Great value for money potion size and ice cream sundae options. Great service and location. However, they gave us cake instead of brownie. The taste was great nonetheless. Better option for price as compared to corner house.

Very good place to hang out with friends and family.we liked the place a lot even the food is good.
Especially staff are very friendly. For us staff Buddha has taken care and did his best.

Good place to hangout especially at night. There are more varieties available and there are many tables available to sit inside the shop as well outside.

Workers no one can't understand local language and English. They are speaking only in north Indian languages. Inform to your team to understand kannada or English. Your company have to respect the state language.

We are extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. Inspite of requesting to turn on the AC they refused to do so and argued. Couldn't even do proper sitting arrangements.

They dont care about store customers much. Iam giving one star because my wife was disrespected by one of the guys. When I spoke to the guy in charge, he did not bother to hear me. He was very very busy with the orders online. That was a disrespect as well.
My first impression was you guys dont care for ur customers stepping in store. U r busy catering to online customers.good luck with that.we avoid going to this place.

Well decided menu, attracts people having night craving for desert especially chocolate. But a little costly.

Ice cream was yummm and it tasted heaven as usual. The ambiance and the light gives good feel and they have good collection of playlist soothing to ears. Must go

Good bit expensive. Bought a cake recently at night 12. This shop usually opened till late night and the cake shop is next to it which is owned by them.if you are looking for a cake in the late night please visit and ask for a cake they will open the cake shop and gives you.

So Sweet! This place has a large variety of affordable delicious ice creams to choose from. It's till late opening hours and aesthetic interiors are an add on to its awesomeness. Must visit!

Quiet and peaceful place, great ambience! The deserts are really good, and were presented beautifully. So overall it was a good experience prices were ok ok. We had cold coffee and brownie fudge and it was nice!

Nothing much it's similar to all Polar Bear Outlets. Interesting is the seating. It's complete different from other outlets. Ambience is good.

Was always a great fan of DBC at Polar Bear. So visited this place last evening for a DBC (mouth-watering just by it’s name) and was excited as I was having it after a break. Located in the prime place, and looks amazing externally. The interiors are pretty good and ends up to be a good hangout place for friends and families at first sight. The place is tidy and well organised. However, there's no parking place.
The first thing I asked as soon as we stepped in was if we can bring the chats from their own building (adjacent door), so that we can have the ice-creams along with them and have some quality time. But they just denied. Ok, makes sense, may be it is your restrictions. Cool, the next thing I saw in the menu was super saver combo, which we asked for, and they again denied saying it is coming soon. But the menu looked pretty old and how can you say that it yet to come soon? They had the milkshakes and sandwiches both available and I was surprised why they denied to accept a combo order. Was disappointed with that and inevitably had to order something as we were already there and I was anxious to have my cup of DBC. We placed an order for a paneer burji sandwich, Death by chocolate and Banana Mango thickshake. The sandwich was good. But the other two were pretty bad. The quality has substantially worsenedsince my recent experience at polar bear. Seems like they can't cope competition!
The DBC tasted like something from a different place and not from a Polar Bear. Couldn’t imagine. It was not even 25% of what it used to be. I didn’t like the staff answers previously and didn’t even dare to ask them about this and just left it after having a couple of spoons.
The Banana-Mango thick shake (are you serious about calling it a thickshake, I suggest you to have a thickshake once at the thickshake factory and you will realize what a thickshake actually is) and we didn’t like it at all. The bananas were unripe (not ripe) and it was filled with basil seeds.

Amazing ice-creams with variety of options. From Indian Falooda to English Oreo Monster, this has everything. Highly recommended if you want fancy ice-creams.

Beautiful place for spending time. Prices are also reasonable. Decor is extremely good with overall experience. Staff was cordial it's present on main road. There are lot of Outlet of same but this is my favourite as their decision n service is awesome

One of the best ice cream place serving amazing sundaes. They serve a wide range of unique sundaes and milkshakes. They even have natural fruit flavours as well.
