Very good ambience created. Best part is that bari kannada haadugallane haktare.

Expect the same ambience with kannada songs only at all the city centre outlets.

Food and service is good and similar to other polar bears however the ambience can be improved a tidy bit, AC wasn't strong enough for someone entering from outside the difference is not felt.
Plenty of parking space is available for both 2 and 4 wheelers and is easily visible whnr traveling.

Had a fantastic experience at this place – a perfect atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. A paradise for ice cream lovers, offering a wide variety of flavors and treats. The Death by Chocolate and cold coffee were particularly awesome. While it's not on the cheap side, the experience is definitely worth a try.

Worst from labours which one having long mustard boy it's worst from experience from kunigal polar bear

A must visit place near Kunigal on your way to Hassana from Bangalore or on your way to Bangalore from Hassan.
The manager Akarsh was very friendly and is quite knowledgeable of all the ice creams available here. Nice guy

Bad service I ever found in polar bear and they even took extra money for ice cream and a very bad service

So delicate food items here. For dessert you're at a great destination, there's no alternative for this shop. The price seems to be pretty high. Please work on price. There's no sizzler available here, so please work this thing

As always polar bear is one of my favorite dessert destination. After food at swati, dessert here is a must. Hot chocolate fudge and DBC are our go to options. Coming to the establishment, there is ample seating place, on ground floor and first floor. Staff are well behaved and friendly. They have sugar free ice cream option too.

I use to visit very often whenever i travel towards mangalore highway.

May be staff has been changed recently, very unprofessional behaviour.

Usually they have offer of two scoops for 100/-₹

But these new staff members tried to cheat us by giving two big scoops charging double knowingly. When i told why are you giving individual scoops then he says in kannada ಹೊ ನಿಮಗ್ ಹಾಗ್ ಬೇಕಾ?

Message to owner: please teach new staff how to behave especially the black tall guy who sits on counter for collection.

The place is great in terms of icecreams. Haven't had sandwiches, so can't comment on that.ambience is great and place is kept neat and clean.

The place looked promising - right next to Swati Delicacy. We were looking forward to having something really nice and cool. However, there was just ONE person behind the counter - handling everything, except clearing the tables! The poor chap looked so hassled, we didn't stand a chance of getting served as there were already 5 people ahead of us. So we just left. Will visit some other time.

My last visit was a bad experience. The ice cream sandwiches were not at all fresh. Worse, the staff tried to justify it saying it's frozen dessert anyway. Still 3 stars because my previous experiences were better

The place is good. But can't handle their crowd for nuts. They have very few tables. Like 4 inside and 2 outside. No idea what they do on the first floor above. There was one huge desk with lots of people.

But the service takes a long time because of the crowd and not being able to handle them.
The ice cream was pretty good.
But they really need to learn on how to handle the crowd and how to get more tables inside.

We stopped by the Polar Bear yesterday evening, and were served Gadbad and Death by chocolate. It didn’t taste too good either. We had it. By the time we reached home in bangalore, me, my wife and my son threw up and had upset stomachs! Terrible experience and never go there again. Beware, they’re using expired and spoilt ingredients!

Bcz of quantity and death by chocolate (dbc) never visit here there you didn't get real feelings of dbc usuailly visiting man but its very bad serve for 189rs

I ordered rich chocolate flavoured ice cream it was good. It was a small amount and costed about ₹80 for each scoop. The location is good as people traveling on the highway stop by and their lunch in Swathi Delicacy and then come here to have there dessert. You have two options to choose from 1. Normal flavours 2. Exotic flavours. The exotic ones are mixed flavours and normal ones are the normal ones that you get in any ice cream place. Overall it was good

A huge variety of flavors, most of them are delicious
The sundaes are great too, the must try once are the choco fudge and the Butterscotch one, I found them best
Mostly it is quite less crowdy
Finally, good service from the employees and are quite friendly
