Excellent choices of cloth materials and tailors did a fantastic job of stitching designer outfits for wedding. Worth the money and effort.

Had visited Polka showroom situated in Commercial Street. Wanted to buy fabrics for upcoming wedding functions. It was my first time. They have awesome collections to suit everyone. I just loved the way Geeta Ma’am, Sumit bhaiya showed me their collections according to the preferred style I was wanting. It was so nice & kind of Junaid Sir to step in and explain in detail about a certain outfit that I have been wanting to stitch. Thanks to Saika Ma’am for giving her inputs also. The time I spent there was very fruitful. Would definitely recommend everyone to at least visit this shop Polka once. Good service, range of clothing options and choices and very excellent staff.

These guys don't deliver on time and over to that these guys gives u false commitment and never accept their fault.

Sticking is also not ok as per their commitment.

Perfect place for bridal lehengas. I got my wedding lehenga here with perfect stitching and amazing quality. They even gave good amount of discount and my family is very happy with my lehenga. Polite and friendly staff. Thanks to Samreen for stitching it so perfectly.

This place has helped me customise lehenga according to my expectations. Sabreen helped me select the right material and perfect design. And Imran has just helped me provide the perfect fit. He helped throughout the alterations and was very patient.

I had a great experience at Polka in December. I arrived in India four days before my brother-in-law's wedding and the team at Polka were able to help me pick out fabrics and have three outfits stitched in time for the wedding events. It was so easy to work with the team to pick fabrics in less than an hour and they turned around the outfits in three days, as promised. Communication was easy and they let us know as soon as the outfits were ready so we could come by, try them on one more time, and pick them up. Samreen helped with the designs (choosing pant fit, etc.) and measurements and was so helpful.

Samreen is amazing! Got us a beautiful lehenga for a wedding we attended, very nice and very accommodating. Thanks for being so helpful and making our time together so much better.

Collection is good but very unprofessional behaviour by the shop workers.
Also bit overpriced.

Contacted staff over call regarding an issue, he asked me to call several times. And then once abruptly dropped my call in the middle of conversation and now not picking up the call.

Very good collection of dress material is fabric. The entire staff is very nice especially Samreen, she helped me with the right designs for my outfits, based on my personal preferences. I rarely require alterations for the clothes tailored by Polka.

Polka is one stop collection for party wear as well as bridal wear lehengas for women and men as well.

Good part is they have a designer who will take you through their wide range of fabric available according to price range and will assist in getting it customised based on requirements.

We got a custom fit gorgeous lehnga for my wife at very affordable prices from here. Fitting was perfect and also delivered on time as they take around 7-10 business days to make it ready so you can plan accordingly.

Staffs are very humble, friendly. Overall the service is excellent. Hats off to Adnan who helped us in overall process.

If you are looking for readymade then they also have an shop called Dressesz, close to this underground next to Bibas along with wide range of dupatta.

Pathetic experience. They took 2 weeks to alter the dress. Then were trying to deliver a piece which was damaged.
By this time we reached 1 week before my event. Then they called me 2 days later just to give the same destroyed piece to me. Moreover, they were not even apologetic about the same.
Finally agreed to refund that also not instantaneously. Told me next day by 12 it will come to account. It is 4 pm my bank has confirmed that there is no such transaction incoming to my account.
Go visit them only if you want to get harassed.

Polka has amazing collection of lehengas, I got a really beautiful piece from here with the help of Noori who was extremely patient and polite and Imraan who did an amazing stitching job on the blouse. Over all, it was a wonderful experience!

Imran tailor from polka is very talented abd patient. He stitched our dresses really well. I recommand him for your day to day stitching

Came here to find attire for a wedding I was attending. I needed three outfits (which later turned out to be four). They were able to fit me for clothing on short notice and even custom make one of them for me to be available on relatively short notice. The dresses are beautiful and I was very happy doing business here.

Worst place on Commercial Street. Doesn’t keep their word. The lady who manages tailoring is rude and very unprofessional. Do not give clothes for stitching here. Over prized and unprofessional dealings. I would never recommend this place to anybody. The shop AC doesn’t work most of the time and they ruin your dress without proper care.

Worst experience at this place! Please don't risk any of your events and most importantly your big day at this store. They give false promises and end up doing a horrible job. Saying this outta my personal experience. I visited the store nearly 5 times to get the perfect fit despite giving them the order a month in advance. Sadly, I was called for trials even one day before my big day. A big NO to this place!

The tailor Imran does really good work. All the clothes are stiched very neatly and precisely and he gives everything on time. He is available easily for any alterations that are required.

Terrible experience. If you want to purchase something for 10k and make it look like a 1k roadside dress they are the perfect store to go to.

Overpriced, non experienced staff. Trust me avoid this store.

The designer is awesome. Her name is Samreen and she's very intelligent in customising the bridal gowns. We are satisfied with the customer service and their hospitality whilst shopping here. The designer was patient and helpful with all the updates and the final product was inexplicably beautiful. I highly recommend this place for leghanga's and gowns

Polka has a good collection of lehengas and stitching materials. They are also open to customisation based on your choice. I was assisted by the designer Samreen who was supportive of our suggestions and was available on WhatsApp for all the communication.
