I had purchased Vivo y35 with an offer i got fire bolt watch where we paid half the price. PPL gave us a fake information telling we will provide free screen guard for the watch.mrs.saraswathi n team asked us to come other day and later when i went after 4 days they said the person is not der.and today when i went they are asking us to pay 350 or 500. I kindly request u all not to give fake information to the customer where the reputation goes down.

Hi Ranjana here, just sharing my experience - Me and my twin visited poorvika stores to purchase a phone. The store atmosphere was soo pleasant and the concern person was so patient to explain about the product and helped us to pick the best.
Post billing, we received the best goodie which was surprising and the staff out their cheered us through a warming applause which bought a broad happy smile on our face:)!
