to allow us to play the trampoline. But he rejected and started shouting on us to play only cricket but not trampoline. Because of his behaviour I'm giving 2 Stars.
Place is easily seen from the service road. This place is huge. In reception they ask you to take pakages which practically no one use fully.but the staff were very friendly. This place is not good for taking children alone, they should be taken in groups.parents are not allowed to be in the premises with kids. So this place is good for only groups. Nothing is up to the mark. Food was not good at all. Not worth the money really.
If you want to experience Asias biggest trampoline park this is the place to be. It's a big park plus they provide training as well it's well maintained park. They have indoor cricket and football facility along with rope activities and lot of there sports options it's a good place to be.
Good for some sports like volleyball, indoor cricket and football but area is small. Has improved in recent years. Also it has a restaurant Tiki Taka attached.
Loved the place, been there with a bunch of friends. Once you get there, you get into an environment that holds your breath for an adventure. The place is awe.
This is a good place for people who are looking to have fun and play sports indoors. I would suggest you to visit the place with as many people a you can gather, as you will enjoy it to the fullest only with good company. There is also a restaurant in the facility. The trampoline isn't as easy to handle as it seems, and you will need good fitness and stamina to actually have fun.
Worst sports club. They won't even provide equipments properly. Staffs are arrogant. Table tennis bat is just a prototype. Net is broken. No space to play.
The ticket fee is hiked to 900 per head (it was around 400 about 2 years back) ; they were forcing us to buy their loyalty card as well.this looks stupid.
Most pricey play park I've ever visited.there are only a handful of things you can do.equipment was not well maintained. However the food was good and decently priced and they were honest to return money I'd misplaced.so we'll yeah. I wouldn't go again though!
The venue offers many activities but honestly the Trampoline Park is the only attraction. We'd gone as a group of 6 and it was absolutely amazing! Group discounts are offered for pax of 5+ members. I'd highly recommend this for those looking for intense physical activity and fun! Larger the group, the merrier.
