It's a nice place for a one night stay. They have both AC and non AC rooms. No lift so one has to climb stairs if you want AC rooms. They have a canteen for you to order food. The best part is it's just 1 km away from the temple which is great

Fantastic rooms. And the guys at the Hotel were awesome. Hospitality was amazing. Everytime will come here going forward. Amazjng experience. Especially Kiran and Prabhu. Fantastic individuals right from the start to end of our stay.they are always one step ahead in taking care of guests.overall a memorable experience.

The worst hotel I have seen, no service from the staffs, no Internet, no cleanness, even the fan is dirty, we asked them for a refund and they are back answering us that you can complain we don't care, I do not suggest this hotel, please do not come here.

People are good & the staff is very sweet as such. However there are no facilities no breakfast buffet or anything you would expect in a hotel. Just a basic room with okayish air conditioning. Bathrooms are clean but outdated.

It is far from town & temple. But it is shown as near in address. Hotel is outside the town. Otherwise it is good to stay.

During my stay in this hotel, i can say this is one of the best hotel i stayed in Kollur. The staffs are very friendly and polite and kind. They assisted us in all the inconveniences.
The rooms are very fine for a small family. Cleanliness is very much satisfied. Overall everything is perfect

Away from town without any refreshment facilities. Had to walk half kilometer to get morning coffee. No power for an hour at night.

ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ "ಸುಧೀ" ಇವರ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ಹೋಟೆಲನ ತಿಂಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ದರಗಳು ಕೂಡಾ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉತ್ತಮ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ NON AC ಮತ್ತು AC ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯ ಇವೆ.

We stayed for a night in the first week of October 2020 after visiting Kodachadri. It was a nightmare for us. Room was full of odour and filthy, found lizard also. There was only one person in reception and no service staff at all. Water was greenish and mats were dirty and even entrance of hotel was covered with dry leaves. They are blaming corona for the mess in hotel. Don't believe OYO it is a dirty hotel and for the same price there are better hotels in Kollur.

A nice peaceful place with a driving distance from the temple. If you are looking for a neat and clean place without any noise and amidst greenery then this is the one.

Decent rooms within affordable tariff range. As it is little away from kollur temple surrounding is silent. Apprecialble behavior of the staff and the are very approachable. The food supplied is tasty and fresh. U get good parking space too here

Cheap hotel though customer treatment is very poor. They will not give even water to customers and it is 1 km far from main city. Night time it looks like scary place

Quite below average.poorly maintained though the property is new.what I could find is, even bedsheets are not satisfactorily washed.
But still ok for one night stay, especially if u r on a pilgrim purpose.staffs are co operative btw.

One of the best hotel in kolloor mookambika temple. Staff and manager are friendly in nature. I booked it through OYO. GOOD service.

Good location but in poor state.

Pros:
Good location, right beside the main road.
Sufficient parking space. Something that's difficult to get in Mookambika town.
Decent rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons:
The whole place is poor state.
They don't have any elevator. So have to climb 2-3 floors and it would be difficult for elderly people.
The AC was leaking in our room. And this caused all the cupboards to become damp.
So don't put anything in them.
The place is quite far from the main temple. And the roads are dark. So it's difficult for people to get back little late in evening.

The distance from mookambika temple is more than 1km. Hot water was provided nicely. Staff was communicating quite good. Room service is not available. Tv was not working. AC remote is not working. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Nearby hotel no food is available. Auto is available for temple visit at rs40.

Had a very bad experience staying there. Staff is very arrogant and not giving good service. Rooms are not clean and bathroom towels are not provided even after asking. Found lizard's waste in the bed.

There is no fan
AC water leakage
Cockroaches are there in bed sheets
No cleanliness
There is no plates to have dinner.
Food is also not hygiene/ taste
There is no cable connection/recharge on TV
Worst hotel and staff also. Even OYO support team also really not that much helpful.

Worst experience. There was no AC and television.the rooms were too small and conjested. Also at the time of checkout they blamed us for breaking a glass stand which was alrrady broken and fined us

Booked room in OYO but hotelier demanded extra amount for Check-in. Room was good. Little bit far from Mookambika temple. Parking available.

Once i reach the place they told they cant provide room for oyo as the oyo have to pay previous bills. Very arragent. Even one month ago we paid cash in advance. Still we couldnt find a room. If they have issue with oyo then dont take booking from oyo. Instard they take booking and make trouble for customers. Me and my wife had to stand on road for 3hours to get another hotel.

No lift, very far from the temple, no proper restaurant. Have to depend on autorikshaw for everything unless you have your own conveyance.

I have booked the room through OYO during Navami and Dashami days. Unfortunately it was a very bad experience for me. I reached the hotel by 130pm, at that time the property manager stated that those rooms are not available for those who booked through the oyo. He has given the oyo customer care number and i had called around 12 times to sort this issue. Oyo has taken Rs. 2519 from me and they have given only Rs. 1600 to the property. The property didn’t inform me earlier. Once i reached the hotel they have informed about this issue. I called the oyo customer care executive they have told me to either refund or change the property. As i have travelled more than 400kms I’m not interested to change the property or to cancel the booking. After a long session of discussion they have added Rs. 800 to the property account. Only then the property have given the room. I would like tell you all people never book through OYO. I have to spend around 3 hrs to get a room. Very bad service from the OYO.
Rooms are quiet okie. Very far from the temple around 1.7kms. You need to take auto rickshaw to reach the temple. The restaurant in this property is a non-veg restaurant.

Well, the first thing they need to change is remove OYO from their hotel name, bcz there is no coordination or nor proper connection btw them. We booked (prepaid) online thru oyo for this jaganmatha orchids and they say all rooms are booked by cust. Forget abt complimentaries promised by oyo.
If at all they hav any rooms available they will provide a room if ur payment online matches their demanded price runing. Otherwise u are advised to walkout. Not at all suggested, if u want room for sure
