Good taste scoops, dry fruit, other all are tasteless and if we eat in night throat problem so avoid fruit mix ice creams are more extra favored, the flavor essence should be mild

A very well built up place for family and friends, Always had DBC here but for a change tried there mango falooda and other things, falooda was ok ok n there choco ice cream was good.

Atmosphere is cool for the family and couples for valuable time.ice creams are looks tastier than brand one.

Best place to hang out and have icecream and milkshakes. Package for parcel is good. Good ambience and music. Place is well maintained. But one of the main thing that i ve observed is that ice cream scoop size is very small in sundaes (mainky in HCF and DBC) compare to other cities like tumkur bangalore and davengere. For the amount we are paying the quantitu should not be compromised.

Hopeless place in shimoga, Nikhil the manager or a cashier doesn't listen orders properly, we order something and he gives something, I don't recommend this

Very high volume music. People come to your place to eat ice cream with friends and family. Not to hear music that you play.

I was not able to hear voice of person sitting beside me. Music is so loud here. Please ask your staff to reduce the volume of music system.

3-4 other families were having ice cream but we were denied.
And too rude behaviour by staff
