Went there for HSRP for my bike, since the groove of new and old number plate did not match folks said they can't fix it, As per the hsrp folks it's disti responsibility to fix.

One of worst service centre.recently serviced my bike 220F they charge 3000rs.my bike again and again came problem. I don't know how to trust bajaj service centre's.really disappointed.

Overall Good service center for Bajaj bikes asual as Bajaj partener brands. As they say this is their main branch but still for parts you need to place order.

Really a bad experience.
Manager Mr. Anoop did not have any training on how to deal with customers. He doesn't even have basic courtesy or the right attitude to handle customer problems, he always makes some stories which never go true. He told me that ASM will visit to address your vehicle complaint and ask me to visit the office multiple times and I found that there was no staff change, they just tried to make fool customers and wanted the customer to keep visiting the office and wasting the time.
My sincere request to avoid this person if you don't want to spoil your time and mood.
Also sincere request to Bajaj management to take the right action and check the last few days of feedback of customers to get more information and attitude of your manager.

The place is Awesome!
I bought my first bike, a Dominar 400 from the showroom on 6th of December, 2020. Mr. Joseph guided me through all the procedure and made the process ease to me!
I am very thankful to Mr. Joseph and all the Bajaj employees for making the day epic for me!
I recommend this showroom to any Bajaj rider for purchase and service.

Was looking out for dominar, Mr. Balaji was the one who handled my queries, he was really polite and explained on the new features of dominar 400 and I might get bike there because of his prompt response, hope the service is also the same

This service center for looting money from customer. For my bike discover 110 second free servicing they charged around 1800 and they are charging RS 300 for the packaging kit change. I don't know y they are changing packaging kit to change oil.without reason they are changing packaging kit.

Told a chain sprocket would cost 2200. And then the final bill 2750. The guy never mentioned about the taxes.
Cheaters you are completely. Tell the customer properly how much to I would charge.
1750 is the cost of chain sprocket.
And 2750 you charged.
Would definitely escalate this further. This is just disgusting.

Very bad experience visiting this place. The staff was rude enough that she didn't allow me to touch the bike which was kept for display. And even she was not giving the proper information about the bike. Made us to wait more than an hour for the test drive. And the test drive was not even 300 metres. And was within the showroom compound. When asked about the new upcoming bike, they were not responding. There is no proper parking for cars. Car has to be parked outside. They don't provide you the test drive vehicle which we want. Like we asked them for NS 200 ABS test drive. They didn't not have that vehicle and were giving different reasons. According to my experience visiting that showroom is not that worth visiting. And I don't think the future issues may be solved soon.

It won't even deserve the single star. I don't even think that they will wash the bike. But they are very perfect in applying the charges about the service. And they talk with us, as if v have no idea about the service and how other service centre do. I'm really terrified with this popular Bajaj service centre.

Worst service done by the team.keep it up. Have by mistake gave my bike for service bcoz its bajaj service center but my experience is to bad.

Pickup is gone and im getting some sound from engine. Usually i go bit fast but now even if i raise the accelerator it is not going beyond 70kmph.

Good service and the interaction with the staff is hassel free unlike other Bajaj service centres. In other words they are customer friendly.

Service advisors are good in rectifying problems and resolving issues.please review the charges u charge to customers. I was charged 60 Rs to fill air during service. And oil applied on Chain was charged 190 Rs. I guess u should understand it is not right to charge so high. This the basic I understood looking at the bill.

This is specific to my own experience regarding New Insurance for my bike. The customer service team is happy to attend to the queries soon. And within an hour, with all the right documents, insurance company associate inspects the bike and provide the insurance papers. When it comes to servicing the bike, there are no hidden charges. If you're unhappy with the quotation and specific services provided, you can request the mechanic to not handle it and they will oblige. There's no shocker when one goes to collect the bike post service.

Do Bajaj really offer/does "compulsory" wash? And di they install "not required" accessories like indicator buzzer? Well, I have never or heard of it but they did, which means the bike we bought (colleague) is a used or test drive bike.

One of the worst service center, they make you wait for everything. If you have issue with your bike then you have to spend whole day here. I kept following the employees for hours.

Bought my Dominar 400 from this showroom.
The sales executive assigned for the paper work of my Dominar 400 was Joseph
For the loan documents I didn't had to go to the showroom I told Joseph that the documents are at my office and because of my office-timing I could submit the documents only on Saturday (week off for me). Joseph ensured me not to take the trouble of coming to the showroom as he himself came to my office and collected the documents. Also he had brought a Dominar for a test ride.
Joseph helped me out with all the paper work and delivered the bike as promised by him.
He was very helpful in every aspect

I would have given 5 stars but gave only 4 stars after getting my bike serviced for the first time. The service could have been better as the chain of the bike was still loose and noise was coming form the bike even on slightest of humps.

Thanks Joseph and Bajaj for the nice experience request you to provide a better bike servicing to the customers as we invest a lot of money for the bikes don't want any thing to happen to them

In the name of service they are looting people. I own an avenger which I bought mid last year. So the vehicle went through 3 free service at popular Bajaj where they've charged enough for normal servicing. Now today I went for one regular service (after 2200 kms since my last sevice). It was my first paid service and I don't have any issues with my bike.

Now for a paid service where I don't even reach my km limit for it, they have raised a bill of 3797 for some regular work (no change of parts). Even my engine oil was in such good condition that they didn't need to change it. So it seems without change of engine oil one normal service costs me 3797 rupees.

When I asked to justify they told ok we can give some discount and finally they charged me 3000 rupees for a normal service where my bike don't have any issues.

So I decided to avoid there service for rest of my life.
I also recommend people kindly don't go and try to avoid there service. They loot people naming some imaginary issues. Big time nasty showrrom.

Good servicing. Service engineers are well trained and give the ideal advice. Each Service cost upwardly of 3k. Which is too high
