I was apprehensive walking into the Poorvika store at Kaggdaspura, when I thought it was Sangeetha stores. To my surprise, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. All the associates were very hospitable, knowledgeable and polite. I received a warm welcome to the World of Gadgets. I'm not tech savvy though I recommend anybody like me to visit this store, thank you

Disgusting after-sale customer service. One of the Employees treated me like a customer, then later, he treated me like a intruder when I didn't want to buy the phone right away. Absolutely incompetent. Happened on 28 June 2020.

Customer service is good, very polite, very smart in conversation, b careful about the deal or Offfers, my experience after shopping was not gud wen compared to other stores. No discounts or schemes except free sims, complementary products like sanitizer masks are charged using our card redemption points.

All fake discount ads in news paper, when we go to the poorvika shop they say it's for a different model and there's the staffs does not even understand what we are asking

Employees are not updated with tech specs and use gimmick points to sell phones.but they do offer free products as complimentary when you purchase phone.just be sure of the phone you wanna purchase before you go in. Limited stock on colours on phones available in other outlets.
