Worst hospital so far in my lifetime.reception staffs are so unprofessional.

They told me to come at 7pm and i got to see doctor at 9pm.after that reception staff is confused how much to charge and when I asked for bill they made me wait for another 15-20 minutes just for that even I was the only patient in queue.

Dr Pooraneson Raju is well experienced doctor as per my knowledge. He handles the patients with care and patience. He is well experienced doctor in General surgeries and explains briefly about surgery and i will recommend others for surgery.

Worst experience while consulting, wait time is too long, no proper system to consult and staffs are also not good, priority is given on based on people faces, not good hospital

Took good care of my wife. Doctor visited us regularly and kept us up to date. Helped with insurance claiming as well.

Dr. Ramani is gifted, very passionate about her work and has the ability to make her patients feel at ease during her consultation. She is very systematic in her approach and explains everything very clearly. We always came back with a positive feeling after interacting with her. Her attention to detail is impeccable.

I had come for a scan and it was know that the fluid was very less 1.9 in my pregnancy (9 month). It was very critical stage for us to accept the situation. Dr Ramani just informed me to get admitted and all the arrangements was done by the hospital very immediately. Now both of us are healthy fine. Thank You Dr Ramani for all that you did for us.

I honestly recommend this hospital.

Not even worth 1 star. They're not professional. They're money minded. Although my sister and the baby were perfectly fine they made us agree for a c section and gave us exactly 10 minutes to decide. They did this only for money. The moment they knew my sister has come from the US they had decided to loot in the name of C-section. The nurses there are dumb students. They inserted the needle in my nephew's body 12 to 13 places for a blood test. If we request for something they act like we're asking for their property. The doctor stays upstairs but she doesn't even come down in case of an emergency. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

I went for a normal iv infusion
The nursing staff is very unprofessional they pricked me so many times couldn't find the vein
Didn't even apologize for anything
I literally cried bcoz of pain that much pricking was there and that part swelled up and became black

Recently, I had been to Poornima Hospital, for the removal of Cyst on my back of the body.

I had an appointment with Dr. Karthik Pooraneson (General Surgeon), actually he is really an AMAZING person, when it comes to understanding the speculated condition of patients issues and not only he is good at talking to patients with a SMILE ON HIS FACE, but also good at listening PEACEFULLY to patients.

He explained me in DETAIL, regarding the treatment and the package to remove cyst. He gave me all the options and that actually made me comfortable to choose which is adaptable to me, and this is what we expect from a doctor, to make comfortable for us in the matter of treatment as well as cost of the complete treatment.

It's my pleasure to meet such a WONDERFUL PERSON. And, I'm DELIGHTED by his concern.

Worst experience. Called doc at 2: 30am stating emergency due to sudden bleeding in 3.5 months. Dr Ramani being in same building didn't come down to check rather spoke to nurse and asked me to get admit. She came to check only by 12: 45pm to only say she will say what to do after scanning and left. For this she has charge Rs. 800 in the bill.
Scanning doc is also worst ever seen. Rather attending me 1st as was admitted at night itself attended all Out patients keeping me wait out and attended at last by 4pm. More than 12hrs i was left with nothing and scanning happens after 13 hrs then Dr. Ramani says have to put stitch even that 50% chances of saving baby.
Took forceful discharge and went to other Doc he treated me immediately and both my twins are safe.
Poornima hospital doctors and staffs all are only to earn money with no service. Please never visit ever.

Worst experience just visited with my wife for normal check for small pain.gyno Ramani make her admitted n charged 21,000.for 9 hours.if we ask for for discharge she telling not possible to discharge as of now it takes 3 days. By taking our risk we had done discharge n shown in other hospitals.nothing was there she is fine got treatment in 600

Dr Ramani is best Gynaecologist in Rt Nagar area Bengaluru. She is very calm and soft nature doctor. She had handled my case very well. Staff is really very punctual and well behaved.

The staff has no empathy or symphothy to the patient's. They dont accept credit card payment because they have to pay service change. Lift is for name sake as most of the times. Idiots so called doctor's use them and the doctor's are never on time for anything. We also had issues with the insurance as the were claimed more than they have billed. So my advise for all who care for their family please consider another hospital who takes of patients and their family

Iam not at all happy with the hospital.
The doctor didn't even touch the wound and they charged consultation fee 500 and n they charged 250 extra for registration what is need of registration feee. They only value of money.

Dr. Poorbesh Known to me from a long time but treatment happened yesterday unbelievable quality of service by Dr team especially surgeon Dr poornesh and also team of para medical staff, reception and insurance sections service excellent, hygiene and cleaning by house keeping great and felt like at home atmosphere, if not posted my experience it's Unjustifiable.

I would highly recommend this hospital. My delivery was done by the Best doctors. Dr. Ramani and Dr. Anuprabha, both the Doctor's are very caring and friendly. Staff's are also very good. Overall my experience was great with this hospital.kudos!

Excellent well experienced obstetrics doctor, good patient counselling with follow up care and helpful with queries, friendly and skilled nursing staff and sub staff too. Pediatric Dr. Shylaja is nt good. Keep hand-wash and sanitizers. Atleast an induction stove has to be kept patients attenders can heat smthng. Thanks to both obstetrics for Dr. Ramani and Dr. Anu prabha who took care of me very much. Dr. Poornasen and Dr. Tabrez are also very good.

I have a very good experience with the hospital. Doctors and staffs are excellent. And the most important the Superspecialist doctors are available 24/7 here. The specialist doctors listen to our problem with great patience and atmost care it's worth the money we pay. Doctors are highly experienced and yes as few of them has pointed out insurance does take some time and this is common in all the bigger hospitals also (fortis took more than 24 hours to get the case processed for my dad). Here it is much quicker. Fees are reasonable. I highly recommend this place for those who want to consult the best doctors

The gynaecologist who are mother in law and the daughter in law charge the money separately for their consultation RS 300 each for follow up visits also worst hospital should be seized

Today was my sisters discharge and though full insurance was covered by Hdfc bank Santhosh the hospital receptionist insurance guy was asking 2500 extra duty doctor charges and top of that asked 1250 insurance process charges in cash.not accepting cards.had to wait for an hour to make payment through card. I was totally frustrated and was crying becoz of their behaviour No standard. Don’t visit the hospital

Evening staff specially shilpa nurse is very careless and in active they treat patient as we r in govt hospital.

Experienced Worst behavior from receptionist. (Every time when we visit this hospital). They least bother about our quires.not only me…. Most of the patients/visitors are fed up with these uncultured staff.

Starting from receptionists are totally waste and not interested to help and so much attitude.
Surgeon (who is chairman) tells to admit immediately for patient and once you are admitted it is very tough to get out of there (even nurses make you buy so many unnecessary things). We were consulting other doctor too after admitting. They charged 3000rs per day for patient just for a one time visit in a day but on regular visit after discharge the doctor seeing the report was shocked that he is paid 300rs but charged 3000rs by the hospital. This shows to what extent they are looting.
