This place for ice cream lovers, it was worth visiting

We ordered Choco brownie fudge, it was delicious. Sandwich was ok because they used whitebread otherwise it was really good

Cleanliness need to be improved, drinking water and rest room to be provided for customers

Today I visited the store and ordered 3 DBC classic and the network was not working properly inside the store so I went out to add money to card and came back to the cash counter I dent observe the amount said by cashier, and I just gave my card to him and paid
After I received wrong items I saw some difference in the size of dbc, I went back to cashier and said the issue, they are least bothered and they started arguing saying that they have serviced what I ordered
Very disappointed with the service

Store refused to provide icecreams at 12: 25am to dine-in.
They told only take away can be provided.

Disgusting at polar bear

Cold coffee at polar bear is my favourite. Like the ambience.i did visit the place around 11am and was the 1st customer too. I somehow didn't like cold coffee here. Mostly it was more of milky than the coffee.

The cooling inside was very poor and was not comfortable to be seated inside. At least they could have a wall mounted fan to ensure there is sufficient air circulation. You pay 150 for a 25 rupees ice cream mainly to sit and enjoy your time with friends here, which will not happen if it is warm out there. Recommend them to install one more AC at their place.

It's okay with limited varieties of ice-creams with even less varieties of cone-icecreams

This time another store men basavaraj from Vijaynagar polar bear Nailed it. Mango mastani 8th time in a row killed it making different than rest of the 7 times

Variety of ice creams- scoops, sorbets sundae, etc. There are tables to sit & eat ir you can takeaway. Prices are on the higher side. Car parking is difficult to find but no worry if you take two wheeler & go.
