Polar bear the ice cream sundae zone

Excellent ambience, courteous staff, great ice-creams. They offer a wide and delicious variety of ice-creams.

Service was pretty quick, and they brought our order to the table. They have options for indoor as well as outdoor seating, albeit under a roof.

The only complaint I had was they don't accept Amex credit cards.

The ice cream collection are pretty good and the atmosphere is very uptown and hip. The price is on the higher end for even a small scoop. But other than that it's a nice place to hang with friends and family and to take pictures maybe

Old polar bear was much better. Staff speaks only Hindi and doesn't understand Kannada. Ice creams are not that great these days!

Great ice cream. But do you refuse to serve water if I don't buy your over priced water bottle. INHUMAN experience though, the franchise owner or manager I don't know who refused to give me water even though I said other polar bear stores will hand me cup of water if I ask. He simply says NO WE DONT.

Overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Polar Bear - Mysore (Jayalakshmipuram) Team. Till the day whatever I have eaten here either ice creams or sandwiches, it never disappointed me. Like the ambience and undoubtedly the food. Great place to hangout with near and dear ones. ️

Ambience is the only good thing here. They try to charge for each and everything. They charge for change of flavour in the costliest icecrem available here. They don't even provide drinking water for free. Disgusting!

Best Ice cream parlour in Mysore. Great Ambience, perfect for Families and Friends. Ice creams are delicious. Especially Chocozilla, Death by Chocolate are too good. Must visit if happens to visit Mysuru city.

Polar bear ice cream are the best in class and this specific out let maintained well. Only issue with little rude staff don't expect the good hospitality only ice cream is good

If you just want to have Icecream there are many places, but this is one of the few where you Enjoy Icecream. Has multiple flavors and mixed type of icecream. Ample space to sit and relax and Enjoy the Icecream. Enough space to park your two wheelers or car. Friendly staff.

Ambience and icecreams are good but staff Abdul doesn't know how to behave with customers n speaking very rudely.

Visited this on place on Tuesday ordered few chicken items and none of them was fresh we were served old chicken lyk.we were very disappointed by the service. Never going to visit the place again

We went to Polar Bear to enjoy some good ice creams and desserts. We were not disappointed. They have a good variety of tasty ice creams, faloodas, brownies and sundaes. Pricing is slightly on higher side but taste was really good and the ambiance is so so good

For hanging out, we often choose this place as polar bear has good ambience and has very nice options in dessert. They have sundaes, milkshakes, cakes and many more items to try out which are totally worth a try. They have many different variations in sundaes which are rarely available anywhere else. They have home delivery service too and so from that we order tub sundaes many a times at home.

After playing badminton for a long time, we were hungry and all were craving for some dessert. We all wanted to go polar bear to try their dessert as one of us had visited polar bear recently and she told that this parlour is just best one for dessert and that is reopened in mysuru which was great for us. So we all went there and tried different sundaes and had enjoyed it.

Polar bear has now opened in new location that is Mysore and this place is best for trying some dessert like sundae and icecream. Their sundaes are just amazingggg. Tried their death by chocolate and cookie man sundae both of them were very delicious and different.

On weekend, my whole family had planned to go polar bear and try out their sundae as they have many variety to try out. They have family sundaes too which is the best option to have when there are a good number of people to have the dessert. We have their seven wonders sundae where they serve seven scoops of icecream.

Icecream cakes are available over here and so for my mom's birthday I had ordered that and with that had ordered tub sundaes too which is one of their best delivery service. Loved their sundaes and icecream cake very much. They have different flavour and taste which is very impressive.

I ordered the hot chocolate fudge and they gave me the chocolate fudge which is not hot at all, not even for 2 mins. I spoke to the store manager about this and he was so ignorant and told me that the chocolate sauce was indeed hot but the icecream made it cold. Not even a minute it was hot. Never going here again.
