I like it a lot, I can sit in a nice atmosphere and enjoy the tasty items and their shop is very clean. Also worth mentioning is the behavior of its employees. They have a very gentle manner.so i like it.

It is a very nice place to visit with family and friends, kids, and the place is small. You'll get plenty of variety in ice cream. The starting price of the ice cream is 99 + GST (34₹). Also milkshakes and sandwiches are available.and the ice cream will be served at the table. Good to go place

I had been coming to polar bear since 6 years now it's been recent times I had come back after 7 months I ordered for espresso I was disappointed with the quantity really felt the quantity was very less compared with the price being high, but coming to the best part was the mango mania which was really good and enjoyed with it.

Best place to hangout with friends. Employees are really polite. Place is really clean they maintain the hygiene. They are open in late hours as well.

I have been to many outlets, but this outlet taste bad
was very i don't know why was it like this.i suggest not to go here

This place has gone with quite a good renovation, and has become even more amazing. The ambience is so much lovely now. Staffs have changed, but not the quality of sundaes. And best part is, they have charging slots at the bottom of their sofa, so you can charge your phones while enjoying your DBC. However, my favorites are Excess Chocolate and Rocky Road Sundaes.
Update: My new favorite is Super Bowl, it consists of 12 scoops of different flavours topped with various sauces ️

Good outlet that is nearly maintained, not crowded all the time and is very approachable. 2 wheeler parking is available in front of the outlet. They neatly prepare the ice cream in a few mins and properly serve in a tray with spoons and tissues. We tried Chocozilla and the cake scotch, both tasted great. There are several icecream outlets nearby, but Polar bear is Polar bear.

Bought the hot chocolate fudge. It was so good and was Packed very well so that the chocolate sauce doesn't spill! Relished the ice cream after a long time.

I am very thankful to the entire store members and the owner and specially to mention about the employee Mr Jithin for finding and keeping safe my Gold bracelet, which I missed in this polar bear outlet in the same road of dayanand Sagar College of engineering. It was my engagement ceremony gift by groom side and was so worried and anxious about the loss. Mr. Jithin thank you so much again and I lot admire your honest ethics towards your work, wishing you all the best.

It's always best experience visiting Polar Bear at Kumaraswamy layout. I love 100% eggless DBC and icecream sundaes.

Good combination of varieties of ice cream, friendly staff and good ambience for satisfying ice cream temptations.

A nice ice cream parlor, Polar Bear has good seating space and good varieties of ice cream. They have a variety of options to choose from. Do try their red velvet or coffee brazilia. Its open late in the night, so you can rule out your midnight ice-cream cravings here. The staff at the parlor is friendly and courteous.

I loved the ambiance and i spent more than an hour here, it's a cosy feeling to spend time in.:)

Went here early on a Saturday evening the place had a excellent music collection playing at a perfect soothing volume
The ambience was also good, the ice cream was perfect but the peri peri paneer didn't taste good if it did it would have been a five star rating

This is the nth time I'm ordering from Polar Bear here and haven't been disappointed except for the price being a little high (consider giving discount to me for ordering n number of times).

Nice place n feels like a known local joint.as brand goes with good reputation, so their ice cream flavors.liked their summer spl 90/- for 2 flavors n scoops offer.

The service is great and the ambience is really beautiful. The polar bear ice creams needs no special mention as they are always amazing. You should try summer sorbets especially Alphonso mango it tastes heavenly. The shakes are great too

1. No Covid Safety even durìng 2nd wave.
2. Biller wears mask on chin.
3. Another person wearing glove in 1 hand sweeps the place & without washing or sanitizing his glove or hands prepares & serves ice cream. Yuck!
4. The tubs are cheaper than scoops of ice creams.
5. So buy tubs & save money.

I felt like there is an awesom ambience there.and also about the staffs there.they are very superb just like they are not serving items.they treat us as their own family. I had a great experience there.and I 'm also a regular customer there.keep going guys

This place used to be near my college. So whenever I used to crave for ice cream I would hop in there and order Death by Chocolate. Quantity wise it was more than enough for one person and taste was heartmelting. Another favourite item of the menu is their Tiramisu ice cream. Oh it is one stop solution for all the caffeine addiction. Just amazing.

Tastewise it is not good. I tried two flavours one is black current and one more mango.

Black current was bad. Not that appreciable.

And Alphonso mango is poor in taste.

Quality also it was not good. Not a good spot for Hangover. Don't feel like eating.

Ordered in swiggy sometime back today. Found a spong piece inside hot chocolate fudge. Very poor quantity. Never will order again

Love the ice cream, it's better than Baskin Robin's. The price is also reasonable. The vibe is pretty good.

If you have it regularly, you'll probably not like it that much, plus you'll be broke. So once in a month, one DBC will be sufficient.

Awesome place to be with friends and family. Varieties of Ice Creams and seriously you can't choose which one is your favorite coz each and every one of them is better than the other. The ambience is quite good and decent.

Polar Bear quality is always best.nothing to beat the DBC.

But I still suggest glass bowls as against of paper cups for DBC

I usually visit this place but I was really disappointed with my today's experience and would never visit again.
Most of the time when I've seen very less crowd or no crowd at all. Even today when I visited with 4 of my friends I saw that the waiters/helpers we're jobless and we're sitting out. (Around 4 guys) then as we entered, two of then came in to attend us and other 2 stayed out. The two guys who were out kept on starting through the glass door and we're passing comments which was very uncomfortable. Later one of us had to leave so I came out just see her off and that time I heard them passing comments. I came in and informed the one who attended us and that guy instead of apologising, started laughing. I even told them that I would write a good review and he said go on.
I would not recommend any girl to visit here alone as the number of workers are more than the customers and the workers are all so cheap! Totally disappointed!
